Fine identified the issue. Problem was electrical. Hired an electrician, problem resolved.

Excellent. It took them a few days to get the part, but the pros that came out to diagnose and fix the problem were extremely professional, showed up exactly when they said they would, and had the repair done quickly and the machine working as good as new.

I appreciated his honesty in telling me the extensive repair needed, based on my description of the problem. I decided to purchase a new one. Samsung did not last 4 years...bought a GE. I would definitely recommend this company...already have praised them to many for their honesty. Thanks.

Scheduled the service the same day that I called. Arrived promptly. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it super quickly. Even showed me how to fix it myself if it happened again (it turned out to be something pretty simple). Just charged $45. Will definitely use again for any appliance problem.

Our fridge went out on Thursday and our oven had no lights so we called these guys and they sent net morning very nice repairman. He replaced a start system on the compressor for the fridge and replaced the bulb on the oven. Everything went smooth as before. We have used several times in the past! Recommend!

I would not recommend this company. Made refrigerator worse than what it is. Beware. Incompetent. I asked for them to put refrigerator back in its original state after they blew the circuit and they couldn’t fix it. No service recovery.

When I called Nadia actually did her best to book an appointment for me the same day. Unfortunately, my schedule wasn't flexible, so I got an appointment the next day. Abraham called prior to leaving for my home and was able to troubleshoot the issue over the phone. He asked for specifics about my refrigerator and was knowledgeable enough to know the part that was broken was still under warranty and that if he touched it the warranty would be voided. He was super nice. I did not have them perform any work but would absolutely hire them if needed.

Very quick response. Russell, the technician, identified probable issue (faulty control panel) upon phone call. Stopped at warehouse to obtain necessary part to save additional travel. Upon arrival at house quickly assessed the problem and replace part quickly. Russell was very professional in explaining problem, discussing options and performing work. David, the repairman arrived on time for the appointment and quickly diagnosed and repaired the faulty heating element in my Whirlpool electric clothes dryer. He was very courteous and professional. I will definitely contact Atlanta City Appliance Repair again for future appliance repairs.

Again the service was great! I think I used them 3-4 times in the past 5 years. I always request the same tech, Gena. He knows his stuff very well. Our oven was not heating up, as we found out later the bake element was out. Gena figured out the issue quick and replace the faulty part! Thanks again!

We have used this company many times before. Recently, we moved to a new house and most of appliances are brand new and very expensive. Our Viking range was making clicking noise and wont ignite or do anything. We call these guys, Gena came out and figured out the issue. Since it is Viking range, he didn't have any parts on him and we were waiting for parts to come in for about a week but after that, the repair went smooth. The range is working fine! I think he replaced the spark module and few other small parts! I would recommend them!

I would not use this company again. I paid the service fee assuming that for the fee the repair person would perform diagnostics on the refrigerator to determine the problem. Instead, without using any diagnotic tools, the repairman told me I needed to spend 24 hours to defrost the fridge and pay $300+ dollars to repair a defrost element. The repairman came in a car with no identifying marks, wearing no identifying clothes, and carried a backpack suitable for college books. When I asked him how he knew this was the problem, he said he has seen this many times and this is always what it is. Total BS. My feeling is if you spend the money for the guy to come out, they should at least perform some sort of diagnostic, not just make up a guess of what might be wrong. At least they arrived promptly, and did not repeatedly bother me to have work done I absolutely did not need.

A++++!! If I could give a higher rating I would. The technician just left my house. My washing machine has had a slow leak for awhile now. Everytime I do laundry I have to dry the floor off with a towel. I called Atl City Appliance Repair. The technician came out and was ver professional, handed me his business card and listened to the issue. About 20 minutes later he called me into the laundry room and explained there is a small hole in the drum and was very honest with his advice. He said it would be too cost prohibitive to replace the entire drum, much better just to purchase another washing machine. I was so grateful because I have had these appliance companies come out in the past and they usually try to sell ice to eskimos. Not this one. I really appreciate the professionalism and honesty and I will absolutely only call this company in the future for my appliance repair needs. I also appreciated the service call fee was $45. That is totally fair + reasonable for the mileage and assessment.

Very well. Very professional. Took dishwasher apart. Fixed what needed to be fixed. It works perfectly now.
