They were prompt, professional and they cleaned up afterwards. We had 14 windows installed - and we are loving them!!

All went well,. Electrician was super-early, arriving at 7:15am, and I wasn't prepared for his visit, so he had to wait. However, he completed his work within 30 minutes and was on his way to his next appt. I was sorry he had to wait for me, and would definitely have scheduled this appt. for a late time, and a cooler date, had I the option.

They do not do insulation under the house and they no longer do moisture barrier and she said they were booked six months out so don't waste your time on this one!

I found Aladdin through Angie's List. We were looking to increase the amount of insulation in the attic of a 25+ year old house. Rob from the company came promptly and gave us an estimate. The installation was scheduled. However the installation had to be rescheduled due to equipment breakdown. Aladdin installation crew showed up promptly a little prior to the newly scheduled date and completed the installation. We were delighted at the level of professionalism through the entire project. We'll certainly use Aladdin for future service needs we might have.

I have used before this and they do real quaility work and they are easy to work with. They even cleaned up after themselves. Also the owner and management are very professional and friendly.

I called a couple of times on different days to find out if they serve the area I live to get attic fan installed and asked the customer rep. but she said Tracy is the only person who can answer that and transferred me to Tracy but Tracy is never there on both occasions. How is it that a customer representative of the company does not even know what part of town they service and where is Tracy all the time?

The Aladdin team came out and blew 22 inches of new insulation into our attic. We had almost none of the original insulation or the last batch that had been done several years ago due to settling. They also sealed up any gaps they found along the outside facing walls and added a thermal barrier to attic door. They arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves when done. There was one issue where the insulation was sucked up out of our solar attic fan causing it to jam. The crew stayed and took the fan apart to clean it out and made sure it would not happen again. There was no "pressure" sales and they did not try to add on any un-needed services for additional cost. Very good experience.

Rob came out and gave us a thorough explanation of his inspection. We knew that we had very little insulation. Rob was very courteous and was there was no high pressure sales pitch. His presentation was professional, as was the brochure he left with us. The installation crew were just as courteous. They were prompt and very business-like. They did an excellent job and cleaned everything prior to leaving. We were exceptionally pleased and will definitely call Aladdin with any other home services. We have shared with our neighbors about the quality service we received.

Rob and Justin showed up right on time and started with the application. They were efficient and professional. The job was completed with several hours and the final result was dramatic. They promptly cleaned the area and left no trace any work had been preformed. I had only lived in the home about 2 weeks when I had Aladdin Insulation blow in the maximum amount of insulation (22" of R60). They offer a lifetime guarantee, a no settle guarantee and the guarantee is transferable (1x) if I sell the house. The almost immediate change of temperature in the home was AMAZING. Prior to adding Aladdin Insulation, I kept my thermostat at 75* and after I actually changed it to 78* and was still comfortable. The guarantee also suggests the insulation application would pay for itself within 3 years. Great investment! Would definitely recommend Aladdin Insulation.

This service went very smoothly. We were very happy with their professionalism and thoroughness. They cleaned up before they left and were very polite. We noticed a difference immediately and with the heat wave this week we are very happy that we had this done. Our master bathroom is over the garage and has no attic space above it, it has a cathedral ceiling. Normally in the summer it is above 80F even though the A/C is set for 76. Since they blew-in the insulation and installed a radiant barrier in the attic leading to the bathroom it has not gotten that warm in the room. The rest of the house is staying comfortable and the A/C is not running all the time like it used to. Hooray! I'm actually looking forward to getting our next electric bill to see the savings.

Rob and ??? came on time (even called ahead to let us know they were coming). I showed him our three attics and the best way to access. I mentioned that we built Tyvek walls for areas where we wanted to hold back the insulation and he said he would take care to not let their hose crush the wall. We left 2 places open for easy access and THEY stapled the wall as they finished. They got into the low places, put in the baffles and filled in every possible place. They even added a "wall" in an area where 2 of the attics joined. We were given the outlet insulators (I said I would install since I was replacing the outlets anyway). The guys were perfect gentlemen, well dressed, well spoken, and understood what we wanted. They vacuumed any possible remaining pieces (I never even saw any right after he finished) and walked around with me to be sure I was satisfied. This was one of the most professional and least expensive (I was going to do this myself, but was going to pay the same price for the materials!!!) companies I have ever dealt with regarding home services. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

I must admit I had to change consultation appointments several times. They were always responsive and even texted me with confirmed times. The sales rep Rob came out and we agreed to May 15th. I'm sure with all these Angie Deals their business has been picking up, and there was a overlap in scheduling for the day, so my appointment had to be rescheduled. Charlie the owner called me to apologize and the crew installed the insulation the next business day (Monday). He even gave me a discount for the reschedule. They are always polite and answered all my questions. A true test in customer service is not just purchasing a product but the level of service and support given when things don't go as planned. That's more important to me. So they get an A+ for service.

First I screwed up and misunderstood their communications so it tool a while to get the scheduled down due to my misunderstanding and my hectic schedule. The owner called to get at the bottom of my confusion and went out of his way to meet my busy schedule. They arrived exactly on time and took care of business. These guys are always very respectful of your home, putting drop mats down and taking off their shes and covering anything near where they are working. Took them linger to set up than to actually to the fixing of the insulation. My home is 30 years old and had less than 6 inches of insulation and when these guys did the original job back in 2010 it was an immediate difference. Electric/gas bills are down and more importantly the home is far more comfortable. People in the South do not think Insulation is that important, but it is just as important here as the North. Before I had the extra insulation the upstairs would heat up within a short time after sun up and the AC would be working hard all day. Now it can be afternoon before the AC kicks on upstairs. Not only do you save on heating and cooling bills, but your HVAC works less and thus should last longer. We did very expensive remodel recently, yet insulating my attic and having them put in the insulated attic door cover is by far the best and most cost effective investment in the home. It is the investment that keeps on giving back and does not cost anything once installed! By far this company and the employees you deal with are excellent and the best there is in the Atlanta market.

We had an energy audit done by another company, but decided to get an estimate from Aladdin, since we had heard good things about the company. Aladdin is top notch! We learned and understood more about insulation, etc than we did from the first company. Plus, Aladdin's estimate was more reasonable. We have a large attic. You cannot beat their warranty, and the work was done quickly and concisely. This is a company you will enjoy doing business with!

I used these guys to insulate my attic a few years ago and they did a great job. The offer a service where if your insulation gets messed up due to a minor repair they will come back and fix it back up (as long as it is nothing major). Well I tested this and they are awesome. Because it is a free repair you may have to wait a while and juggle your schedule, but the owner takes customer sat very seriously. Due to a mix up on my part he wound up calling me and we worked through it and he was very flexible meeting my scheduled. The respect your house and do not mess it up when they do their work. I love how much better my house feels with all the extra insulation as my 30+ year old home had less than a few inches of compacted insulation in the attic.

First gentleman, Rob, came to analyze what I needed to solve the heating/cooling issue upstairs. He made recommendations explaining the whys, wrote contract, and set up installation. The crew, installers Rob and Justin, showed up on time and started to work. They answered any additional questions that I had and were easy and polite to work with on getting started. Weather was an issue and they kept track to get to a point that rain did not really hinder completing the job on time. They totally cleaned up all traces of the installation job. It has been a week since having this done and per my daughter and granddaughter who share the top floor, it has made a tremendous difference. For example, we had turned off the thermostat and it dropped to 40 degrees one night and they didn't even notice the temp change in their living space. Daughter was surprised when I pointed out they needed a jacket for that morning. The price was a little higher than I had expected but I am told IN WRITING that I will save that money on my electric/gas bill in the next 36 months. I totally believe that I will do that. Yeah, Aladdin. Thank you very much. I feel confident the summer is going to be kinder to my upstairs residents this year.

After meeting with the other highly rated insulation company on Angie's List we were uncomfortable with the price and sales pitch. After meeting with Aladdin it was a no-brainer to have them do the work. They were honest and well versed at a much better price. The crew that came to the house, were efficient, nice, and professional. We would highly recommend them!

I called around for estimates to have my attic inspected to see if and what insulation was needed. After receiving a extremely high estimate from another grade A company on Angie's List, Robert, from Aladdin, came out and gave an estimate to insulate my attic to an R-60 level. I was VERY and pleasantly surprised at the price, given the other estimate I received was MUCH higher for a lesser R value of insulation. Rob (a different person) and Justin arrived early on the day of installation, set up and were done in approx 3.5-4 hours. The install included adding foam inserts to all of the outlets and light switches on the outside walls of my home, inspecting the plumbing openings to see if foam insulation was needed, installing an attic tent, adding flashing to my recessed lights and blowing in insulation. After everything was completed and cleaned up, Rob went over the warranty and insulation certification card. Everyone I dealt with at Aladdin was very professional and courteous. Rob and Justin answered any questions I had and were very clean and efficient. You could hardly tell anyone had been at my house when they left! I would highly recommend Aladdin to anyone looking to insulate their homes. Grade A+!

After I purchased the Big Deal, I call the company to schedule the installation. An appointment was scheduled for April 17th at 3pm. A gentleman arrived to "give me a quote". This came as a surprise to me because I did not ask for a quote nor did I want a quote. I simply wanted the Big Deal that I ordered. After 1 hour I was provided a quote to raise my installation from a R30 (which is compliant) to a R60. The cost of this would be $1907 from which they would deduct the Big Deal I purchased. When I asked when they would install what I had already purchased, I was told they would do it when I purchased the rest of the installation. When the salesman left I called the company twice and left a message on Tracy's voicemail. A Crystal returned my call. As if she was in a rush she explained that there was some mis-communication. It was standard operating procedure to provide a quote before any work was done. I explained that this was not shared with me and asked what that means for me. Crystal informed me that I could ask Angie's list for a refund no questions asked. I again asked her what does this mean for me. Were they not going to honor the Big Deal. Crystal begins to laugh at me. I asked her if she was laughing at me and she responds I just don't understand what the problem is. When I became upset because she was laughing at me she began to record the call and then began denying that she was laughing at me. I continued to explain that there has been a lack of communication on behalf of the company. When I finish talking she did not respond. She remained silent for about 30 seconds. When I said hello, she responded yes. I asked if silence was standard when talking to a customer. She stated no. Then said she would have the owner of the company contact me. I would like to note that it is illegal for a business to record a phone call with a customer without first notifying the customer either through a recording or during the conversation. I would not recommend this vendor. The Big Deal they offer is a bait and switch. Please note that I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

They were fantastic. They were thorough and cared a lot about customer service. They also gave a lifetime settlement guarantee so they will come back if the insulation has settled at all or if it gets disrupted by other work done in the attic. I would highly recommend them. And their price was reasonable (better than others out there)
