The sad part of this story is that everything was done punctually and to high quality standards until the final phase of the work. During this phase, workmen were to buff the pool surface until it was uniform in color, as well as clean up. The color turned out to be very non-uniform, and as for clean-up, several areas of the refinished patio were bleached; lots of rocks were left in the yard; dust, etc., was not wiped from the pool sides and coping; and our heavy grill was left in the yard. A week later they returned to refinish the affected areas of the patio. After complaining that the pool surface color was non-uniform, they returned twice over a two- or three-week period, which helped some, but didn't solve the whole problem. During one of these visits, they spilled acid on the patio. I have offered to drain the pool if that would help with fixing the non-uniformity, but haven't heard from them in a couple of weeks. I have told them that they will receive the $1600 that I still owe them when I'm satisfied, but apparently that hasn't motivated them to finish the job.
Description of Work: (1) Applied Pebble-Tec surface to pool; (2) replaced all pool tile; (3) refinished patio around pool.
