Great experience from start to finish!!

DogWatch was referred to me by a neighbor. They were extremely knowledgeable and quick to respond to all of my questions about a Hidden Fence for our new puppy. We live close to a busy road and I was very concerned about our new puppy getting out of our yard and running out into the nearby busy road. When the trainer came out to meet our puppy, she gave me her cell number and told me to call her anytime with questions. We have since bought more products from DogWatch and have referred many friends. We are extremely happy with the fence and service.

I had the fence installed in 2017. I never had any problems until I installed some new batteries from batteries +. Anyway the collar became intermittent and stopped working. Dogwatch at no charge replaced the collar even though I offered to pay for a new one. Also, we have referred them to our next door neighbor and a family member. Everyone has been happy with the product.

After much research we chose DogWatch to install a hidden fence around our back and front yards for our Australian Shepherd. The installer, Landon, listened to our concerns and helped us come up with a plan that worked for our dog and our yard. He left both our yard and the area in our garage where equipment was installed clean and neat. Sarah worked with us to train our dog. She was patient and answered all of our questions. She has even reached out to us several times to make sure we were making progress. Our Aussie quickly learned the boundaries. We have enjoyed seeing the pleasure she gets from “running the yard”.

He was super kind, experienced, and took great care in both his explaination of how the system is installed and the installation itself. We had a great experience with DogWatch. Landon was the employee that installed our fence and he was punctual, professional, and very conscientous throughout the job. After several days of rain the yard was a muddy mess, but he completed the job and clean up with no trace that he had been there. Lisa, the trainer who worked with us, was also terrific. She was warm and professional and put my mind at ease. She has continued to be available to us and highly responsive when we have had training hiccups. We called DogWatch to install a hidden fence for our newly adopted dog, the company was recommended to us and several homes in our neighborhood have used them as well. When it was time to install the fence, the young man (Bo) arrived on time and was very friendly and professional in his explanations, pointing out what exactly he would do and where. The whole process of installing went smoothly. The same afternoon the trainer Kristen arrived and did an excellent job in explaining the collar and leash and showed us everything in detail, gave some tips and tricks, and practiced with us how we had to train our dog. She left detailed written information along with the offer to call her anytime and that she would come back if needed. We are currently training our dog and are looking forward to her having hours of freedom in our yard.

Everyone that I have dealt with has been very professional, on-time, friendly and highly responsive to my many questions. They were able to work with the layout of our yard to install a hidden fence with maximum area for our pup to play. The training worked well for our dog and she was able to learn her boundaries quickly. She is loving her new found freedom!

Great. On time and efficient installation, great service and great product.

This was one of the best purchases we have ever made! Our dog can go anywhere in our yard and we feel she is safe and secure. NO worries about her getting out of the gate or jumping a fence. They system commuicates with our cell phones so we know when she has challenged the boundaries, what kind of activity she has had for the day and when the battery is low on her collar. If you follow the instructions, your dog will be trained in a matter of a few days... for LIFE!

Atlanta Dog Watch is the company you need to use to install an electric fence. We have hired them twice. They install a fence for us in Alpharetta and the second job at our new house on Lake Lanier. They were able to install the fence the day after we moved in which was perfect. Would not think of using anyone else. Great job Atlanta Dog Watch!

We had our fence installed today. I can't say enough about Jeremy and Lisa. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. Jeremy quickly worked to get everything installed and Lisa was right there after to train us on how to use the system. Customer Services has been top notch! I really love this company, and all of the people who work there (that I've had the pleasure of interacting with)! Amazing deal with the lifetime warranty...LOVE that it includes a grounding rod to protect the house from lightening and most of all my dog has the freedom to use our whole yard without the worry she will run off. We live on a busy corner with lots of cars, people and dogs who go by. Nala was 13 weeks old when we got the fence installed and she was trained in 4 days! in the almost 5 months since she has only gone through the fence 1x (to our fault because it was an area we didn't work with her on). If you follow the "rules" and train right, this is an amazing product, and amazing value and really are wonderful people to work with. I'm happy to refer them to all my friends and would recommend them to anyone looking for an invisible fence. Shannon and her team are top notch!!
