Description of Work: They were very quick at validating and fixing the issue with my oven. However, one negative I would say is that I told them exactly what was wrong (bad heating element) and provided model and serial numbers, but they didn't bring the part with them. I ended up having to leave work twice (once for the initial appt, and once for the next day when they brought the part back). This was inefficient and inconvenient for me.

Unfortunately, We are not able to carry all the parts in our trucks just because there are hundreds and hundreds different models and makes. We are really appreciated that you provided for us the model and make of your appliance and the part that needs to be replaced, however, in a lot of cases, we ended up with the wrong part on our hands because of the customer miss-diagnostic, and we usually require diagnostic by our company tech before any part's purchases to avoid any extra part's costs. Description of Work: The young man that came out was very sweet and trustworthy. Unfortunately it's been 3 weeks and my washing machine is still broken. He tried 4 times and then gave up. He said an LG repairman that is certified would need to be called because they have special diagnostic equipment. When THAT guy came from a different company he showed us what the problem was within two minutes. He said that if the guys that came prior to him couldn't figure out what was wrong then they were ill qualified in a big way. Our bearings went bad plus a large rod was broken. We had to order a new machine because the repair would have been too costly.

Dear Customer, As per our conversation, I spoke again with both of my techs that were addressing this issue with your LG washer, and both of them stated that the bearings and the rod were fine. They DON’T need to be replaced. The issue was with electronics components and we could not figure that out. That’s why we suggested you to call LG appliance repair center. We replaced almost all parts by LG manual guideline that are related to electronics issue and it would not solve the issue. At the same time, we have not charged you for any labor or parts at all. The rotor position sensor, the stator assembly and the control board were installed on your machine without any charge for you. Later we only removed our control board because the issue was not solved. Our loss only on parts is about $130 and we didn’t even talk about any gas expense or labor cost.(total four visits and two techs were addressing the issue) Thank you for your review, hopefully, you can understand our position and give us a better grade on this review. Description of Work: I needed a new lid switch for my Kenmore washing machine. The part was $37.00 online from Sears -- some other sites were much lower. While the technican was at my house, I asked him to look at my garbage disposal because it had stopped working. Before telling me the price, he tightened a screw (not replaced, only tightened) and charged me $40.00. I told him if I had been given a choice, I would have rather put that money toward a new disposal. I don't believe their pricing is fair.
