Javier was professional from start to finish, and Francisco's crew did an excellent job with trim work, patch repair and the painting of walls/ceilings. Javier was prompt when coming to do the bid, which I appreciated. He was very patient with my many questions and offered great suggestions when needed. Francisco and his crew repaired dry wall in our home before painting, and you cannot even tell where the dry wall repairs were done. Completely seamless. Javier's team really delivered, and my husband and I are THRILLED with the results. The paint crew was on time both days it took to complete the work. Only advice - be sure to communicate all your needs, and they will do an outstanding job for you.

Javier came by to assess the job and give me an estimate as well as to assist me with selecting paint and stain colors and finishes. He even took my old cans to have them custom color matched since the computer samples did not match the original paint. The crew arrived promptly and began pressure washing the exterior of my home. They then began prepping the house for paint by scraping the peeling paint and old caulk. The damaged sections of window trim and brick moulding were removed and replaced with PVC and the whole house was caulked. The crew returned the next two days to complete the painting. They also sanded and restained my front door and cedar shake dormer. Adam and his crew addressed every concern and remedied any item that did not meet my (picky) expectations. My only complaint is that they were not careful to avoid spraying my windows when they were pressure washing and dirty water seeped in and ran down onto the interior sills and walls below. The whole process was pretty seamless from Javier's estimate to his final inspection and I would definitely use this company again.

The painting went well and was completed on schedule. The workers quickly fixed up the issues I noted in the final walkthrough. However, I was disappointed with the price. I had used Earthly Matters before for a lot of interior and exterior painting. Because of the long relationship, I felt like I was getting "good" pricing. However, the next job I asked them to quote came in $1,415 higher than the other quote I got from All About Painting (strong review on Angie's List). So the work is good, but don't accept their pricing without getting a quote from someone else.

From the time Robert estimated the job until his, and Javier's team finished... it was totally professional. The entire experience was superior to other painting contractors that I have used in the past and the price was very fair for the service and quality of work. The six man team was great, finished earlier than expected and even painted a couple of small areas at no extra charge. I would highly recommend Earthly Matters, especially Robert and Javier.

It went well. They were excellent. They cleaned up after themselves and left us very satisfied.

They did an extremely professional job. The owner came and inspected the rooms and gave me a quote along with copies of his insurance etc. documents. Very professional. The owner arrived with his crew the day of, on time. Once the work was underway, the owner left, but the crew did a superb job. My only complaint is that they cleaned their brushes in the bathroom sinks leaving a minor mess from splatters that they missed when cleaning up. However, when I pointed this out the owner apologized offering to clean it up..

They began the work within a couple days of the estimate. It took 3 full days plus 20 minutes at the final walkthrough for a few minor touchups. They arrived right on time, moved furniture carefully, draped and taped everything to protect it from paint, and worked very hard. Brian was the main contact, and Lorenzo was the foreman on the job. They were both great, and Lorenzo does excellent work himself. Everyone was so friendly and polite, and they did a really beautiful job. Brian also has good color sense, and offered some sound advice about toning down a color I wasn't sure about. He was right.

He was excellent. His prep work was outstanding so the finished product looks great. I would highly recommend him.

Carlton called to confirm out appointment and was right on time. He quoted the Job and advised us on our options for roofing materials and ventilation options. The surprising part of his presentation was his recommendations for materials that were not the most expensive. With the insulation project he made sure to measure the amount of material already in the attic and he also checked to make sure the vents were clear because as he explained if the insulation covers the vents it defeats the purpose. He was very specific on how the roofing job would be performed as to when the disposal container would be delivered and when it would be removed. He took the time to explain how his crews were filled and gave us a detailed report as to the experience and professional qualifications of his supervisors. He was willing to compete with the other quotations that we had received and match on an equal evaluation. We signed the contracts and were not asked for a down payment. Carlton gave us addresses for some completed homes so my wife could shop for colors. The container arrived the day before the crew started the work as were the materials The crew and Carlton showed up the next morning and started the job. The crew were very careful to cover all our bushes and because our barbecue is attached to the gas line they covered and avoided dropping anything on the deck. Everything was completed in three days and the work is perfect. They cleaned up everything and used magnetic rakes to make sure nails were found. (I have only found 1 nail) Carlton explained the warranty procedure and checked with both my wife and myself before he would accept the check for the completion of the job. This was a great company to work with and I will recommend them to anyone.

My experience with them was very good. The quality of their work was great. The owner was here and involved often and we really appreciated that. I would recommend them and use them again.

They came back to fix stuff that I had to point out. They don't expect you to cough up a check until you are completely satisfied with the job.

Excellent. Jeff arrived on time for the estimate and was very presentable, polite and positive. He was able to schedule my painting job within a weeks time. The day of the job the painters were at my home by 8:30 AM (it may have been earlier, actually) and the crew of 4 left their shoes at the door and went straight to work. They left the house cleaner than they found it! Painting was without blemish.

It was nice dealing with this company. They knew what they were doing and they were very respectful of my plants and lawn as they did their work. They said they will return in one year to power wash and touch up. It rained one day when they were scheduled, so they came back after and touched up. They even cleaned out my gutters.

All went well. Vendor exceeded my expectations in quality and quantity of work.

We were very happy with the outcome of what these men did for us. They were very careful with where they painted and it showed. They were clean, punctual, and followed up with us when all was finished to ensure we were satisfied. We liked the price they gave us and will use them again.

Performance was excellent. Work was done on time, clean up was done promptly. The company was a pleasure to deal with.
