The technician called 15 minutes before arriving and he was very professional. Went straight to work on the dishwasher and in 20 minutes had it up and running again. He fixed the dishwasher in a way that cost me a lot less by not having to replace the board. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them in the future.

Fantastic. Fixed the problem without needing to replace any parts. I would highly recommend them. Thorough, professional, priced fairly and honest.

Service tech was polite, professional and quick to replace faulty part. IMO, price for about 30 minutes work to replace a $30-$40 part was excessive.

Apparently we had a difficult to install situation so it took a while and he had to improvise a bit. But he got the job done, for which we were very appreciative because we had Home Depot installers already try and fail to install three times and we were beyond frustrated. Very pleased with the service.

Two repairmen came and I told them that my dryer is not heating properly. So they wanted to go outside and look at the air vent outside which they did. Then they came back and told me that they cannot check the air vent because the vent is in the roof. Told me to go and check by myself. Very unprofessional!!! Then without checking anything the repairman told me it is the vent. Then I told them, we cleaned the vent twice but they did not listen to me. Then I requested them to check if there is any issues with the dryer several times. Finally they went back of the dryer and then told me again that is the vent. I asked how do you know that it is the vent and did you check the temperature? They told no. I just wasted my money and these repairman are not professional at all. I want my money back and not sure how they got A in Angie's list.

They could not, but the tech was quick, polite and efficient. He was honest and there was no "sale" pressure.

Even though tried earlier, when turned back on refrigerator compressor started working. Discussed next steps. Only charged minimum fee as no actual service was done.

After googling my problem for a few hours, I was pretty much just on the verge of outright buying a new wall unit, but I'm sure glad I decided to call AAR for one last opinion. Warren arrived at my house exactly during my appointment window and was EXTREMELY courteous. I explained to him my symptoms and he was very confident that he would be able to solve the problem, and quoted me a very reasonable estimate for the repair. My door switches were testing bad and would need to be replaced, which took a while to get to because they were hidden behind several layers of access panels that required the removal of the entire unit from the wall. After a couple hours of repair (and some enjoyable conversation between us both), Warren tested the unit and it was still not functioning. The culprit was a bad bus fuse that had blown due to the bad door switches; unfortunately, Warren had none in his truck and his supply store was closed because it was Saturday. We both searched online and found the fuse we needed was stocked at a local hardware store, so Warren offered to go pick one up instead of pushing the repair out to the following week (when he could get the part from his supplier). He went out and returned with the part (and even was gracious enough to bring me back lunch while he was out!) and was finally able to solve the problem. The entire repair took somewhere around 4.5 hours, and Warren was courteous and professional the entire time. He was enjoyable to talk to and was extremely knowledgeable about the work he was completing. I'm glad I called AAR, because based on this experience, I will never work with another appliance repair company.

Problem was not straight forward and technician had to come out multiple times but, in the end, the problem got fixed!

I used this folks in the past for a few of my appliances and they were great. I called them again about my Amana fridge, it went out completely. They sent the same tech that actually has worked on this fridge before about 2 years ago. it is a nice thing to do since the tech already knows this appliance. So he came out on time and did a diagnostic after about 30 minutes he stated that compressor went out and needs to be replaced, the cost of this repair is about $800-$900 so we decided to buy a new fridge. We are not happy with outcome, I haven't planned to buy a new fridge anytime soon but at least we paid only $30 for the diagnostic. I wish that repair would be $200-300 the most but as the tech stated the compressor alone would cost us about $300. Well, I guess it is a time for a new fridge.

Excellent. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and ordered the required parts. He returned a few days later to install the parts, using a non standard thermistor (SP?) due to non availability of an LG part. When that part proved to unworkable in the refrigerator he tracked down an LG model and replaced it very quickly. Great service!

It went really well. They originally diagnosed the issue with the timer late November, and I waited until March to actually replace it due to the cost, but they still had notes about the visit and everything.

I called the company and they checked and said someone was in the area. Jesse arrived 30 minutes later, took the machine apart, removed the object and showed me some burnt wires in the harness which could have led to a significant fire. I'm so glad i dropped that thing where I did! There was some pillow stuffing that had gotten all over the inside, melted and caused the problem. Jesse explains what what he is doing very clearly and is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. He also vacuumed the dryer vent and let me know what the additional charge would be. I would have rated him and the company 5+ if it were possible. I feel very secure that my machine is working safely now.

Jesse came out and searched and searched for the leak. I had another person here for non-related issues, when I returned to check on Jesse he was standing there just waiting to tell me the source of the leak. It was a water container on top of my fridge. We both had a good laugh.

Called the customer service and she promptly scheduled appointment for same day. Technician Johnny arrived on time, and has performed fabulous job. He is very knowledgeable and shown professionalism and was able to diagnose the issue immediately and fixed it. would definitely reach them as first option.

Good. Leak issue was fixed and it did not occur again since the repair.

Recommendation to get a new one. Washer was over 20 years old, so it was time...
