They did an excellent job of all work, including the cleanup afterwards. Prior to the roofing, they helped us file an insurance claim and gave a very accurate quote. The job was done for the amount we were promised!

AMR replaced a roof on our community cabana and did a very good job. There was some miscommunication and AMR worked with the HOA and corrected all concerns. Because of their good deed, great workers and good work, I hired them to replace a roof on my house. My roof looks good and they did a very good job.

From beginning to end the experience was professional and stress-free. Shari scheduled a consultation with Greg Reese, who was our primary contact. He came out with a co-worker who got on the roof and took pictures of the condition and damage to the roof, then Greg assured us that the insurance company would approve full replacement based on the findings. Greg then got on the phone with the insurer and we coordinated a meeting with the adjuster. The adjuster came out in a few days and approved the replacement immediately. The actual work was done quickly and with no surprises. Would highly recommend for this type of work or even small repairs, they will treat you right!

They did a great job. We got a very reasonable quote within a couple days and the work started the following week and was completed in one day. Shari, the owner, was very accessible and answered all questions I had about their licensing and bonding requirements before the work began. I felt very comfortable using them and would recommend to neighbors and friends.

We had the best experience working with Atlanta Metro Roofing company. Shari bent over backwards helping us with estimates on a roof we were not excited about spending money on. We truly felt they gave us the best possible deal. She helped us pick out the color and walked us thru the process of what to expect. Greg oversaw the project and was on hand to answer questions at any time which made us feel confident with the job they were doing. The workers were efficient, easy to work with, and they cleaned up extremely well when they were done. Before payment was made, all made sure we were completely satisfied. AMR is the most professional, courteous, and honest roofing contractor. We received a relocation assessment of our roof by another company which falsely stated we had discontinued shingle that were involved in a lawsuit. Forcing us to re-roof our house right before closing. AMR reviewed the roof to give us a bid and properly noticed the shingles on the roof were not discontinued and provided evidence that the other contractor was lying. The owner, Shari, was amazing and worked with my relocation company to have this false statement removed from my disclosure and has now become the Atlanta Metro Area inspection group for this relocation firm. Thanks for the amazing job, your honesty and saving me tons of money.

I selected Atlanta Metro Roofing after speaking with several companies. I live out of state and rent my house. The roof had been damaged by high wind and several, large branches that had fallen on to the roof causing cracks and several leaks into the attic. Shari and her team worked with my insurance which made the process much easier. The new roof was installed with several upgrades which she did at her cost. That alone is huge! The upgrades ensured the roof was up to current code requirements when I sell my house. The crew were on time, installed the new roof and cleaned up the the surrounding area. My tenants are happy with the new roof and the quality of work performed. Living out of state and having to get a roof replaced was tedious and a challenge, but Shari and Atlanta Metro Roofing made this task much easier. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing to replace or repair their roof.

I was extremely amazed and satisfied with the service from Atlanta Metro Roofing. They were the first company to show up for the inspection and the first company to send the bid knowing that I had limited time to have the work performed since I was in the process of selling my home. I was impressed with the professionalism displayed by all of the Atlanta Metro Roofing employees as well as the owner Shari the owner. After the contract was signed the work was performed within 3 days. I have NEVER seen a company work that fast! After the work was completed they made sure to clean up the area and no nails or roofing materials were left anywhere. I have dealt with roofers before and had to clean after they were done, not in this case; there wasn?t even a single nail left behind. On top of that when an inspector found an area of concern on the roof Shari sent her crew quickly to investigate and take care of the problem for me even though it wasn?t related to the damage from the storm. They helped my through the insurance process, followed up on my claim with my insurance company when the claim became buried on someone's desk during the holidays, happily scheduled the roof and any meetings according to my schedule, and followed up afterward to make sure the roof was working as it should (it is!). Working with Atlanta Metro Roofing went smoothly from the start. I called them about leaks and they were able to identify my home as one that was in the path of a hail storm last spring. They did an inspection then recommended that I call the insurance company with a claim. The insurance company found hail damage and paid to replace the roof. It all happened rather quickly. Atlanta Metro Roofing replaced the roof in a single day and only had to come back the next day to clean a few things up. I was pleased with the entire experience and would recommend Atlanta Metro Roofing to anyone.

I would recommend Atlanta Metro Roofing to everyone. After a weekend long of heavy rain, we noticed water coming in from the chimney that started to spill out onto our hardwood flooring. I called AMR to see if they would come and take a look to see if the roof was the source of the leak. Not only was the roof the source of the problem, but they were here to meet with my insurance adjuster after I filed a homeowners claim. The crew worked extremely hard, showed up on time, and cleaned up nicely when they were finished. They did a great job and I would recommend them highly. Shari is very pleasant to deal with and her staff is awesome! I highly recommend Atlanta Metro Roofing!

Great communication, installation & clean-up. No complaints and would use them again

I first spoke with Shari (owner) mid-2014 to have a routine inspection of our roof and to fix a few missing shingles. Her crew identified some damage that might lead to an insured roof replacement. It didn't at the time, but fast forward a year and another tornado plus a major storm, and we were due. AMR worked with our insurance company to help facilitate the inspection/adjustment process. Shari also worked with us at length to help us choose the right product and the right color. You only get one shot at choosing a color for your new roof, and we're thrilled with how it turned out. Shari was on consistent contact with us throughout the process (even when we went on vacation in the middle of getting everything scheduled). Her people work hard and they did a great job. We have a fairly large, complex roof and it turned out beautifully. I would absolutely use Shari and AMR again in the future, but hope I don't have to anytime soon! But if I do, they have a five year warranty on their roof work and labor, so I know I'm covered :-)

Very professional in every regard. Shari is great to work with . Her mechanics were on time, did a spectacular job and managed to finish the entire project in one day. I am a Construction Lawyer by profession and have dealt with many roofers in the past. I have never worked with one as good and effective as Atlanta Metro Roofing. This was my first experience with Atlanta Metro Roofing. I am very satisfied with the service that they provided. The gentleman who inspected the roof from AMR was informative, kind, and professional. He explained the process of how I can obtain a new roof very well. When I spoke with the owner/manager of the company, she was very informative as well. Immediately, I knew that I could trust AMR to do exactly what they said that they would do. After the roof was put on, it was inspected by AMR to ensure accuracy and completeness. I am an educator. The company was very professional in every aspect. Showed up when they said they would. Materials delivered on time and roof replacement was started and completed on time. House looks great and wife couldn't be happier. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

After the recent storms my home was taking on water from damage suffered to my roof. This was a very traumatic time, as it seemed impossible to get a roofing company to come out to evaluate the extent of the damage and tarp the roof. Well?thankfully I called one more company ?Atlanta Metro Roofing? and I was able to speak directly with the owner to express my emergency. They got a representative at my property the same day and the rest is history. I am thankful for the prompt and professional service?and my new roof is the envy of the neighborhood. I had gotten a couple of estimates for my roof replacement and they seemed like robo-estimates. They really didn't seem to pay attention to any of my inputs regarding some extra work I needed done. Then I contacted Atlanta Metro Roofing and gave them the job the next day. Quick response to my estimate request, great price and willing to work with us, not dictate to us what would be done. Sheri kept us informed every step of the way and every detail was attended to immediately. Ben (install foreman) involved us at key points in the install and addressed every concern and issue immediately. The job went off like clock-work and the install was actually done in one day including tear-off, install and cleanup. I would recommend AMR without hesitation.
