The job went without a hitch. Courteous staff, efficient work and cleaned up afterwards.

They arrived on time, were very courteous and went about their business without disrupting me at all. They worked well as a team and were very professional and knowledgeable about what they were doing. They easily answered all of my questions about the product they were using (I have pets so I'm concerned with anything that might harm them) and exactly what they would do inside my house. When they finished, they showed me the end resut and explained to me in detail all of the warranties that were included. There was nothing out of place or any bits and pieces of insulation left behind. I could not have asked for a better experience with the entire process.

Aladdin has all kinds of guarantees in place that are very impressive and not the industry norm, such as coming back out and blowing more insulation for free if a work crew had to do repairs for something in the attic and also an impressive money back guarantee if the insulation doesn't pay for itself in a certain amount of time after taking into account any rebates. The owner Charlie came out to give me a quote and was very impressive and didn't try to up-sell me like other companies - he actually told me not to pay money for certain things as they were not a good ROI and to do the easy stuff first and see how it goes. Took attic from R11- R60. Felt difference immediately as house is not so drafty and stays warmer, heat coming on less. They gave me a discount because of a scheduling conflict that I appreciate v. much. Also added insulation to wall switchplates and foam around plumbing at kitchen and bathroom sinks. Nice touch! This company is very professional, my experience with everyone was good from start to finish. It is easy to tell what companies want to be successful and do it by giving the best service to their customers that they can. Update 3/13/2015: Georgia Power inspector came out to take photos of the insulation to document so we can get a rebate from their Home Energy Improvement Program. The inspector went into the attic and confirmed that the blown in fiberglass installation was performed exactly as Alladin had told us. He was impressed with the work and said they did a great job. When I said they were top rated on Angie's list, he said, "I can see why."

The two guys were very professional. They worked quickly and informed my wife of what they were doing and several deficiencies they found and fixed. For example, above one part of our bedroom there was no insulation after getting trampled by squirrels a few years ago. They took us from R-11 to R-60, so we're expecting to see a good bit of savings on heating bills in the future. Alladin as a whole was great to work with! They gave us a fair price, were professional and we're happy with the results.

We had a positive experience with this provider from start to finish. We first used the Angies List Big Deal coupon to have an inspection done of our attic. We knew the insulation was poor and Robert confirmed our suspicions. He inspected the attic and measured heat loss throughout the house, and explained that our cellulose insulation (original to the house) was only about 6" deep. Minimum is about 11" and ideal is closer to 22". We appreciated his knowledge and professionalism, as well as the company's thorough warranty and extras, and hired them do to the work. We were scheduled promptly and the workers were on time (early!) and efficient. They took only a couple of hours to fill the attic with 22" of fiberglass insulation. They also installed styrofoam inserts on all external outlets, and sealed around the sink pipes to further prevent cold air from coming in. The workers were efficient and pleasant, and answered all my questions. Very positive experience. Will likely approach this company when we are ready to replace all windows in the house.

They worked out just fine. We concluded that it was a wise investment. They're reliable and do exactly what they say they're going to do. The owner is a man of his word and is on top of things. We are quite impressed.

I have called this company a week ago and left a message that we are interested in receiving a quote. After not hearing from anyone, I emailed this company through Angie's list, I received a response 3 days later that someone would contact me to schedule and appointment. That was on January 12th, today is January 16th and nobody called. I find it extremely unprofessional. Responding to a client is the most basic business courtesy, something Aladdin Insulation & Home Improvement apparently does not offer. I do not know how they get their good reviews, maybe they have friends and family members write them.

Great experience from quote to installation. Charles did not try to sell more than was necessary and was extremely knowledgeable. The crew arrived on-time and carefully covered flooring, protected anywhere the equipment would contact a wall, and thoroughly cleaned up. Two young men came to our house right at our scheduled service time. Everything was done professionally, and I am pleased with the job that was done. It took about 3 hours to complete the job, and there was no clean up needed on my end.

They were very professional to deal with, did a good job explaining everything to me, did the work in the time promised, and cleaned up well after themselves. Their quote was for exactly what I asked for and nothing more, compared to a competitor who I thought was upselling me on high-cost, low-value services I didn't want.

Charlie said they would be here between 8 and 8:30 AM and they showed up at 8. Since I recently had new carpeting installed the two workers removed their shoes and brought in the material though the front door and left no trash or debris. Drop cloths were added over the carpet and the process went a lot smoother than I expected. On the final walk-through I asked if the radiant barrier could be put around the bathroom kneewall in the attic and this was done without question and completed in about 15 minutes. Having had four or five contractors do remodeling on my home this past year I must say these two Aladdin workers were the most prompt, efficient, and professional that I have used. Their clean up was perfect and everything was put back in place. I had another company on Angies List give me a quote and Aladdin's was the best and least expensive. Charlie did the initial inspection and proposal and I was impressed with his honesty as to what I needed to have done with regards to my insulation needs. I would recommend Aladdin to anyone needing insulation.

Very well. I think the guys knew how to do the work. They also installed waffles without me asking for it and I had read horror stories in youtube.

The initial consultation with Aladdin was fantastic. My wife said it was the best contractor that she has met over the last several months and we have met with a lot for various items. He was very professional, friendly and thorough. After we interviewed several options we decided to go with Aladdin. They were not our cheapest quote, however we liked the lifetime no settle guarantee, the professionalism and the little extras that they performed. We scheduled the install for the next week. On appointment day they showed up on time. They greeted me at the door with a very kind and courteous attitude. Even asking if they had permission to use my bathroom. During set up, they were very cautious to not damage anything and put moving pads over the windows and my porch so that the long tube to blow insulation did not rub up against the house or any trim work. After the install, they asked for my inspection to ensure that it was done to my satisfaction. After they completed, they cleaned up thorouglyleaving the area as clean (if not cleaner) than it was before. The entire job was very professional and courteous. I can't say enough good things about Aladdin and the team. Even if they are more expensive, if my insulation ever settles - for any reason - they will come back and fix it. That is worth the little extra coin. Fully recommend - you won't regret your choice.

UPDATE: Only a month or so after having our insulation installed I had to get some electrical work done in our attic. A long path the length of our house had to be cleared of insulation so that the work could be done. I called Aladdin afterward to take them up on their guarantee to come back and fix such issues. Within 2 days Rob showed up again and added more insulation to fill in the areas that were bare because of the work. All of this was at NO EXTRA COST! Again, I would strongly recommend Aladdin. I originally met with Charles back in the summer and received a quote. He was very professional and not at all pushy. Of three quotes, Aladdin fell right in the middle price wise, however, the other companies did not match the lifetime no settle warranty. However, at that time I decided to wait and not get it installed right then. Fast forward to the recent cold snap in November and I realized that it was a mistake to have not gotten it done earlier as I laid in bed and listened to my heat run literally all night. I called Charles the next morning and he said the quote was still good (even though it was from over 4 months earlier) and that he could have his guys out there the next afternoon. Robert and Justin arrived on time and got right to work. They did everything that I expected and cleaned up afterward. And at the end of the day, I paid exactly what I was quoted. This was a very positive experience from beginning to end. We received a quote from Charles and we scheduled an appointment the same day. The two gentlemen that completed the work where very nice, professional and got the job done much quicker than expected. They also did some additional insulation to our wall sockets and foam insulation around kitchen and bathroom pipes. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

That worked out fine. They were very professional. They installed it very quickly. They had some special closing that seals up, so there is a vacuum barrier between the attic and the house. That has been a good thing. It keeps the hot air from the attic coming down in the house and the other way around too. They were good. I have been satisfied. I felt they did a good job. The person who came to tell me what they would do and how much it would cost, it was very accurate what he told me.
