I dealt with another company for months trying to get my fridge fixed - it needed a new water valve. I gave up and sent a message to Atlantic City Appliance Repair on Thursday and told them the problem. I also provided the model number. I spoke to them Friday again to confirm the details and they came on Saturday to make the repairs. Fast, efficient and excellent service from Atlantic City Appliance Repair. I have absolutely no complaints.

It went just fine. I was pleased with the work and the gentleman that completed the repair.

I called on a Saturday morning expecting to get an appointment for next week. They scheduled me for that same day. The tech, Abraham, was great. Very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely call them again if we need appliance repair.

The technician was very professional. He looked diagnosed the problem, quoted and estimate, and returned as promised, and repaired.

Warren did an excellent job for us. Our appointment was to be between 4pm and 7pm. He kept us up to date on his ETA until he arrived. Our Samsung stove has never worked correctly since we bought it -- even after having a different company look at it for repair. Warren advised that the ignitor needed to be replaced; had the part on the truck; installed it; demonstrated the fix; and did this in about an hour. Oven works better than when we bought it. We would call him back and recommend him and the company. Great job!

Technician Warren Twitchell did an outstanding job this afternoon fixing our refrigerator water leak. Warren was early and punctual, and knew his craft well. We called Atlanta Appliance Repair and were able to get a repair person out the same day. James came to the appointment early, was very professional and courteous. He really helped us out by getting out, making the repair and saving our food in the fridge. We would use this company again and recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Once again, Angie's List to the rescue. I went with the top rated in the category for my area, and Atlanta City Appliance Repair did me right. Warren arrived on time, and I got a courtesy call from him to let me know he was on his way. He identified the problem in less than five minutes and even called me over to show me the issue. It was definitely something I could not have fixed on my own. He even showed me the sticker on the dryer that recommended when one item is replaced that another should also be replaced... he didn't just do it. He asked me first. It upped the cost, but his explanation for why it should be done was spot-on. He even cleaned out the vent before he left. There's a good reason this company has so many A reviews. Highly recommended!

Came right on time, very polite, new what was wrong, gave a price quote. We discussed that since range was over 10 years old it may not pay to have repaired. His honesty was greatly appreciated. Decided not to replace the gas starter ignition. Would definitely have them for any repairs in future.

Well fixed all problems as promised and onetime with no suprises

Our technician Warren was late due to having another call ahead of us which ran late, but he was a delight in discussing the reasons behind why our microwave was not working. He took it apart and put it back together again, all while answering our many questions. We plugged in the fan for the cook top and it worked immediately, so there was no need to repair it. Warren advised us to keep it clean, since grease and other grime could prevent it from working in the future. If it had not been so late (for us), we would have asked him to fix our noisy ice maker, but that will be for another visit.

Went well, item still functioning since repair, 3.5 months ago

Fast scheduling, professional tech, i hope it is a last service for this fridge, i love this fridge but it keeps getting broke every few years. I guess next time i will buy a new one....Thank you anyway for your service!

Well I called them many times in the past, and I had a coupon from them for $25 off. So we applied this discount, which brings total to $225 from $250. They were professional and friendly, the tech figured out in 10 minutes the heating element and thermostat were bad. He even showed me the broken thermostat. He didnt have parts on him, but likely his warehouse was close by, i think he said in Doraville, so he went there and came back in hour with the parts; it took him about 25-30 minutes to replace them. Overall I have a pleasant experience, i wish i could pay way less for these repairs but that's what it is. Recommend this company for faster professional service but pricey! (:-)

I got another repair service to do the work for substantially less and I was out the $29.95 trip charge by Atlanta City Appliance repair

Their technician Valera arrived promptly and got straight to work. He made a few hasty diagnosis, based on the noises he was hearing, but those didn't turn out to be the case but he kept us abreast of the possibilities and apprised us of the possible cost if it went in a certain direction after further investigation. Ultimately, he did get to the bottom of it after invalidating his initial hypotheses and the drum bearing was found to be faulty. At that point, he recommended that the replacement part and the labor will be fairly expensive as compared to a new machine. We paid him diagnosis charges and decided to buy new machine.

I called them back and said let's go with it. They ordered the part (which came in early) and fixed the fridge - no problems - working great!

Excellent service! Our technician Warren was extremely knowledgeable and professional! While Warren was fixing the washer he was very patient with me and my 100 questions and explained in details what was the issue that the washer was having. I have not been this satisfied with the level of customer support from a company. From the first call I received to schedule my appointment which I wish I could remember the name of the lady that assisted me with scheduling she was very nice and was able to accommodate me with the exact time and date that I needed the repair to be done. The people that work for the company is what makes the company and from my experience I can tell that Atlanta Appliances Repair definitely have a fantastic technician Warren! I would also have to say that the price was more than reasonable and affordable. I definitely 100% recommend Warren and if you are able to request a Tech as for him. Thanks again for fixing my washer!
