Mary and the staff at Cristomar did another wonderful job of cleaning my rugs! I was amazed at how much brighter the wool Persian rug looked and our nylon office rug looked new again. They will pick up and deliver your rugs, repair them if needed, and perform other services to make your rugs their best. I'd use this company again without hesitation.

I used a gift certificate that I purchased at a fund raiser. The nice gentlemen from Cristomar came to my home to pick up my rug. While they were here I received a free estimate to clean all of my rugs. Cristomar did such a great job with rug that I gave them two others to clean for me. Cristomar cleaning process was professional and prompt. They were able to remove pet odors and stains that another rug company was unable to do. The process they use is very thorough and complete. Cristomar also repaired places in my rugs that needed repair. The staff has a trained eye and really cares about the work that they do. My rugs looks better than I could have imagined. I had forgotten how vivid the colors once were. Cristomar painstakingly redyed places that had faded or lost color. I highly recommend Cristomar to anyone who really wants their valuable rugs cleaned properly. Other companies can do it cheaper but definitely not as thoroughly or with as much care as Cristomar can.

The rug looks brand new and no longer smells of pet urine. The price was much less than I thought it was going to be and they did a fantastic job. They also had other rugs on consignment. I found a lovely wool rug and purchased that as well. They also pick up and deliver for larger hard to handle rugs. The folks there are great to work with as well. I will go back!

I picked the rug up on Tuesday and it looked just beautiful. I had never had the rug cleaned before and I had it for quite awhile. They were very professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

My rug is the cleanest it's been since we bought it 13 years ago, but for $400 for an 8×10' rug it had better be! All odors (pet urine) removed, some stains a previous "fine rug" cleaner didn't get out were removed, as well, so the quality of work is excellent, but ouch on the pocketbook.

I noticed some loose threads on my wool runner and took it to Cristomar for help. They examined the rug and told me that the yarn had untwisted and just needed a trim. They cleaned and treated it for insect prevention. While I was there, Mary helped me find a consigned rug that looks awesome in our great room. Every interaction with Mary, Sharon and Chris was pleasant, educational and helpful. Communication was top notch. If they said they would call, they called. The customer service was excellent. I would use them again without hesitation.

Christmas was great. They rolled out every rug with me and discussed what I wanted done. Estimate of cost and time was exact. The repair is PERFECT!

We were impressed with this company and plan to use them again, in fewer than 14 years, to clean this rug which is both a sentimental treasure (we saw it being made on our travels in Turkey) and a lovely jewel of an accent in our dining room. After talking with them, we also purchased a pad (yes, I know, we should have had one all along) custom cut for the rug. All conversations were professional, and the rug was ready when they said it would be.

We had multiple rugs to clean and called a cleaning service to our home. The cleaner, however, did not want to touch the Bokara due to its quality and value. He said to take it to a service that specialized in Oriental rugs. I identified Cristomar through Angie's list. They are trained specialists in Oriental rugs. They cleaned the rug in a bath and addressed both the pet stains and odors. The edges were frayed slightly, which they repaired. Since the rug is a rust color, I thought they would not be able to match the thread color and that I would be able to see the repair. To my pleasant surprise, I could not find the location of the repairs! Remarkable! The only place I will be taking our rugs now for cleaning and repair is Cristomar's. Oh, they take rug consignments also. If you are in the market to buy a quality rug at a great price, go see them!

I've had this rug for at least 15 years and was considering tossing it because of the pet stains and odor. I previously sent an oriental rug to Cristomar for repair and they did a fabulous job repairing the rug. THe price was fair and the workmanship was outstanding. I called this time to clean the older rug and received a quote that seemed ok for this rug. When they picked up the rug they called me with the price which was significantly higher than I expected. Chris and Mary worked with me to get the price to a point that I could afford. They were extremely professional. If you ever need a rug repaired, I would highly recommend Cristomar. In terms of rug cleaning, they are great, but expect to pay. Of course, you get what you pay for and with Cristomar, you get great service and high quality cleaning.

I found Christomar Fine Rug Cleaning and Repair on Angies list. They came the next day, picked up the rug and did an amazing job cleaning and repairing the rug. They worked with the insurance company which saved me time and hassle. They brought the rug back right on time. They were very customer focused and professional in every way. The service was excellent and the people where great. I have already recommended them to two of my friends.

The whole process went great. Cristomar cleaned the affected area, and was able to clean several other spots that occured long before the rug entered into our family. All of the spots are gone!! They were also able to repair several areas where the knots had begun to show. Included with their service was the cleaning and repairing of the fringes. The fringes are even, and bright white. Cristomar restored the vibrancy to the colors, and made the rug look new. We were very impressed with their skill and professionalism. They really know their business.

I am very impressed with the quality of their service. They removed the urine odor and stains completely. They also did an excellent job cutting down both rugs--both retained their proportions.

They were on time and provided the estimate and timing. Advised of the potential for fading and provided the recommendation to paint in the colors, very inexpensive. Took a couple of weeks, but it looked great.

The rug was approximately 10 years old and had never been cleaned. I was looking to repurpose the rug into another room but when I moved the dining room furniture off of it, I thought "No Way" The rug was dingy and did have a few stains from wine and prior spot cleaning attempts with Oxy Clean. (Dont do that!) Cristomar brought the rug back to life. The stains are gone and the discoloration much less noticeable.
