Excellent young man works in this area! Very knowledgeable and competent technician who gave excellent advice. As I recall they give you 90 days from the service to hire them but check that out. The only reason I say that is that the day the technician came to check out the dryer, it worked perfectly but then had a problem later so I called him back & the original service call price was applied so I didn't have to pay a trip charge. Regardless, very professional business!

Very well. They were able to give me an appointment on the day I called. Our dryer is 25 years old, so the blower had to be ordered which meant a second trip, but the diagnosis was fast accurate, and we were given a fair price. And they were very accommodating when I had to add the gas line replacement without warning on the second trip.

He looked in the oven for less than 1 minute and said it was one part, but couldn't tell until it was replaced, it may be another more expensive part. They pressured me to commit to making this $200+ repair on the spot, without speaking to anyone or thinking on the decision.

I used an Angie's List offer for a Diagnostics call. They came and determined that the outlet was working but the dryer was in need of repair due to the move. The provided an estimate which I believe was a fair estimate but was almost the same cost as a new dryer (since my dryer was a basic dryer) so I decided to purchase a new dryer. They were fast, punctual, and professional. I would use them again.

Service tech showed up, and quickly aligned the drawer. He explained that if this had happened a few months ago, it would require replacing and it was non warrantied work. Since then, they have figured how to correct the problem with a few adjustments, still paid the service call, but substantial cheaper then a new drawer.

I called again to this company since last time they told me that I need to wait and see if the issue would persist on the microwave, so it has been working fine for about 8 months. So I requested the same tech as last time, very nice tech. So He came and diagnosed the issue, he said that the heating element and control board needs to be replaced, and it is probably not worth to repair it so I paid only service call fee, and would shop for a new microwave. As usually great service!

I lost all credibility in Angie's list as this was only my 2nd time using/referring to your list. I called the manufacture and had to get someone else in for the repairs to be done correctly

Warren was outstanding. He was extremely professional, genuinely polite and pleasantly honest! Our gas Jenn-Air stove had an "E#" code and since it is gas (for our safety), we wanted to make sure that it was in good working order. Since we had already reset the code on the oven (as suggested by the manual), he verified that the oven was in perfect working order and did not try to sell us service that we did not need. Obviously, we had some fear related to the danger of an improperly working gas appliance, but he did not try to exploit that in any way. We also had him evaluate the microwave. The turntable had ceased to operate and of course, that can present a fire hazard if food is left unmonitored. He was able to replace the motor and get our microwave back in good working order. By repairing our microwave, we were able to save 2/3 the cost of replacing it with one of the same quality. Finally, when he was here we asked if he could replace the hoses on the washing machine. He did so with the top grade hoses that we have on our toilets for a very reasonable price. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and I would gladly recommend Atlanta Appliance Repair to anyone. I am sure all of the service people are great, but Warren was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and gave us great tips for maintaining our appliances. Overall, I would say they were professional; came on time and did exactly what they said they would do for the price they said. I felt very comfortable that I was getting quality, honest service from a qualified quality technician.

All went very well. The dryer was repaired and ice maker problem was diagnosed. We decided not to fix the ice maker at this time.

Excellent technician. Found where the installers had, several YEARS ago, failed to properly install and prepare the refrigerator for operation! Fixed all the problems and provided a fair estimate for additional issues. Far and away the best appliance service we have ever enjoyed.
