I talked with an agent at Atlantic Realty, as I considered using them to list my house for sale. While she was certainly nice and professional, they didn't offer anything out of the ordinary and couldn't seem to provide any other interesting ideas other than what was on her PowerPoint slide. Their listing and sale plan/services were strictly average. She also couldn't offer any indepth market analysis that would help in determining a sale price (i.e. she just looked at what everyone else around was selling for). The agent stated that most of what Atlanta does is focused on the buying side (which is MUCH easier than selling), and that they specialized in buying foreclosed or short sale properties. As such, they didn't seem like a good match for my needs so I went with another agent. However, they might be worth talking to if you wanted to buy a foreclosed or short-sale property.

Home Sellers America provided good quality, comprehensive services. Our agent, Julia Sosa De Rocha was very professional and tireless in our search for the perfect home. We relocated from Cincinnati and was unfamiliar with the Atlanta area. She had great suggestions and provided detailed information on the properties. Her colleague, Noreen Belcher, also displayed the same characteristics and assisted us while Julia was out of town. They assisted us in selecting a mortgage company and helped with interpreting Georgia real estate law. I would highly recommend them!

I had contacted the New Homes on the internet. The next day or so I was contacted by Julia De Sosa-Rocha representing the real estate company. She met me in my office the same afternoon and we signed a buyer agent contract. We proceeded by looking at three houses the same afternoon. Over the course of next six months, Julia showed me a number of house until we found the right match for my circumstance and expectation. Throughout the process, she picked me up from my place of work, she was very professional, non-aggressive, patient and very friendly. I enjoyed the overall experience. I finally made an offer on a distressed house, my offer was accepted, but the process of dealing with the bank was difficult. Nonetheless, Julia was at my side throughout the process and with a little handholding the process finally was completed. I now live in my new house.
