I was having a problem with my fence from Invisible Fencing. My dog was getting shocked randomly in the home. They came out several times and could not trouble shoot the problem. Turns out, Invisible Fencing was using an am radio frequency which can cause misfires. THEY never told me that that could be the problem and I suspect they new that Atlanta DogWatch has the patent and uses fm radio frequency which eliminates the problem. Terrible that they wouldn't share that with me (just because it would be the competition )so my dog didn't go thru such torment. Thanks to Atlanta DogWatch, my dog is safely fenced in!

Installed invisible dog fence for my 2 dogs. Had never used the invisible fencing system before and have been very pleased so far. It took my dogs just a few days to understand the technique. Now it's like second nature for all of us and my family has better peace of mind knowing our dogs will be safe on our own property.

Dogwatch has been great for us. We have had them for about 5 yrs now and, once the dogs were fully trained to the system, we haven't had a single problem. Even when some people might come by and tease the dogs while standing in the street, the dogs never broke the line and I was able to get them back inside. Further, one of these incidents had a person who was angry at the dogs for barking, called animal control on us for "dogs running loose". We then received a violation notice from Animal Control. One call from us with the explanation that we had Dogwatch settled the issue immediately. Animal Control simply made a note on our address and our dogs would now have to be running free down the street to get a violation. Nice piece of mind.

Shannon and her team did a fantastic job with the entire project. We couldn't be more pleased. I can see why so many of our neighbors have worked with them. Throughout the project, they were on time and communicated thoroughly. We have a larger yard and the installer was very patient in working with us to include most of the 1.7 acres despite some rough terrain. I also appreciate the quality of the training session and the instructions that we were given. They were detail, clear and easy to follow. Highly recommend it!

We currently have 3 dogs, a large yard with a 6 ft wooden privacy fence. We have owned a number of dogs in this house. Our 2 big dogs, a German Shepherd named Roxy and a black Labrador named Lucy, have been fine in our back yard for many years. They are only out when we are home and we have never had any issues with digging. We recently got a pointer mix breed, Bailey, who began digging out of the fenced yard at least once a week. Ok, our dogs do not like squirrels. Well, we can solve this little problem do ourselves! Take 1: Purchased wireless dog fence...Nope! The dome range was inconsistent and our dog got shocked in the bedroom. Take 2: Personally installed wired fence...Nope! The AM signal would prematurely set off socking our other dog. Take 3: Replace old fence with new fence...Nope! Squirrels sprinting back/forth resulting in dogs digging under fence. Take 4: Called DogWatch and asked for help...BINGO!! We had moved into a new home and did not want to put up a fence to obstruct our view. Upon the recommendation of a friend, we installed a Dog Watch hidden fence. I was concerned that our dog would not grasp the concept of a hidden fence. On the day of the installation, the Dog Watch technician worked with us and our dog on the training procedures for teaching her about boundaries. Using the training tips, within 3 weeks she understood her boundaries. It is 6 months later and we have not had any issues with the fence, the equipment or the collar. Next day response. Very professional handled all details in single visit. Professional installers no problem. Prompt courteous. Trainer provided good training and walk through. Difficult door installation but installer stayed with it and returned next day for a very good install.

DogWatch Hidden Fence – Atlanta installed our fence the day after we moved to Flowery Branch, GA from Lexington, SC. When contacted by phone, they used Google earth to provide us with several options by email which showed possible installations. They were right on time and did a very professional job of installing the fence. I was especially impressed with the way they got the wire deep in the ground around areas where I would be using an edger. They cleaned up and left everything as good or better than they found it. The system is about like Invisible Fence, which we had in Lexington, but the batteries last longer and there is an aural warning too. Bones and Dooley are happy in theirhidden fence and we are very happy with it too.

Shannon at DogWatch came out within a few days of my phone call. We were at our wits end with our shepherd running away. Training him not to leave the yard was NOT working. They came out and provided an estimate while explaining the training process. I was VERY interested in the guarantee thinking MY dog would be the one who would be difficult to train. I was wrong and I am happy to say it! I believe he only "jumped" the fence once and that was all it took for him to GET IT. It is amazing how easy it is to train them. Our trainer was willing to take calls on her cell over the weekend if we had any issues at all. We took her up on that and she was available. All I can say is that you will LOVE having this product. It quite literally changed our lives. We are all so happy - Dog included! Also, we had a lightening strike which blew out the main unit. DogWatch replaced it at no charge. This is a wonderful part of the service.

Very responsive! The estimator came the day after I called, a few days later the installer came exactly when promised. The trainer came later that day at the scheduled time. All three staff members that I worked with were wonderful! Very friendly, very professional and definitely know their product!

PROS: We were expecting the installer to reschedule due to the weather but he worked through the rain and got the system installed. All of the times we were promised were on schedule and everything happened the way they said it would. They did what they promised! Overall we are very happy thus far. Follow-up questions via email were also answered very promptly. This company is also Trust Dale Certified which was also important in our decision making. CONS: We spent a little more than we wanted to spend, not that it was more expensive than everyone else. It was actually a little bit less than other quotes and we got the system that we preferred. Additionally, I would have liked more information about competitors systems from all the vendors that submitted bids to help us make our decision based on the technologies that each company provides.

This company did a great job. The fence was installed as I wanted and when I needed help with training they were there. It has been easy for my dogs to learn.

We first called the company for an estimate/visit. Representative 1 came out, explained the service, and mapped our property (giving us a few options for the fence setup). Once we decided to purchase the hidden fence, Representative 2 came out and laid the fence/set the flags in just a few hours. Representative 1 then returned the same day the fence was laid, walked us through the training process and what to expect, and helped us train our puppy in one session. She also described how to modify the collar/fence settings over time. The while process took maybe a week.
