He tried to check different things to see if he could get me on to my e-mail He switched me over to my new e-mail address. He was very helpful. He did a really good job to help me. He is very people oriented in addition to understanding the computer.

Larry arrived on time and was very courteous. He explained everything he was doing and answered questions as he went along. The printer did not seem to want to connect and print and he worked with that for awhile and it finally started working. He set up some shortcuts on the desktop to help me navigate. I will be calling him for any future problems.

Very pleasant man, worked diligently and didn't w aste my time or money. When I got a virus following his service he worked remotely on the problem and didn't charge for the service.

He doesn't even come to our house and he doesn't even charge us. I guess he can go in to our computer as ling as he get permission and he normally fix the problem through that way. If he comes out it will be $50 and that is extremely reasonable. The nice thing about him is that you can call him up and a lot times, he can go into your computer at his house and fix the problem. He fixes the problem and he is reasonable.

Perfectly. I called Larry the previous week and he was out of town returning the day I was departing for 4 days so we scheduled an appointment the day after my return. I was having trouble setting up Outlook as I did not have the proper "pop" and "stmp" settings for my service provider which Larry gave me and I was able to connect to my email service via Outlook immediately following our conversation! The day of our appointment Larry arrived promptly at the appointed time, was very professional and was able to export/import my contacts! Plan on having him move a few more files for me next week. And yes, I will definitely use him in the future for any computer issues that pop up.

Larry was very helpful, he had very good communication throughout the process. He was on time, very professional and offered cost savings, he even assisted me in sourcing the laptop. Larry, was responsive, timely, professional. In fact I requested a change in appointment time and he was still early. Had to wait on me. It was obvious he had the back ground to fix the problems. Even though I did not understand the computer terminology he made it meaningful for me. At each step he explained what he was doing and why it needed to be done. He was conscious of the time and though he did not rush, he was considerate of the fact that the clock was ticking. My computer is now running very well. And I am very happy not to be having problems. Even happier to know that I need not dread having a problem because now I have someone who can fix it.

I first contacted Larry while he was in his car and since he was close to my house at the time, he was willing to make me the very next call. We both deferred to a later time after I disclosed the nature of my problem and met at after he was able to check out replacement part pricing and had given me an estimate of the cost of the repair. His quoted price turned out to be the final price...no surprises. The computer was repaired overnight. Part of my problem was that my power adapter wasn't working, so he lent me his to use in case my second one wouldn't work. My computer is running fine now and I plan to return the power cord to him tomorrow. Larry is real easy to talk to and has offered us quite a few tips to help us in the future. I highly recommend him and his expertise. You will be pleased.

Their pricing was very reasonable. They even accommodated me by coming after work hours for my convenience. They were prompt and helpful. I thought they did a good job.

I have all sorts of praise for Larry Black. He not only has reasonable fees, but he won't charge if he cannot repair the problem. I have recommended him to my daughter and a friend and they were well pleased. I enjoy that we are able to troubleshoot even "on line!" I trust him thoroughly for his honesty and fairness. Thank goodness I can call on him.

I was very happy with the service that A Computer Partner performed for me. On my initial call I had to leave a message for someone to call me back. Larry Black returned my call within 30 mins. He scheduled an in-house appointment for the next day. The following day he called to tell me he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. Larry performed several diagnostic tests on my computer and explained what he was doing as he went along. He has a very pleasant personality and is easy to talk to. Once the diagnostic tests were done, it was determined that we most likely had a hardware problem. Since we had an extended warranty on the computer, Larry suggested that we take the computer in to the store where it was purchased. To my surprise, Larry did not charge me at all for his service call. He explained that his policy is that 'Your computer is fixed or you don't pay!' As my computer was not repaired by Larry, he did not charge me. He could have easily charged me a service call fee, which I would have paid, but he didn't. I think that demonstrates the character of Larry Black. I would highly recommend Larry and A Computer Partner and would definitely call him again.

I started having computer problems after opening an untitled email from someone I didn't know! I called a couple of "chain" services. They wanted me to bring the computer in and I was quoted various charges just to investigate the problem. Then the repair charges would start after that. Can you say $$$? A directory referred me to A Computer Partner! I was told in advance, that if it could not be repaired, there would be no charge! Wow, who does that!! The technician came to my house and repaired my computer in a very short time. To tell the truth, it was almost worth getting this virus, as the computer hasn't worked this well in ages. and I got an education in opening untitled e-mails. Thank you A Computer Partner!!
