Mr. Farris came out and told me fairly quickly that my home didn't need the service that another company told me I needed. He was very reassuring that my foundation was fine and didn't need piers to hold it in place. Very professional, will be contacting them again for any possible foundation problems in the future.

They did a thorough inspection, recommended ways I could improve the situation and referred an engineer to document the damage. All at no charge.

Put in a request over the holidays to have a home we recently purchased inspected due to some concerns we had regarding the foundation. This included some floors over a crawl space, some cracking in the garage foundation and the floors in our living space over it. I was promptly contacted via email (how I contacted them on their site), scheduled an appointment and Wayne showed up promptly at the time agreed to. He seemed thorough in our discussion, very knowledgeable and took the time to address each one of my concerns. He did not attempt to scare or pressure me into purchasing services and in fact gave some recommendations for me to deal with what I was seeing and a path forward. He also gave a recommendation to a couple contractors for some crawl space issues that his company doesn't take care of. A lot of times when dealing with contractors and service companies, you rarely get a "warm fuzzy". Atlas was the opposite, I will monitor my issues and definitely contact them again if I see problems develop.

Very efficient, finished in one day. Both original sales rep and onsite foreman were thoughtful about options, explained the project and technology in detail. Sales rep spent over an hour inspecting house, including crawling under the porch, and discussing. Not the least expensive bid, but extremely thorough.

Went just like they had explained during the free quote visit.

The house I bought had a foundation problem where the cinder block wall was getting pushed in. They did a great job. Wayne was honest and nice. About a year and half rolled around and I just inquired about getting support beams to remove load baring walls. Susan was so nice on the phone that I immediately wanted to leave a review. She referred me to a specialist for what I was looking for. Thanks.

Workers showed up on time, were very diligent in correcting the problem. Different type of piers had to be used, it turned out, and they made sure the job was done correctly and in the way that was best for my particular foundation and soil.

They were very good. I needed the foundation lifted and they came and put in the piers and it was solved.

I called the service, Wanye came and gave me a good estimate with good knowledge made me insured that my foundation is ok vs. the other 2 company all made me panic that my foundation need piers, ets. He rather recommended me a specialist to work on the foundation, soils that who could provide further help. He's honest and I really appreciated.

4They started the call by telling me they only do basements, not crawlspaces. I thanked them for the call back thinking it was the end of the conversation. Susan stopped me from hanging up and got more information about my problem. She then spent a few minutes finding people that they had worked with in the past that could fix my problem and provided me with their names and phone numbers giving me some information about each. Knowing that they weren't getting any business, and in a time where all the basement and crawlspace people are crazy busy due to unrelenting rain lately, this was unnecessary but very appreciated. If their work is anywhere near as good as their customer service, I would definitely recommend them.

Atlas Piers did an excellent job on putting in piers for a large front step. They were punctual, highly professional and completed the work without any problems. I highly recommend them for any job. The men arrived on time and worked very hard for two days. They took 30 minutes for lunch. These men are professionals and worked as a team.

I called and made an appointment. Wayne came out and was on time. He surveyed the foundation and recommended that it wasn't necessary to lift the foundation since it wasn't settling anymore. He was very honest and I would definitely use them again. Very professional and knowledgable.

We called Atlas Piers to come to our home to give us an estimate for piers needed to shore up our foundation, which had cracked and become unlevel at one corner of our home. They responded the same day and set up an appt for a few days later. Chad Costello arrived early and looked under the house and told us it wasn't that bad - big relief! Chad said we only needed three piers installed, and gave us a verbal estimate, which was promptly sent in writing via email the following day. He explained how the job would be done, how long it would take, and answered all our questions. Due to me going out of town for Thanksgiving week, I didn't get back to them with the signed accepted proposal until around 12/5. They called the following Wednesday and said they had an opening the next day, and I said that would be good. At 8:00 am on the button, their work crew arrived and got right to work. They were done by early afternoon, and did a very good job of not messing up shrubbery around the work area. These people know what they are doing, and they do it very efficiently, well and for a reasonable price. I would definitely use them again for any future foundation problems, and recommend them highly.

Wayne Farris, CEO of Atlas Piers came to my property and provided me with an estimate. It was immediately apparent that he has been in this business for a long time, and knows what he's talking about. He discussed the best case scenario for the project, as well as possible complications that would create additional costs. I felt very comfortable selecting Atlas to do the work. Three weeks later the crew of three showed up promptly to do the work. The foreman was extremely professional, and took time to answer my many questions. The other two crew members were also very polite. I believe one of them had been with Atlas for over fifteen years. Like Wayne, they appeared very competent in what they were doing. Two issues occurred that required minimal additional costs over the estimate. Apparently the previous owner of the home had attempted a fix to this problem by adding additional concrete to the outside of the original foundation wall. The crew had to use jack hammers to remove this concrete in the areas where the three piers were installed. Secondly, two cracks were found in the foundation wall that required the installation of metal plates prior to the lifting process. These two issues added $545.00 to the bill. Once the work was completed, the crew did an excellent job of cleaning up the worksite. All my contacts with the Atlas Piers office staff were pleasant and professional. I interviewed three contractors for this job, and am very pleased that I selected Atlas!

Perfect. We were days away from closing on the sale of our house when we found out we had some foundation issues. Atlas was so accommodating of our urgent situation. They did the work in one day - having to move shrubbery and dig down 20 ft for the piers - and you couldn't tell they had done any digging when they were finished. Shrubs were replanted and it looked as good as new. The work was perfect and allowed us to close on our house as scheduled.

It was fine. They were very thorough. Two people came out and they cleaned up when they were finished. We have had no problem since.

They told me what I thought I needed was not necessary and referred me to someone who dealt with inspections of foundations. I felt they were totally honest and helpful despite the fact that I was basically a "none costumer" that wasn't spending any money with them. I appreciated that and wouldn't hesitate to use them or refer then when they are needed.

I received an estimate for work on my foundation issues. They were prompt and professional about responding to my inquiry. I ended up needing to contact a structural engineering company instead due to my specific problem, but if I needed their service in the future I would reach out.
