Secondly, our tech came to your house and diagnosed the issue with your Frigidaire refrigerator. We did not charge you any extra money since you had AngiesList coupon for the service call. Our tech provided you the estimate for a repair. Your refrigerator has Freeon restriction in the compressor. It is a quote costly and time-consuming repair, also it is required a refrigeration license and several special tools. We are not the one-man operation company; we have several technicians, dispatchers and office employees. Our rates are very competitive; however, we cannot be comparing to any companies with one employee. We provide 3 months warranty to any of our jobs, and our customers can easily reach our dispatcher at our business hours to discuss any matter. WE ARE REALLY SORRY that our competitive prices are too high for your budget. We are always searching for an opportunity to improve a quality of our service, and reviews play the great part of it.
