Atlanta Metro Roofing

I had the roof inspected with a view to repairing it - but it was old. I decided to get a new roof as this one was only going to last 2 more years. AMR applied my $125 Angies List voucher to the cost of the roof. A team of six people arrived early in the morning. Tarps were laid out all around the house, planters were carefully moved and my shrubs were protected from debris. These guys worked like crazy for 7 hours with very short breaks. They were all so friendly, always smiling, courteous, professional. I was even doing some yard work and they asked me during their break if they could help me cut a tree limb! After all these hours on a roof! Very nice team. Team was managed by Ben - again, friendly, approachable, professional. I had dealt with Ben in person and Shari (owner) by phone and email. Shari could not have been nicer. She answered all my questions, dropped shingle samples at my home, recommended certain shingles and really took time to inform me and help me make the best decisions. I really appreciated that. When I started shopping for a roof, I thought it might have been a whole ordeal - byt AMR made it an enjoyable process. I am very happy with my roof and glad I chose AMR. In addition, the roof price covered everything - no extras at all....and was actually a good bit cheaper than two of my neighbors roofs that they had installed by another roofing company. The roof was finished in seven hours. The team spent about an hour cleaning up and removing debris/nails. Really great job and great people. I had called my insurance adjuster out to look at the roof to see if insurance would cover it - it didn't - my roof was just old. However, he told me AMR was a good company and that the most important thing was to choose local. There are many companies that move around the country following storms - it isn't always easy to get them to return if you need that 2 years down the line. That was good advice that helped make AMR an easier choice too. If I need any roof work done ever again, I am absolutely calling no-one but Atlanta Metro Roofing!

Ben was forced to cancel my first appointment due to inclement weather, but he promptly called me that morning to let me know we would have to reschedule. The next day, they called me and scheduled another visit. Ben arrived within the time window, told me what he was going to do, showed me pictures of what he found, and explained that I needed two small repairs done. He performed those repairs (at a small extra charge as the repairs were not covered under the inspection deal) and again showed me pictures on his phone of the repairs he made. I was very pleased with the professionalism and promptness provided by this company and when the time comes to replace my entire roof, I will definitely contact this company again.

Atlanta Metro Roofing did exactly what they said they would in the Angie's agreement. It was a pleasure to deal with Ben, the roof inspector. He was right on time and very professional. This is my roofing company from now on; I will be telling friends and family that this is the place to get the job done right!

I am extremely pleased with my new roof from Atlanta Metro Roofing. The entire ordeal was flawless. I was not even aware that I had damage to my roof until I received a free roof inspection and then a new roof. Jim Dibble was great and helped me through the process. AMR was great to work with. The initial inspection, insurance claim process, delivery, installation, and final walkthrough were all fast and easy. All site visits were done at their scheduled times, and all the AMR personnel that I dealt with acted professionally (no fly-by-night roofers encountered) My new roof looks great - even more so because Shari suggested a different color of shingle (at the same price as my original choice). Because my old roof was not covered under insurance as it was not damaged, just old, price was a factor in this project. AMR was not just competitive with the other quotes I received, they were the lowest-cost option. Another nice surprise was the lack of last minute add-on items to the project.

I contacted Atlanta Metro Roofing after I realized I had a pretty bad leak in my garage and a coworker advised if roof related I may have weather related damage and to contact a roofer to verify. Several of my neighbors had used Atlanta Metro Roofing so it seemed like my best bet. I was not disappointed upon my initial call I had one of their best inspectors out within a day. Jim was not only personable but very knowledgeable and assured me I should have no problems filing a claim. AMR walked me through the process which was very easy. Due to some weather set backs it took about four times for the adjuster and Jim to finally be able to get on the roof but he was there everytime even after injuring himself he made sure to be there. I felt very at ease because I felt that Jim went above and beyond to be there and the claim was approved. It took a day for the roof to be replaced and you would have never known they had been there with the exception of a very nice, new roof! I had a roof recently replaced by Atlanta Metro Roofing (AMR). Shari and her team were great. They walked me through the process, answered my questions and met with the insurance adjuster. Within three weeks of obtaining insurance approval, AMR was on the property installing the new roof. The crew arrived on time early in the morning and were finished that same day. The dumpster was removed within two days with no issues. The interior paining was completed in record time. I hightly recommend using this company. A broken pipe in our garage and the resulting damage revealed questionable areas on the interior of our roof. We were unable to track down the company who installed the roof three years ago ( previous owners) Sheri responded quickly to my call and sent one of her employees to inspect the areas. Ben was punctual and professional. He climbed up on a ladder to examine the areas and assured me there was no reason for concern. He even told me how to install access in the garage ceiling to that part of the roof as a preventive measure for the future. Sheri didn't charge me a dime for this inspection (and piece of mind) I will definitely keep her number handy should I have any problems in the future.

The work was excellent and our new roof is beautiful! There were some minor issues along the way but Sherry and her team were always professional and responded to our needs in a very timely manner. Atlanta Metro Roofing (AMR) was very professional! Shari (the owner) was great to work with! She laid out all the information - she was very knowledgeable and organized. She led me through dealing with the insurance company. When the insurance adjuster came out to examine, AMR came out to meet them to make sure the insurance company was on the same page with all the needed repairs. It was such a simple process because they handled everything! The day before repair, the suppliers had dropped off the supplies which had completely blocked my driveway so I couldn't get my car out! Panicked I called Shari and in less than 2 hours, Shari had them move the supplies over - whew! AMR took great care to cover my bushes and protect my grass from all the shingle debris. They even cleaned my garage from all the shingle dust that had crept in! They finished everything in 2 days (and I have a decent sized roof). Replacing the roof was just surprisingly a breeze when it ordinarily could be a big headache and I owe it to AMR for their professionalism and thoroughness in getting it done!

The representative provided all of the details needed for the job, time, cost, etc. The installers arrived before the appointed time, which was excellent. They worked until job was completed as promised. Once the roof was installed all of the old materials were cleaned up and hauled off, no debris was left in my yard. This work was done very professionally and accurately by Atlanta Metro Roofing and I would highly recommend them to others.

These folks did a great job. They met with the insurance adjuster and examined the roof. They were very thoughtful in helping us make a decision on the replacement roof color and texture. They provided upgrades and cost savings along the way. The installation was flawless and completed on schedule and on budget.

The painting took one day and was very well done. The roof took about one and a half days and looks terrific. Cleanup afterwards was well done.

Mark, who was my main contact, was prompt, provided a detailed explanation of the roof installation, worked with my insurance company and provided a quick turn around time for roof installation. Working with AMR was a pleasure. Jim was our main contact, but we worked with Shari the owner as well. They provided brochures, references, and product information up front, and met our schedules for discussion, inspections, and the work itself. The work was done in one day (instead of two as originally scheduled) and their crew was very careful with our property. We also had several hiccups with our insurance company, and they were very patient with the delays in payment that caused. We really love our new roof, and wouldn?t hesitate to use AMR again. Highly recommended. Our out-of-pocket costs were our deductible plus upgrade to architectural shingles and venting we added.

To begin, AMR came to our home at the scheduled time to inspect our roof for weather damage. Shari (owner) and her project lead arrived at the agreed time and thoroughly inspected our roof. As expected, weather damage was identified. Consequently, I contacted my insurance company claims department and set-up a time for the adjuster to assess the roof damage. Shari's project lead met the adjuster at our home to review the damage. The claim was approved... Shari then worked with us in selecting the appropriate replacement roofing. It was a delight working with Shari. She was not at all pushy about making decisions. She was most focused on presenting roofing alternatives to us and ensuring that we select the most appropriate material, given that this is a long-term decision. She brought several roofing samples to our home to review, and directed us to other homes that had similar roofing for us to see. Once the roofing material was selected, we worked with Shari in scheduling a convenient time for the installation. The project began on time. The team arrived early to begin the work. The work was completed efficiently and on time. The installation team was clean and conscientious about their work. Resulting from our great experience with Shari and her team, we've recommended AMR to a number of neighbors. Our entire experience with AMR clearly exceeded our expectations. We are pleased to highly recommend AMR, and would not hesitate in using them again.

I absolutely LOVE my new roof! AMR did a great job and Shari was great to work with in picking out shingles, scheduling the work, etc. They helped guide me through the insurance process, as well. I would definitely recommend them!

AMR's insurance claims specialist, Mark McKeehan, was right on time for his initial visit and inspection. After reviewing the work/estimate I signed the agreement right away since they were already in my neighborhood doing work. They started the work exactly when they said and it only took 2 days and everything was done perfectly. They did a great job cleaning up too! Overall great experience and I would highly recommend.

The owner, Shari, visited us in our home and provided an accurate estimate based on her own evaluation of the roof. Their estimate differed from the insurance adjuster's which they resolved with the adjuster directly. Their crew arrived on time on the day specified. The crew they sent were outstanding in every way. The lead, Ben, was very upfront with questions and concerns as the project progressed and made sure I understood the process. Shari also visited the work site on the first day to check in and see how things were going and then came by afterward to view the finished product. The crew covered the bushes and moved items out of the way from falling debris. We have a very steep roof which caused the project to go over to a second day, which they also told about up front. We also have a covered porch addition which they reroofed in a way that made it seamless with the new roof. The team also took care to clean up thoroughly afterwards. My own visual inspection of the roof shows a remarkable job done by careful professionals. I would highly recommend Atlanta Metro Roofing for your roofing needs.

I got their number from my neighbor who got a new roof that he paid only $1000.00 for. I got an inspector to my house to give me a free roof inspection,he informed me that there was storm damage, and to call my insurance company to make a claim,I did.Once My insurance gave me their inspect date i called AMR inspector (Kyle) to let him know when my insurance company is to send there inspector by. AMR Rep arrived early "good cause so did insurance" They both went on roof and after them walking and talking AMR company must have great rep with insurance they got my entire roof paid by my insurance. I picked my color,style and in three days the company was ready to start work they removed my old roof down to the wood, and by the end of the day my whole house was done and not one destroyed bush, no nails, and no blowing trash. I was so impressed I have architecture shingles now and there upgraded ridge cap. Hands down best bang for the buck. Very proffesional, no rush,and it was the best work my neighbor agrees.

Atlanta Metro did the work as they agreed to. They were professional, knew how to handle the project, which was a little difficult but they got everything done in a reasonable time frame. I would hire them again in the future if needed be.

This was only about a ten minute fix and they did do an excellent job. Being that it was such an easy fix, the guy did apologize, but, he still had to charge me the minimum fixed price for their company. If I would of known how to do it and how easy it was, I would of just done it myself. However, it did turn out great and they did do very good with it.
