+ -1 moreJon did an awesome job resurfacing our 17 old wood floors. He suggested to use a matte finish and they came out great. He was timely, did what he said and was trustworthy. I would use him again and will refer him to my friends.

+ -1 moreIf I had to do a one word review it would be "stupendous". Fabulous Floors was easy to contact, stopped by my house to inspect and estimate the project and schedule right on the spot. They called in advance of showing up and arrived on time. My floors were in need of a major cleaning and coat of polyurethane. They took care of any furniture moving and were in and out in less than a day. Our floors look brand new and their work was perfect. I will keep it simple. If you need hardwood floor work performed call them. They don't subcontract. They are a great local business and easy to work with. Two thumbs up. Five stars. On a scale of one to ten, ten and a half.
Description of Work: Reconditioned hardwood floor. Chemical cleaning, abrade, apply polyurethane on entire first floor of our house.

+ -1 moreProvider came the first time, showed him the floors and ask if he thought he could make them look any better. Provider said they will look better than they do now. He lightly sanded the floors and the scraped the worn areas with a sharp hand tool down to bare wood.. he then tried staining the areas he scraped and put a coat of Poly on top. The areas he scraped were very obvious and I voiced my concern. He indicated that it would take a week to "blend in". After 6 days it was obvious it was not going to blend in. The Provider was called and a return appointment was scheduled. After waiting for him to show up past the time appointed I called him. He indicated he could not make it and was going to call me. Another appointment was scheduled for the next day. After going through the same procedure again with the same results I ask for my money back. My floors look worse than if they would have been left alone. Very disappointed with this company.

+ -1 moreThe service provider was on time and provided the service requested. When I didn't know what floor sheen was best for my floor, he went as far to apply a satin finish and allowed me to request a semi-gloss finish is not please. He appllied the semi-gloss the next day.

Fabulous Floors Atlanta offers the following services: Our SANDLESS RESURFACING process creates no dust and can be completed in just a few hours. This process deep cleans the wood and then polyurethane is applied which removes light surface scratches. It will bring the life back to dull, tired floors. Our REFINISHING process is more invasive, is time consuming and is more costly, but it will make your floors look brand new. This process involves sanding, re-staining and applying multiple coats of polyurethane to protect the floor.
We do not install or sell carpet, tile or vinyl flooring. We specialize in hard wood floors.
