The work went great. Tony and Kyle cleaned and repaired the dryer vents on two residences for me. Both men were very capable, competent, and friendly. These were quite difficult jobs because the buildings were 35 years old and the vents had never been cleaned and the structure of the vents through the attic and on the roof needed repair. Tony and Kyle both were great at figuring out just what needed to be done and their work was excellent. I would hire them again any day.

The men were extremely near and left no mess in the house nor the yard. The cap had to be custom made and they returned to install it as soon as it was available. The even worked on the installation after it started raining. Would definitely recommend.

The fellow who did the work was very efficient, explained things clearly, and left everything clean when he was finished. Will work with them again.

Hired this contractor to clean chimney and repair leak chimney cleaning was excellent; leak was not fixed...multiple calls for return service were ignored. Bill was paid in full at time of original service.

From the moment I called their offices to the completion of the work, they were fantastic! This company understands and lives customer service. It was a 2 day project to come in and take out the guts of my chimney, use jacks to move it back into place and rebuild the structure and add steel angle irons into the structure, plus re-grout. They explained the whole process, answered my questions, were courteous and respectful of my home. I can't think of a better experience during something that should be "unpleasant".

Andy was on time (actually early) and was very clear about what he'd be doing and how. He was friendly and very good at what he was doing. Professional and knowledgeable.

To our relief, after the fireplace was inspected, all it needed was to be caulked and that took care of the draft. We thought that the gas logs needed replacing, but were told that they were fine. A good thing we had the dryer vent done - it was very full of lint.

They get a "Triple A" rating. He did a fantastic job. He was thorough. It was a fair price. I know there is a lot of room for people to add in extra work like chimney caps, etc, but he didn't. He said ours was in good shape. So, I felt like the guy was very reputable.

That was good. Very positive. I don't have any complaints. I didn't price many of them, seems like a little expensive, but the work was really good, and I didn't mind paying a little extra. As far as I know its an A on quality, time will tell.

Everything went great. Chip and a helper arrived on time, efficiently performed the cleaning and inspection, and provided useful information on aspects of the fireplace. They also discovered, and verified through pictures that my chimney cap was very rusted and had been leaking. As a result I also ordered a new cap. That was installed a few weeks later also efficiently and with no problems. Cost below is for both services.

Very well! Inspected, cleaned and showed me how to work my logs. Took pictures of the roof area so I could see exactly what he was talking about. He gave me a heads up about repairs needed down the line and gave a quote but did not pressure me to make a decision or purchase now. Recommended to my family.

Gas log experts, Chimney Solutions! Charles, a specially trained and certified technician quickly diagnosed our problem. He tried to save us money by cleaning and tightening the malfunctioning part. When this didn't work, we agreed we needed a new part and Charles volunteered to come install it the next day, ON HIS DAY OFF. He arrived in time the next day, did the install quickly and called me the next day to be sure the fix was working, which it was. He even made friends with our little dog. What a great company to have a person of Charles' skills and character on their team!

I'm a first time Angie user. If this is the quality of vendor, then I'm sorely disappointed. I called and he never returned my call. Totally unprofessional in my mind. Definitely would not recommend as this appears to be a pattern based on other reviews.

Disappointed that an A on Angies List means they don't respond to phone calls.

Lack of follow-up resulted in lost business and a poor rating

How did it go? Well, it didn't go. I left THREE phone messages over several days with the company requesting a phone call to set up a service date and NONE of the calls were returned. I had relied on Angie's List reviews in selecting this provider, and was, therefore, shocked to see how unresponsive they were. Called one of their (Angie's List Grade A) competitors and had my call returned in 20 minutes and set up an appointment for next week. Good riddance Chimney Solutions!

Very professional service. Lance came on time, was courteous and professional. Cleaned the chimney with no mess, completed the inspection and answered all my questions very knowledgeably. Followed up with a full report and provided options for an upgrade as requested. Great service, I would hire again.

I had Andy and Tony come out to replace my fireplace hearth and backdrop from marble to slate. I also had my exhaust system replaced for my dryer since the company who did it before did it against code without my knowledge. Andy and Tony listened intently on what I wanted to have done. They were very precise and efficient with their work. They were also very nice and fun to be around. I highly recommend them!
