The company was great. They answered phone calls and returned calls promptly. Set up an appointment and they were on time and prepared. Received a thorough estimate and scheduled an installation date. The installer was prompt and efficient. The scheduler was very thorough and patient explaining the system and helping to train my dog. She spent all the time needed to make me and my dog feel comfortable and understanding how everything works. She set us up for success and we have had no problems. Also received a follow up phone call to see if we had any questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend Atlanta Dog Watch.

Our dog Boone took to the fence almost immediately and I had very little additional training after that. The fence works great and I am very heppy that I went with DogWatch.

She was extremely knowledgeable of her product and made us feel really comfortable investing in a underground fence system. The installation was completed in one day including Shannon's hands on training. We completed her suggested training and in 2 days we had a safe, sound and happy dog. They are very good and it’s been a very good experience with them. We did an online comparison of them with all the other electronic fencers and consumers had rated them as highest. I rate them highly.

Sales person came to home to estimate work, very friendly and helpful. The date of install, team arrived on time and completed work in a timely manner. Sales rep completed the install that day with a follow up visit to answer any questions and ensure the system was functioning properly.

They were punctual, reliable, their price was firm and they did what they said they were going to do. Their installation people were very thorough and professional. They followed up on their service.

Got more yard coverage than physical fence for same $. Did estimate, installed system and helped with training. No $ surprises. Stephanie was very knowledgeable and helpful. One of my dogs basset hounds has 'jumped' the fence a couple of times but with adjustments in the shock level, it is working fine. dogs are very relaxed in yard and know where they can and can't go.

Their commitment and customer service where superb. This is a long saga but worth the time as it shows the commitment to customer service. Punctual and professional estimatewhere we had two options provided. One was additional 75 dollars for doing some hand installation in the wooded/bush area in the back of our property. We decided to go with this option. On the day of installation the installer called to let me know the truck broke down and he would be late while another truck was brought to him. On arrival we walked the property and he sprayed paint where the wire would go. When we got to the wodded/bush area he did not feel he could install here. I could not argue as I tried to get through the area that was very tight. After I got all the fire ants off me, we went to see where the fence would go if we did not go in this area. To go in front of the bushes, the dog would not be able to go 4 feet from the line and that was not what we wanted. So at this point I looked in to seeing if I could get lawn service to cut the bushes back at least 2 feet to maximize yard. They where not able to do that day. He contacted owner to see if we could come up with way to get done or reschedule. The owner I will say made me upset when he implied that he could not give up the day and wait for the bushes, as I was not comfortable paying 1300 for something that was not what I wanted, but when he said they would install all but that segement, and leave the wire above ground, then come back and sink it with no additional charge I felt that was fair. So are installer got started. Forty minutes in his wife goes into preterm labor with twins and he has to quickly leave as the babies are coming. So at this point we have only small part done, he says his boss will call. With in hour I heard back and the owner said he would come and do the install as everyone else booked and he wanted to get the job done as he had this time booked and wanted to do for us. He told me it would be late, as now after multiple delays. So initially the trainer was to come around 4 and now we only fully got started around 1. Since it was owner installing he was able to do training and did not need to schedule trainer for that day. He came and was able to do in the bush area, forgoing need to come back and giving us what we really wanted and at 7 pm we did our training with our puppy. Yeah. The next day the trainer came and helped us fine tune our training and by 5 days our dog was basically trained. The next debacle. So after having fence for about 3 weeks, ( we had been removing flags, still had a few) we noted puppy wander beyond where he should be able too. Oh no not working. We checked and no sound from collar. It is Friday night of labor day weekend. Great. Storms came in after , good part was our planned outdoor entertaining went indoor. So come Tuesday am, I call. Again great customer service kicked in. I talked to the person whom had done the estimate. Given the fence was so new and from what I could trouble shoot, it seemed to likely be the collar, they sent person over same day and at no charge. It was the collar and it was replaced at no cost. Great service. They are very good about teaching you the limitations of all fences and how it should work. The most common reason it stops are batteries. I had back up and this was not the issue. The second is the wire is damaged. The problem with collar is very rare with maybe 1-2 / year. We have been back up and running perfectly since. I was just amazed at the dedication that the owner would come out, get hands dirty and do the install. They have called back since the last problem to check how all was going. So despite, multiple problems they provided amazing service.

Very well - the electric fence is a good alternative to metal or wood fence and allows the dogs freedom of movement.

What a wonderful company! When I called I had to leave a message for my call to be returned and within an hour or so I got a call and scheduled the date and time for the estimate and information session. Shannon explained how the fence worked in detail. She met our dog and gave some first-hand information about training, etc. Once we scheduled the installation, the installer arrived promptly when he was expected. We walked the property together to make sure the fence was going to be laid where we wanted it and we decided where the receiver was to be installed. Work was completed in a timely manner and then in the afternoon the trainer came to teach us how to use it and train our dog. It was great! We could even choose a pretty collar for our dog. Training is now complete and the fence works like a charm. What a great company! We are very pleased.

I found Dog Watch Hidden Fence on Angie's List and I am so glad I used this company to install my dog fence. I have 1 great Dane and 2 labs and I needed to find a system that would keep my dogs inside my yard, guaranteed. I have to say from start to finish the entire experience was delightful and I believe it has been the best money ever spent. My dogs now have the freedom to go out when ever they want and I never worry they are going to leave the yard. Peace of mind is priceless!
