They were prompt and courteous. No pushy salespeople anywhere in this transaction!!! Very helpful from planning through installation, and even teaching me how to train my dog to understand his new hidden fence. We couldn't be happier with our experience.

It depends on several other factors before I would recommend- I have dogs under 6 pounds and feel the fence was not quite geared for a smal dog mostly due to collar size which wasn't shown before I made the purchase- The training for a small dog needs to take into account the size and personality of the dog-However, after making my own personal adjustments to suit my dogs , I am sure the fence in time will relieve me of worrying- other than that they were very professional, came on time, and efficient.

Everything went exactly as promised. We absoulutely love the hidden fence. Training went smoothly and our Golden-Mix dogs love being able to run free in both the front and back yards. It's been just 3 weeks, but it's so nice to be able to let the dogs run around in the yard while we do yard work or the kids play. They have been tempted a few times by people walking their dogs on the sidewalk in our cul de sac and our dogs just stay in the yard and bark "hi" :) It's truly a great system.
