Description of Work: Their customer service excellent. |Jason & Sam were both very professional an courteous. |They were able to solve our immediate problem and explained what needed to be done in the future to keep up our cooling needs.

Description of Work: Climatesmith replaced a 17 year old air conditioner at a very reasonable cost. Jason came out on time and gave me a couple of options with estimates. I told him I didn't want to replace my furnace if I didn't have to because I didn't think it was in bad enough shape. He said there was no need - that it was working fine. I had another company give me an estimate that was almost triple what Climatesmith charged and they said I had to replace my furnace. I am very happy with the unit Climatesmith installed, it's running great! I have recommended them to my friends, and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: This service was a "Big Deal" to provide a 20 point HVAC system check. The technician was timely, professional and thorough. He provided some good advice on maintenance steps I could take to keep the system running properly and fixed a programmable thermostat so we could simply set the desired temperature as we did not have the manual. A very worthwhile "Big Deal"!

Description of Work: I used the heating & A/C service of Climate Smith LLC. I have a regular maintenance with them. They do a basic service on the heating and air conditioning; they also a guarantee if you need some after hour call there is no service charge.
