Terribly. They showed up with a broken trailer instead of a moving truck. They moved incredibly slow and were milking the clock. I probably unloaded half of the truck myself. When they were done they pulled a bait and switch. They quoted a price and made no mention of additional fees. They then tried to charge over a hundred dollars in extra fees. Alpharetta Movers doesn't even do their own work, they farm it out to smaller operations. Van Buren movers showed up at our house. If we did not have to move, I would have sent them away. As it was, they had us over a barrel and they knew it.

Very rude on the phone when I called to get a price on rates. They asked me the zip code the move would take place at, and I told them 30005 for both. The person abruptly said "we do not service that area" and hung up. Wait, isn't the name of the business "Alpharetta Movers"? 30005 is Alpharetta !!!! Might want to get a map or change the name of the company.
