Description of Work: Very good service. The heating element had gone bad, and I suspected as much. They brought the part with them just in case, and were able to do the repair on the spot. It was quick, easy, and the dryer has worked great ever since. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Description of Work: The technician was difficult to understand & I feel I was not able to communicate my concerns with my refrigerator Ice Maker. The technician wanted to charge me $60.00 for fixing the ice maker. Simply unplugging and plugging it back on is not considered a fix. (4 minutes later I was again receiving the same error messages). I am not confident in the technician diagnosis and felt his diagnosis was an educated guess. I felt the technician was in over his head with the refrigerator. | |The technician also diagnosed my stove (one burner was not working). He correctly diagnosed the stove (already knew the problem with the stove). The replacement parts and labor to install the parts in my opinion was unusually high. | |The technician was professionally dressed and friendly.

Description of Work: Very nice people. Punctual and responsive. My refrigerator wasn't cooling. Engineer wanted to puncture the pipe and add freeon. I did not let him do that. I called a Whirlpool authorized company and they told me that would have been a bad thing to do because it is dual evaporator and that wasn't the issue anyway. So, overall, liked the company but the diagnosis just wasn't correct. I did not use after the diagnosis call-out.
