No cool air was blowing through my vents when I turned on the AC for the first time this summer. Upon recommendation from a family member, I called ClimateSmith and they were able to come out the very next day to check it out. Turns out my condenser needed replacement; James graciously waived the diagnostic fee. James and Jason were very helpful! They presented several options, and even had financing options to help make the large cost of a new condenser, easier to bear. The technicians who did the install were very courteous and completed the job in a timely manner. I am so glad I gave ClimateSmith a call! They are honest and dependable. Their customer service is top notch. ClimateSmith is the only company I will use for my HVAC needs.

I had 2 AC units that was leaking refrigerant. Tried to limp it along from last summer. Call 3 different HVAC companies. Jason came out and was professional, quick and straight to the point. Provided me 3 options. A good, better and best scenario. Emailed him a few times over the next few days with questions. He responded promptly which doesn't always happen with some vendors. We scheduled a time for the install. Brad and Chris arrived on time and worked throughout the day installing a reworking the ducts for the upstairs level. The original builders put a junction box that distributed to 6 vents. Brad reworked the tubes to give optimal air flow to the kids rooms that were always hotter than the rest of the house. Overall, the purchase was painless. I highly recommend ClimateSmith

Very well, also installed new pans under furnace units, new safety switches in pans, new circuit breakers & moved furnace filters to an outside of unit box.

I highly recommend this family owned Atlanta business. I've struggled with getting timely communication from contractors - it seems to happen more often then not, which is a mystery to me, since that's how they make a living. Not Climatesmith - your questions and comments are welcomed and answered promptly. If other contractors responded like this, I'd almost be done with my basement. I had an idea of what I wanted, and was told that it was more than I needed, as well as more costly. I ended up spending less on the installation than I had originally budgeted. The installers were great - dedicated, and kept me informed about their progress. They were not happy with the air flow on the original HVAC installation, and re-did the duct work for no additional charge. I can say that, so far, we've had to turn the AC to a warmer setting due to the increased efficiency of the system. I had some questions after the job was complete, and, again, very quick responses. They let me know that if I have any questions while finishing up the basement, I shouldn't hesitate to call. Also, when the basement is drywalled and painted, they will return and install all the fresh air return/vent covers. Fab-u-lous!

Called before arrival to verify address. Completed inspection of A/C unit, Went into attic to check, then change filters. Very responsive to questions. Went outside and checked & then cleaned coils in the unit.

I don’t think they were very helpful. They honored the $39 big deal.

Great ! Even though the offer was for only one unit, they extended the discount for my additional unit, which was really not expected. The service tech was very informative and knowledgable. He gave me some valuable information on my warranty, and some hints on keeping my units clean. Nice personality, and you could tell he really enjoyed his job.

Service was "Excellent" Technician "SAM" of Climate Smith arrived on schedule and provided quality customer service and education on my system beyond my expectation. He inspected and provided all the services enumerated on the Big Deal offer for $39.00. Nominate for POH award!

First of all they guy went to another address in Cartersville because his office gave him wrong address and he came just checked my system and told me its a leak and I have to change the whole system. He did not even open up our system to see how big the leak was or if it is repairable. I believe the Angie's List offers are scam because when I told him to add Freon temporarily. He said he will not do it. I have to call his company again so that they can charge me for another visit. I would highly request you to please do not publish the list of services if your technician is not going to perform the tasks mentioned on Angie's List. I opted for your service by seeing positive reviews here, but I had to call another person to come out who fixed my issues with minimal cost, where by your technician was trying to sell me $4000 AC unit. I would highly not recommend this to anybody and please make sure you confirm what you will be getting before purchasing any of their offers from Angie's List.

Sam called early and came on time. He was very friendly and professional. He gave us good advice on caring for our unit and information on getting a new one in the future. He checked everything thoroughly and replaced a damaged part and had our service finished in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely recommend this company based on our experience with Sam.

I have a 20 year HVAC system that was not cooling the House. Evaporator kept freezing up. After reading reviews on Angie's list, I choose Climatesmith to call for troubleshooting. Called at 9am and by Noon, they had someone out to look at the problem. Very knowledgeable and professional technician came out. Did not try to upsell me at all, Just looked into everything and found I was low on refrigerant. We discussed the age and condition of the HVAC system, They said I should be good for a while, just needed a charge. Thoroughly checked out everything, recharged the system and I am back up and running. Could not be happier with these guys and would recommend them to anyone.

Our furnace stopped working and ClimateSmith sent Sam to our home the same day. Sam determined that there was a possibility that a couple of parts would be needed to make the repair. He verified that the parts would be covered by the warranty, so we would pay only for labor. He said he would order the parts and reschedule to make the repair. Sam and James came back with the necessary parts and completed the repair. It turned out that we only needed one of the parts (motor module), so the job didn't take as long as they initially thought. It was a pleasure working with Sam and James and we really appreciate them and their office staff. We will definitely call them in the future for any other repairs for our Furnace or A/C and highly recommend them.

Jason, the owner of the company came out and did the work. He was timely, friendly, and professional. He changed the filters in both units and indicated that they were functioning very well for being as old as they were. He told us that they probably would last about 5 years or so based on use.

Great, they updated our thermostat, and serviced our existing heaters as well. They explained all of their work, and were on time.

Our downstairs unit was not cooling properly. The unit is 17 years old so I thought we would be told we need to replace it. James came out and took a look and said it was a loose wire. Problem solved. He was very courteous, thorough, and explained things to me clearly. We will definitely be using this company again.

They were courteous and professional. Cleaned my outside unit and boosted it with Freon; inspected the unit in the attic for any leakages. Everything turned out well. Happy with the results..

The technician arrived on time and even called before arriving to the appointment. He spent about an hour on the job. The technician was very professional and he did not try to push me into purchasing anything additional. We found did not have any Freon. He did explain options on other things I could do without putting any pressure on me. He seemed to be much more concerned about my being comfortable with what was going on. He answered all of my questions and was very professional and through. He was neat and cleaned up well after completing the job. My experience with them was very good. I would defiantly use them again.

JASON, WAS RIGHT ON TIME.CHECKED EVERYTHING INSIDE AND OUT...THEN EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US. WE WILL DEFINITELY USE CLIMATE SMITH AGAIN FOR OUR AIR CONDITIONING NEEDS.

Communication was excellent, I was contacted the following day after purchasing the deal and we set up a date to perform the service. On the scheduled date, I was called by Sam the Service Tech to let me know he was on his way and he arrived exactly at the scheduled time. Sam was extremely professional and showed concern for my home, before entering the residence he place disposable shoe covers on so he would not track anything inside. He then serviced the HVAC and after he was finished, we reviewed everything that was done, discussed the condition of the system and if there was anything that needed to be followed up on. Sam was extremely professional and respectful, if I need any further service on my HVAC, I know where I will reach out to first.

They were fine. They were efficient in their business and seem to know what they were doing. Their price is on the high side.
