Came out told me a belt was worn and had to order it. They came to repair it once part came in, hard to schedule though, I had to call to follow up. On further inspection of the dryer they discovered the drum was cracked and we needed a new dryer, but could fix this one for now. Job complete, BUTand hellip;the light on the inside used to work, now it doesn't. I tried to replace the bulb myself as it possibly could have been burned out..that did not fix the issue. I called them to let them know and the lady who answers the phone did not want to send anyone, I finally convinced her it was in their best interest to send someone and they did and corrected the issue.

We found them through our Home Warranty Company (2-10), which charges us $50 when things break. Our oven's self cleaning wasn't working, and the bottom heating element broke. The technician actually came out twice because he had to order a part. He spent a good amount of time troubleshoot, we were very happy.

American Appliance and Refrigeration, Inc. took over three days to get back with the Home Warranty Company. I was never contacted on the phone. They claimed the part failed not due to normal wear and tear but because jelly must have spilled on the door gasket. This is untrue. The Home Warranty company said the Refrigerator Gasket is a covered component. They also promise to repair an appliance regardless of age. The Refrigerator is ten years old. Now because of American Appliance and Refrigeration, Inc. report the home warranty company refuses to cover the repairs. The Repair Ticket that American Appliance gave me had an incorrect address on it. After calling every day for three days trying to get this resolved, the owner of American Appliance and Refrigeration very rudely told me I was no longer allowed to call his business. This firm is very unprofessional and employees speak poor English.
