Description of Work: Aladdin's ratings and references were outstanding, but they never responded to my voice mail message or e-mail to their website requesting an estimate. I hate to enter a rating as had no contact with them to my disappointment, so seems unfair.

Description of Work: We had a large project on our 30 year old house. We had the siding removed, the house "wrapped" new siding installed. On 2 sides of the 2nd story the siding was replaced with individual shakes. The entire house was repainted including the trim. We had 28 double hung windows replaced and a new front door with side lights. Insulation was also added in the attic. | |We had estimates from other contractors but Aladdin checked all the boxes on the work we wanted to have done. | |We met Charlie Whigham (owner) at the Gwinnett home show. We were looking for ideas to update our home. Charlie took the time to answer our questions, make suggestions and even went out to his car to get us additional materials to look at. He called and followed up when he said he would and came out and gave us an estimate. His prices were in line with other estimates we had gotten but he was the only one interested in doing all the work we wanted done. | |His crews came and did the work when they said they would and were very respectful of our home and the fact that we work from home and are there all day.They kept any disruption to a minimum. Fernando, the supervisor, was available to us at all times, took care of any concerns and was very easy to work with. The crews cleaned up each day. | |We were very pleased with the entire process of working with Aladdin. Everyone was responsive to our needs and wants and made us feel like restoring our home was important to them, not just for the $$. | |We recommend anyone needing siding, windows, etc talk to Aladdin and get an estimate. We would use them again and plan to call them in a few years for a new roof. What ever you consider to be the highest rating, that is what we would give them.

Description of Work: I had a big deal for Aladdin Insulation & Home Improvement. They put spray insulation in the entire attic along with a cover over the attic door.

Description of Work: He came to give me an estimate for insulation. When he saw the situation, he told me that it was a simple fix that I could have the drywall guy (who was repairing the ceiling) do for a lot less money than he would have to charge. He was professional, and kind enough to want to save me money. A great guy and if I ever need insulation on another house, I will call him to do the job.

Description of Work: Charles came out to give me an estimate. He was on time and very easy to talk to. He explained the different types of insulation that he sold, but I was interested in blown in insulation, because of my budget. Charles explained the whole process and what kind of materials would be used, and I felt very comfortable with my choice of insulation. I thought the price was very reasonable, as I had gotten several other estimates beforehand. When Ivan and Jeremy came out to blow in the insulation, they were businesslike and friendly, meaning they knew what they were doing, and answered all my questions. I was surprised that the process was relatively quiet compared to what I was expecting, and I was very pleased with the result. They cleaned up after themselves (which wasn't much), and when they left, it looked like they had not even been here. It has been almost a year since I had the job done, and there definitely was a difference in the air conditioning comfort level during the summer, and so far during the cold nights that we have been experiencing lately (I'm not counting last February and March, since it was so warm). The house is 38 years old, and it has always been warm upstairs, to the point where we had several fans running, especially at night. This summer, I didn't run one fan upstairs at all, and it was very comfortable for sleeping.
