+ -1 moreFOR VARIOUS REASONS (HAD NO PERMIT TO DUMP PUMP TRUCK, OTHER JOB TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED)THEY NEVER MADE IT TO MY HOME. THEY DID COMMUNICATE WELL ABOUT THEIR PROBLEMS, BUT THAT DID NOT HELP ME. I WAS STILL TIED DOWN FOR 2 DAYS SO THAT I COULD BE AVAILABLE TO HELP LOCATE MY SEPTIC TANK. THEY WERE ALSO WILLING TO WORK AT NIGHT, BUT AS THIS WAS PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE, I FELT THAT THAT WOULD BE A LARGE DETERRENT TO PERFORMING A GOOD JOB. MAYBE IN THE FUTURE THIS COMPANY WILL GET ITS ACT TOGETHER AS FAR AS SEPTIC TANK PUMPING OPERATIONS, BUT THEY ARE NOT PREPARED RIGHT NOW. TWO WHOLE DAYS OF MY TIME WERE WASTED.
Description of Work: I WAITED ALL DAY ON 2 SEPARATE DAYS FOR THIS COMPANY TO COME AND PUMP OUT MY SEPTIC TANK.
