I felt that they pressured us too much on other concerns. They did do the job we asked and we are happy with that. They were just off tangent about other problems. They were not focused on the work that they were doing with our chimney and our problems. They spent about an hour of unnecessary verbal communication. All they were talking about were specials going on and tried to have me commit into a 20, 000 dollar job. I doubt their complexity and anxiousness, so I will get other opinions about my chimney and if it does end up needing work I will not use them. I will go with someone else because I am not comfortable with their opinion.

They were fair and they did a good job on my chimney although I didn t like the high pressure salesmen always trying to sell me something before, during and after the job was done. They tried to make me buy a brand new fire place and the accessories that go with it. I don t even need a new fireplace, I just bought the one I have like 5 years ago.

The technician told us about a few things that were not quite right and what to watch out for. I was impressed that the (Chimney Solutions) office called back a few days later to see if we were satisfied with the job.

Service call went extremely well. Technician was on-time, polite, gave advice, but was not pushy in selling upgrades and additions. Service call was quick and neat and price was what was expected. Highly recommend this vendor.

They were absolutely spotless in cleaning my chimney, they were prompt, showed up on time, very professional, and their price was very good. The price included the cleaning of the whole chimney including the hearth and inspection.

The technicians were right on time and very polite and professional. Great care was taken to protect my floors from the front door to the fireplace. The work was completed fairly quickly and they painted the back of the fireplace to match the other two sides (which I hadn't expected). The work was well done and the area was left immaculate.

The technician was running about 10 minutes late and called well before he was due to arrive to let me know. Once there, he cleaned the chimney and left the area immaculate. He also got on top of our roof to inspect the top of the chimney in spite of the fact that it was pouring rain! He was very polite and professional.

The service person, Shannon, arrived very promptly on time. He was very courteous and efficient. He was in and out within two hours and left no evidence that he had been there other than clean chimney and fireplaces. Regarding the drawing problem in the one chimney, his diagnosis was that this was partly due to a heavy buildup inside the chimney and partly due to the design of the chimney. He advised me that the cleaned chimney should draw better, and gave me an estimate for correcting the design problem should we desire to.

We had a ventfree fireplace installed previously with the company and were happy with the work done. This time the person who came to give the estimate was more concerned with selling me an overall fireplace inspection to look for problems with the structure of the fireplace. He then gave me a very broad range for the work to be done, and suggested it could be less if we did the work now as opposed to waiting a couple of weeks.

The technicians were over an hour late (they did call to let me know they would be late). Once there, they were very efficient and clean. There was no evidence that they were even there on my carpet, even though the chimney was exceedingly dirty! They explained what was going on with the fireplace, pointing out situations that will need attention. Overall, I was happy with the company.

Even though I was scheduled for the last stop of their day, they arrived on-time. They were professional and courteous. They made absolutely NO mess! Chimney Solutions charged much less than some of their competitors had quoted for this job.

It took less than an hour. They were on time, it was clean, and they were courteous.

Company appears to be scam artists. We were purchasing a home and wanted to have the chimney checked out. Representative told us that both the chimney and utility flue needed to be re-lined and warned us of a serious carbon monoxide risk. He then tried to push a $5000 solution on us. We got a second opinion - someone whom Angie's List has solid A ratings and who had very strong references. He told us that all the work had already been done and that the chimney would probably outlast the rest of the house.

DID A GOOD JOB AND WERE VERY CLEAR ON RECOMMENDATIONS FOR MAKING THE CHIMNEY SAFER. PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL TECHNICIAN. THE CHIMNEY SWEEP DID NOT MAKE A MESS AT ALL AND LEFT THE AREA CLEANER THAN BEFORE.

THIS ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS BEYOND ANYTHING WE COULD POSSIBLY IMAGINE. THE CHIMNEY SWEEP PERSON, MICHAEL, SEEMED VERY SINCERE, WHICH IS WHY WE TRIED TO WORK THROUGH HIM, BUT HE HAD TOTAL INCOMPETENCE IN SUPPORT.

THERE WAS NO MESS FOR ME TO CLEAN UP AFTER REPAIRMAN LEFT. THE SWEEPER WAS ALSO CLEAN. HE CLEANED THE INSIDE FROM THE DEN AND ALSO FROM THE TOP OF THE HOUSE. LOOKS NEW!

THEY WERE ON TIME, DID A GOOD, CLEAN JOB FOR A REASONABLE PRICE.

THE PERSON THAT DID IT WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND THOROUGH.

THEY WERE VERY CLEAN AND EFFICIENT.

THEY WERE TIMELY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COURTEOUS.
