Atlanta Metro Roofing

My home owners insurance was dropped by my insurance company, due to the age of the roof, hail damage and missing shingles. That was something that I never expected and was worried about the high cost of roof replacement. I had a tough time getting the house back on the insurance, due to the age of the roof. That was when I contacted Sharri Zippay with Atlanta Metro Roofing. She was amazing to work with. She patiently listed to my situation and offered to help me through this process. She immediately engaged Shawn, her roofing expert. Shawn was very professional, courteous and patient. Between him and Sharri I felt I was in good hands and was able to handle the situation with more confidence and peace. They inspected the roof, helped me through the claim process and ensured I got a new quality roof. They were very professional, thorough and very prompt with their schedule and service. I am very pleased and satisfied with their service. I highly recommend them and would certainly go with them for any future needs.

The owner filled in the paperwork with us over the weekend, was prompt, knew her product and services and made the whole process so simple and easy. We were very happy with the work done and the staff were prompt, did a great job and left our exterior spotless. They even replaced the patio furniture and pot plants. It was okay. There was some confusion as to what was to be done on the big deal. I did end up having that sorted out and the lady at the company did her best to rectify the confusion and by the way it wasn't me that was confused. They were the services that they said that they would do. They said that they would fix nail holes, they would replace so many shingles but the first thing they wanted to do was to replace the roof and have my insurance company come out and inspect it. It turned out that it was not a roof that was needed and there was no damage on the roof.

He explained to me how insurance works to replace roofs and that minor things are best left until roof must be replaced. Fortunately, we had no damage at this time and part of their service was to come back in a few months to check it again.

Shari provided me with an estimate that was far more reasonable than any other roofing contractor. While I was a little weary, having never heard of her company, we decided to take a chance anyway. From the beginning Shari was prompt with her estimate. She left sample boards behind, and provided us with her recommendation of color of roof and type. Furthermore, she took the time to provide pictures of homes that AMR had completed roofs with similar brick coloring and different color roof options, making our decision making much easier. Shari worked closely with our insurance company and was patient in waiting for our estimates and payments to come in from insurance. Even after work was complete. Shari's employees that came and worked on the roof were professional, worked quickly and efficiently to complete our large roof in a reasonable amount of time (1.5 days). They took precautionary measures with our landscaping as well as the surrounding areas of our home. The level of workmanship was very high! When it came time to clean up, the area around my home was cleaned up, so well, no one would ever know there was a work crew here. They did a fantastic job. My roof looks fantastic!!! I cannot say enough how pleased I am with AMR, I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking roofing services!!! AMR knows what they are doing and do it very well!!!

Once Atlanta Metro Roofing started the job, They kept us informed every step of the way. they were very professional and attentive. Atlanta Metro Roofing went above and beyond what was required of them. The roof was done in ONE DAY!! Awesome! I had expected a 2-3 day job but true to their word it was done in 1 day. It is beautiful, upgraded from what the Insurance required and it is the best looking roof in my Subdivision!! Sherri and Joe did all the leg work in working to get my roof repaired. They scheduled the materials to be delivered, scheduled dumpster for debris removal. The dumpster and materials arrived on the day and the time frame I was given. The crew arrived on time the next day and replaced the roof. The quality of the materials was excellent. The crew was skilled, knowledgeable and did and excellent job. The property was left clean and free of debris. The dumpster was picked up as I had been told it would be. After the roof was on Sherri and Joe worked with me to make sure that all the paperwork got into the insurance company. I would recommend Atlanta Metro Roofing to any homeowner needing or looking to replace or repair their roof. I have already recommended Atlanta Metro Roofing to a co-worker that is going to have her roof replaced.

This company is outstanding. The level of customer service and attention to detail is unsurpassed. Shari and Matt are very attentive to their customers needs. Don't even bother quoting any other roofing company....they have the perfect balance of excellent work great timing and competitive prices. I quoted 5 companies. My quotes ranged from $7200 - $12,000. AMR offered the best track record of reviews, most detailed pricing and best quality products. I am very happy with my experience with this company, and I'm not an easy customer when it comes to my home.

I had no idea that a roofing company made customer service their #1 priority. They were so responsive to all of our questions. They spent time with us at each stage along the way especially helping us pick the correct materials and shingle color. They were always prepared for every meeting during our decision making process (for example ordering an ariel/satellite picture of our roof so that they could accurately calculate materials & expense). They have been in the roofing business for many years and their expertise really showed through both with the sales/office staff as well as with the installation crew that was onsite at our residence. We had a huge roof and their crew handled the installation in one day and most importantly, did a great job with clean-up (since we have little kids running around). We felt very prepared for the installation and they always provided us with written documentation - from the roof quote, to how to prepare for installation day, an outline of exactly what they would be doing at our residence, etc. They also came out and walked out property with us just before the installation to make sure they would not harm any outdoor furniture, landscaping or external features of our home. Then the owner was again at our home the day after the installation making sure that we were pleased, nothing had been damaged in the installation, and making sure the crew had cleaned-up as promised. It was a great and easy experience. We would definitely refer Atlanta Metro Roofing AND use them again for any future roofing needs.

This is the second home we had Atlanta Metro Roofing install a new roof for us and both times our experience was incredible. From the beginning, Shari listened to our concerns and needs and took care of us the entire way through the process. They were even able to help get our first house roof covered by our insurance company. There are a lot of fly by night roofers that troll our neighborhood for easy insurance claims but I was worried those companies would come and go and if I had any issues or warranty problems in the future, they would be no where to be found. I chose AMR because they are a local company that has been in business for years with an amazing track record. Pricing was extremely reasonable and I felt through the entire process that Shari was looking out for us to make sure we had to pay the least amount possible while still getting a great service and product. The crew and follow up were steller. We had a small piece of glass from one of our outdoor fixtures break during one of the installs and after notifying AMR, they came out and fixed it within 24 hours no questions asked. This was a minor issue, but they took it very seriously and fixed it immediately. AMR gave us a great roof, great service at a great price. They are AMAZING! I couldn't ask for anything more and would use them again in a heartbeat.

The service was excellent. There is nothing bad about them that I can think about. The representative from the company was excellent. He took me through the process, and he was there throughout the entire process to answer any questions. He was very courteous, very friendly, and he was knowledgeable. The price was good. The clean up was excellent. I have recommended them to several friends.

They wer punctual and service cost was reasonable. However, I did not get any report from them as to the condition of the roof and what exactly they did to my roof. They also left the premise without contacting me.

They did an excellent job. We had a defect soffit up near the chimney; they took a picture to show me what needed to be done. They replaced it and as an extra they blew off my roof for no additional fee. They called me a few days later to follow up with me and I was very pleased.

That turned out fine. Just one employee came out and it took him about 20 minutes. There was damaged shingle that they put back into place. He also calked and sealed a lot of nails around the roof.

I asked them to look at an area where I knew there was a problem. They said they could quote this with and without a guarantee and left without replacing a couple of damaged shingles. I did not receive a quotation for some time and I had to remind them. When I received the quote it consisted of two lines with no details. They did not seem very interested in my business.

I purchased this Deal which was described as roofing repairs and fixing up to 20 leaks in the roof and a roof inspection. The roofer came out to my property stated that he could not fix any leaks and recommended roof replacement. I recieved no report, no pictures, nothing but a statment that I should replace the roof and they were of course more than happy to do that. My roof is ten years old and had a leak in two small but specific areas. No repairs were done. The roofer was at the property for 15 mins. I could have gotten any company to come out for free and give me an estimate. I feel I recieved nothing for the $125 spent on this "deal".

They brought a large crew and completed the work on a 3400 sf home in one day. The dumpster was removed the following day with no evidence of debris remaining. The roof has upgraded architectural shingles, many pieces of wood were replaced at no additional charge and the owner of the business was involved in a very professional but friendly manner throughout the entire process. She was also very understanding and accommodating about getting the insurance check signed by all signers. We were very impressed and can't believe how easy the entire process was and how confidant all of the staff made us feel.

It went fine. Their prices are in line to the rest of the industry. They're very responsive. They're very professional.

Atlanta Metro Roofing came out and inspected my roof and suggested that we file a claim due to damage on my roof. We did and they were able to assist in getting me a new roof through insurance. Ben did a great job installing my roof and cleaning up. It only took one day. I used Atlanta Metro Roofing for some interior work also and they assisted me in that since I had no one to do my painting. They arrived on time and did a beautiful job. This company was professional and let me know what was going on every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend and use them again!

Ben and his crew arrived early and amazingly completed the job in one (long) day! Most of our neighbors had roofers working for 3-4 days to complete their jobs. The crew was energetic and professional in their approach. The day after the job my neighbor next door thought she spotted something that didn't look right so I called Jim and he came out. We couldn't see anything from the ground, so Ben and his crew came back the next day. Ben found what my neighbor saw, it was a construction fault from when the house was built and nothing to do with the roof, but Ben fixed it anyway. Talk about going the extra mile! Brett and Shari stayed in touch with us throughout the process to make sure that we knew what to expect and that we were satisfied with the quality and the cost of all work. They also arranged for the replacement gutters and that work went flawlessly as well. What a great experience working with Atlanta Metro Roofing!

Shari from Atlanta Metro Roofing provided excellent guidance and suggestions for me as I was a novice. The process went exactly as planned, with the materials arriving when stated and the project beginning , and completed on time. The crew was all very professional with installation and clean up. The roof looks great. I could not have had a better experience and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality job with a professional team.

The installation went great. Ben and his crew was at my house at the crack of dawn. I thought that there would be more disturbance, since I worked from home that day. There was minimum disruptions to my work. My roof looks wonderful. Also, Shari customer service is a cool glass of ice water on a hot day. She was very helpful and accommodating. This is rare to see in this day and age where excellent customer service should be businesses top priority, but unfortunately in most cases is not. I will be recommending Shari and her crew to everyone I know. Thanks Shari.

The woman led by touting how wonderful they are, and how they work with insurance companies to get roof replacements. At the first call, I was busy, and asked them to call back, but told her that yes I was interested in an estimate. The woman attempted to call back 4 times within an hour and a half. I finally answered on the last try (am on a deadline with work). I had checked out the listing on Angie's List and saw that they had a moderate number of reviews--all positive, so i decided to schedule an estimate. The woman I spoke with immediately started gathering my information in preparation for the free estimate. I told her my insurance company and some available times. She briefly stepped away, and then returned and was v ery quick in blowing me off, telling me first that my insurance is not covering roofs right now, but after the next storm they might--- so if there is another big storm, I should try calling them back! She did not even ask if I wanted to proceed with a roof estimate outside of insurance---- clearly this company is a bunch of storm chasers, and clearly they are only willing to spend time talking with you if your insurance company is on their list of those likely to pay. The way the woman handled the situation left an extremely bad taste in my mouth--- and I WOULD NEVER do business with this company based on how unprofessionally they treated me. UPDATE- I will say this company is very responsive, and immediately tried to make amends for the poor treatment I received from the initial associate. The actions of one poor associate should not destroy the reputation of an entire company, and because of the swift actions this company and its owner have taken to address my concerns, I have adjusted my review. I do give them props for paying attention, and for listening.

Everything went very smoothly. We were kept informed every step of the way, with several visits to our home from Jim to allow us to pick the shingles, and gutter cover color. The roof was installed in a timely manner, and the work was completed in half a day. The installers were courteous, and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. We would definitely recommend AMR to others.
