Description of Work: Electric dog fence. Sales person difficult to reach. Installer (Owner): we just felt uncomfortable with this man. Really can not be objective. He did what he was supposed to do, but we would not ever call him again. | |This is a difficult product to sell and has much potential for miscommunication, so we are somewhat sympathetic. The product has resolved the issue that prompted our call.

Description of Work: They did a great job of installing our underground fence and follow up with training. The installation was very clean and you couldn't even tell they were there. Stephanie (trainer) was accessible and very responsive after the initial training.

Description of Work: Hidden fence wired my large back yard that has a creek and my front deck. It took awhile to train my dog regarding the boundaries and to not be afraid of the shock if he was within the boundaries. As my dog is very aggressive(all 14 lbs. of him)in chasing after cars and attacking strangers, the hidden fence is wonderful. It saves both of us a lot of grief.
