+ -1 moreI have used this service in the past and been very satisfied, however, I called about a plumbing issue over a week ago, sent a follow up email five days later, a second phone call a week later and never heard back. I would have liked an immediate response so as to avoid waiting this long to seek out another plumber. Very dissatisfied with the response time!!
Description of Work: I wasn't able to use his services because he didn't respond to my call.
