Atlanta DogWatch Hidden Fence

Had AtlantaDogWatch.com come out and install an underground fence for a new puppy we just got. No pressure sales presentation from Shannon and when we decided to buy it was a very quick and easy process to set up the install of the fence and set up training for the dog. The install is what I wanted to brag on...Jeremy was the installer who came out and was incredibly polite and professional. Walked the property with me and listened to what I wanted to accomplish from a containment area. Made some great suggestions and got to work on the install. Here is where Jeremy went above and beyond. We had to install it in the garage and not only did he have to move some items around to get to the wall he needed to run the lines, when he was done he cleaned up and put everything back neater than he had found it! On top of that, the actual install of the unit and the wires that run to the underground fence looks like they were installed by someone with OCD. Absolute perfection on what you can see in the garage. Outside is just as impressive. I was worried about the wire that was going to have to be buried and that it would tear up the grass but that was needless worry. Jeremy took his time and actually got down on his hands and knees to make sure that everything was perfect when the wire was buried. Again the clean up of the concrete, grass, etc was better than he found it. Watched him take his blower and make sure nothing from the install was left anywhere on the property. He even picked up all the flags that marked where the cable, gas and waterlines ran. Next up are the trainers to help with training the pup to learn the boundaries and if they are even half as good as Jeremy I know I will be a happy camper.

I decided several years ago that I wanted another dog that was large and protective. When I picked up my Staffordshire Terrier she was so small and sweet but I quickly recognized that she was going to become a very large dog and that I’d need a way to keep her safe and contained in the yard. I spoke to the company, made an appointment for them to come out to look at my yard and the rest is history. The hidden fence is one of the best investments I’ve made and the owners of the company were so informative and friendly. My Staffy quickly learned the boundaries after I was trained on how to teach her and three years later we are all happy. I have never had any problems with the fence and was thrilled to know that I take it with me in the event that I move. Whenever I need a collar or batteries they arrive very quickly. Not once have I worried if my Staffy will get out and she happily is the queen of her yard. I will tell anyone who is considering installing a hidden fence to go with DogWatch. They are top notch.

We LOVE our dog watch fence, and so do our dogs. It gives them all the freedom to play, while giving us the piece of mind they are safe. Force was unbeatable and the customer service is second to none!

Install was extremely professional, very considerate. Training of the dogs was only realized through a 1 time shock, but once they felt it, they never approached the perimeter again! As the 2 dogs were constantly digging/jumping over a 5 foot fence, this really saved their lives! We were always chasing them through the streets to get them back! Thank you!

This fence works great and the team was super helpful the whole way through the process. We have a smaller yard and did not want to fence in and take away space, we chose DogWatch once we got a Golden Retriever puppy. Shannon, Landon, and Lisa go above and beyond. The install day was in typical Atlanta winter weather fashion, absolute pouring all day. Told Landon he could come back another day, but he just kept on through it and Lisa even came out for the training! We followed their process and our puppy learned quick, even works when we go to my parents house, she likes to stay in the yard and not wander into street. And now we have moved up north a bit and now on our second fence with DogWatch. Definitely recommend this company if you are considering, less expensive that a real fence, less maintenance than a real fence, and definitely more aesthetically pleasing!

Phenomenal!!! My dog stays in the yard - she does not jump the fence to catch squirrels, chipmunks or any other critters that she sniffs out. The squirrels even taunt her and she does not go out of boundary.

I am very happy with my DogWatch Hidden Fence system. My dog has never escaped which is remarkable. The entire process from start to finish was simple. Shannon came to our house to explain the system. She was knowledgeable and easy to work with. The installer, Weston, was great. He was on time and explained what he was going to do. He took time to answer any of my questions. For follow up, I talked to Lisa. She was prompt in responding to my call. She was quickly able to help me. She is kind and patient. DogWatch stands behind their system. I have had the system for 4 years and I love it! My dog has never escaped since the system was installed. Fantastic company! We have used them twice now and both times they have been exceptional. The telephone operator and scheduler took their time to work with us. They are very prompt and always on time. No hidden fees with the hidden fence. They take the time to do the first training session with you and make sure there are no questions. Got a very rambunctious puppy when I was not looking for one. She could not stay at the doggie day care because she climbed the 8ft fence. I have had the dog watch system in place since 2014, and it has always worked extremely well. This last Tuesday we had a lightning strike on our property that impacted the system. I also received excellent training on how to work with Sport to make the fence effective. He now enjoys the freedom to be outside in a safe fenced in area. We hired Atlanta DogWatch Hidden Fence late last year when we were moving into our home in Jasper, GA and couldn't be more pleased with the service AND results! We installed a deluxe system with a 2-year battery. This was not a cheap project, but a worthwhile investment in a pet we'd like to keep safe. They do a great job explaining everything to you and fixing any issues you may have. I strongly recommend them.

Had a problem with my ShiTzu walking through the bars in our new aluminum fence we had installed. Called ADW and had their system installed. After only 2 days of training....no more jailbreaks. Shannon came out for the initial visit a explained the product and informed us of our options. She was very thorough and encouraging that we would not be disappointed in the product or the service. After the installer set-up the Hidden Fence, Stefanie(the Trainer) showed up later in the day to walk us through the training process with our dog, Mick(high-energy Chocolate Lab). She clearly explained the process and showed us how to guide Mick through this process. She took her time and you could tell she was genuinely wanting and willing to answer any questions and also mentioned she would come out for additional training sessions if we needed them. However, we followed the guidance and documented training info provided by Stefanie and it was a breeze. This was a very smooth and painless process for Mick. He was able to pick up on the concept very quickly and we have had no issues. Initially, the intent was for Mick to only be outside with us supervising but now we are so comfortable that we allow him to venture outside on his own. He loves it. This is a great product backed by a great Company.
