The technician quickly diagnosed what was wrong with our GE refrigerator and ordered the needed part. After only a couple of days, he came with the required part and efficiently made the repair. Would hire again.

This is the ONLY appliance repair company that called me back, and they were so prompt and amazing to work with. Warren was in touch with me continually, and flexible when it came to organizing a convenient time for both of us to assess the problem with my washer. Although he could not find the part anywhere to fix my 7 year old Maytag washer, he did offer options including finding a refurbished part. In addition, he offered professional advice when I asked him what to do next, and what brands he would recommend if we bought new. I would highly recommend talking to Warren-he was so helpful and a pleasure to work with!

Great service call price ($65). And better than what I expected for repair cost. The tech: Gennal was very knowledgeable and honest (not like some repair folks). I have referred them to several of my friends. And will definitely use them again.

The repair person showed up on time and diagnosed the problem. He replaced the bad part. Then ran washing machine and an added a cleaning solution to wash since the water had been sitting for a few days. I will definitely hire again for any appliances problem I have in future. Great job! Genna was punctual and always called in advance to let me know he was on his way. The hinge on my wall oven door had broken so door just hung open. They had to order a new part but the front desk person was quick to call and setup the followup appointment once they knew the day the part was supposed to arrive. Genna was very efficient and fixed it quickly and even was able to bend the inside of my door back into place where it had come away at the sides.

Excellent. Prompt response and we’re at my house within 2 hours. Technician was able to do a fast diagnosis and explain what he found. Tried two parts that didn’t work, so went out and got the right part that did work. All done within the same day. Price was ok. Not cheap, but didn’t seem excessive.

Very pleased with the company and service on our Kenmore washing machine and dryer. We decided to have the dryer vent cleaned at the last minute. The technician, Genna, was on time and professional. He also took the time to look at our dishwasher and ordered a part to be shipped to our house. He gave suggestions on maintaining our appliances. Our issues were resolved at a reasonable price. Abraham has been to our home twice - one to repair a heater coil in our dryer and this past weekend to fix our refrigerator. Both times he was professional, knowledgeable and really knew what he was doing. We had done both repairs previously by another contractor but they were done poorly and did not last. Great, employee was professional, informative and had supplies on his truck to make the repair. In and out in 45 minutes. Would use this company for any future repairs! Great service though a bit pricy.

It went well, our stove igniter was weak and wasn't igniting all the time so repairman replaced igniter and it fixed the issue. Thanks guys!

These guys repaired several appliances in my house. This time, fridge in our rental property stopped cooling and they fixed it. We paid $276 for new thermostat, heater and thermistors. Went well as usual hopefully nothing else would break at this property.

This company likes running scams. Technician spent literally 20 seconds in my house before telling me it would be more cost effective to buy a new dishwasher (mine's 2 years old). I told him same info that I had filled out on the company's form before he arrived. Technician told me the company doesn't give him that info. When I called the manager to complain about their way of doing business, the manager said they do give all the info to technician beforehand. So, someone's lying and they charged me a $45 service fee. This might make them money in the short term, but hopefully, if they pull this scam on enough people, they will go out of business soon enough! I don't mind paying a service charge to fair, honest people...this was not the case!

Arrived on scheduled time, very professional, quick replacement.

Left online request, was called back within one hour. The repairman was at my home within 3 hours, however they needed to order parts. Came back the next day and refrigerator was repaired in the amount of time they said they needed. Cleaned up after he left, very friendly, courteous and answered all my questions. Needed a new compressor and control board for fridge.

Exceptionally well! They actually called after I requested an online visit. The repairman called when he was on his way. He was very respectful and professional. He told me what was wrong and gave me the price it would take to fix it. He had to order the parts. They company called when the parts came in the next week and set up an appt. Once again, the repairman called when he was on his way. He fixed the refrigerator and, so far, it is working wonderfully. He also said it would be under warranty for 90 days.

Great. Have over the counter microwave that has to be installed and using them for that. If they do same good job will continue to use them.
