The crew called to let me know they were on their way and promptly arrived as scheduled. They quickly assessed the job and took precautions to not make a mess. They put moving pads down anywhere they were running their hose. They made sure to keep the entrance to the attic closed while they worked to prevent attic debris form working into the living space. They performed like a well oiled machine with each person getting quickly to work. They were extremely professional and courteous. They finished in under 2 hours and cleaned up any debris that accumulated. This was an awesome experience and I fully understand why they have so many positive reports. This is NOT your typical home contractor, this place is top notch! I can already feel the added tightness of the house and how the temperature feels more uniform!

The attic over the living area only had 4 inches of insulation, and the attic over the attached garage had none. The floor above the crawlspace had no insulation. They added enough blown-in insulation to create R-60 (21 inches) in the attic, which qualifies for the Energy Tax Credit ($900). I could tell an immediate difference after they left because the furnace ran much less often and for shorter periods. They were easy to do business with and would definitely use them again. They offer a 24-month payback guarantee, that I think they will meet based on the first week's experience.

They did a great job. They were on time and they were very detail oriented. They cleaned up afterward. They put in writing that the job would pay for itself in 2 years and a 30% reduction in energy bills. They made sure the insulation would not cover up the soffits.

I was impressed and felt confident with his work. He provided a book of references along with his information on Angie's List. I think he was a real find. He seems relaxed, knowledgeable about his job and provided a good price. I believe we will use Aladdin but it?s just a matter of when it is ideal to do it, and when we can afford it. I highly recommend this company, though I have yet to do business with him.

We had Aladdin install insulation in our attic in July of this year and were very impressed with the whole experience - from making the appointment, getting the quote, and all the way through the installation. We felt comfortable that our questions about the process were addressed before we signed the contract and during the installation. On top of that, we felt we got a very fair price for a great product with an excellent warranty. We could tell the difference in our energy costs with the very first electric bill! In fact, we were so happy with our experience that we had Aladdin install 3 new sliders, 1 side entry door and 3 windows. Again, Aladdin did not disappoint. We have an older home that has settled a bit so some of the sliders took a bit more "persuasion" during installation but Bobby and the crew worked very hard to make sure everything was perfect before they wrapped up. It was a pleasure to work with everyone there at Aladdin all the way around. We still have more windows and exterior doors to replace and will, without a doubt, be calling Aladdin again when the budget permits. Steve & Shelley C.

Excellent. Mr. Whigham was very professional in his presentation to me. Very thorough explanation of the product and the installation of said product. Emphasized the HOme Energy rebate I would receive on my 09 tax return. The windows were installed at precisely the time I was told and the installers were excellent. If they had to come into the house, they removed their shoes, this was a big plus. After installation was complete, other than beautiful new windows, you never knew any workmen were here. There was not a bit of trash to be found. This is an excellent company from the lead generator, owner and workmen. I would highly recommend Aladdin Insulation and Windows to my best friend.

Met with Chuck, the salesman, on Friday morning. Easy, informative, and low-key professional presentation. No pressure whatsoever. In fact, I was considering installing a radiant barrier in addition to the insulation and Aladdin installs these barriers. But Chuck explained my attic was not the proper application for this barrier and would not result in any real savings to me. You could have blown me over with a feather - a salesman who walks away from an easy add-on because it was not indicated! After presenting his price, he told me I could call him whenever I was ready to have the work done. Based on the AL references, pricing, total scope of services, and the 10% Angie's List discount, I told him "no need to wait, let's do it." I scheduled the installation for the following Tuesday morning. They said they would be out between 11:30 to 1:30 and would take about 2 hours maximum. They arrived promptly at 11:30 and were done, start-to-finish, in less than 90 minutes. The 3 gentlemen were polite and professional and were not bothered by our Standard Poodle (who is friendly but initially rambunctious when meeting strangers.) There was nary a sound when they were blowing the insulation in the attic. All the blower equipment was outside and a very long 6" hose was passed through a 2nd floor window up the attic stairs into the attic. It was so quiet that our bats (we have 3 that live in our eaves) were not even disturbed! They cleaned up everything when finished, leaving no evidence they ever were here. I was so pleased with their performance that I gave them 6 field level seats to the Braves game that night (plus a Green Lot parking pass.) I would highly recommend this company for their competive pricing, superior product, value-added services, and professional execution.

I best thing that came out of the project was that they were able help reduce our overall cost by about ten or fifteen percent. They were very reasonably priced. I give Aladdin Insulation & Windows all A's.

I called for an appointment for an estimate for additional attic insulation and was able to schedule within a day or so. (I had made an appointment previously and I had to cancel due to a family emergency. The lady remembered me and thanked me for calling to cancel.) Chuck came right on time. Although we talked about insulation options in addition to the attic, he said for my house, there would be minimal payback on anything other than increased insulation in the attic. He answered all my questions, wrote up the agreement and said that there would be no pressure from Aladdin to do the job. The next day, I called for an appointment and was able to schedule the job in about one week. I was given a 1:30-3:30pm window in which the workmen might show up. They showed up at 1:10pm and then apologized for being early! I've never had that happen before. They assessed the situation and went right to work. It was like watching the pit crew of a NASCAR racing team. They were efficient. Everyone knew their job. There was no wasted time. They were pleasant. A tiny addition that I liked was the job included sealing plumbing in baths on outside walls and adding gaskets to electrical outlets on outside walls. They cleaned up after the job was completed.

It went excellent! Chuck, the salesman, was very knowledgeable. He gave a thorough explanation of what was to be done. He did a great job answering my questions. He gave a detailed estimate. Ivan and his crew arrived as expected on the day of the job. They were thorough and did exactly as stated in the estimate. There was a lot of attention to detail such as installing attic rulers before blowing in the fiberglass insulation, sealing all the plumbing penetrations in the house and installing gaskets to electrical outlets located on perimeter walls. Ivan and his crew were courteous, quick and efficient. I initially had only about 5-6 inches of insulation in my attic; they brought it up to an R-60 (21in.). They did a good job cleaning up afterward. I felt the temperature difference within a couple of hours and am seeing a nice reduction in my cooling bill thus far. They gave several guarantees with this job. I'm so glad I went with them!

In July 2009, Chuck came by to give me a quote to add extra blow-in insulation to my attic. He gave a well practiced spiel like one of those infomercial guys and seemed somewhat patronizing, but his price, information, and guarantees looked better than his competitors, so he got the job. His guys came out a week later, as promised, and were very polite. The work went well and quick, and there was not very much mess. I inspected the blow-in work and was not satisfied with some areas of coverage. In spite of the employee's arguments to the contrary, I remained firm and he reconnected his equipment and added more insulation to the question to my satisfaction. Their clean-up was adequate. I would work with this company again. The house has since been much cooler and much more comfortable. It is a very pleasant and immediately noticeable difference. I look forward to a lower energy bill and a tax rebate.

Made an appointment for a estimate. Estimate from Chuck was reasonable so went ahead with the job. Everyone was very professional, all work completed as agreed and they didn't leave a mess. Adding insulation to the attic has made a huge difference in the comfort level of the house.

Chuck provided an estimate on a Wednesday which was a very competitive estimate. They even matched an estimate I had received from another company I was contemplating using. He was extremely professional and knowledgable. By the following day, they called to provide a date for installation....the following Tuesday. Unfortunately, we found out from Ivan and his crew that duct to our return vent was not installed correctly. I was able to call our HVAC folks who came out the next morning and Ivan and his crew came out the next afternoon at the same time and completed the job. They were on time, professional, clean and very efficient. A joy to work with. You want to hire these guys. They're very trustworthy and a breath of fresh air as compared to so many other service folks who are trying to nickel and dime you to death.

We called and set up an inital appt for them to come out and provide quote. They came a couple of days later. Called back the next day to make appt for install. Was about a week later. Very impressed with there service and promptness. Very reasonable price for what all they did. Only had a minor insullation blow out in a walkout attic space (that they didn't notice) otherwise clean up was great.

Our experience was fantastic from start to final install. The owner of the company, Mr. Charlie Wingham met with my wife and I to explain our options. He is pleasant to work with and has a wealth of knowledge. Our windows arrived in about 2 weeks and were installed in 1.5 days. The crew was a polite, cleaned up after themselves and did a beautiful job installing our windows. After the installation, Charlie called to see if we were satisfied with our purchase. To our surprise, he even stopped by to meet with us to make sure we knew how to operate and clean them. This company is a big step above all others.

All I can say is WOW. The company had an estimate in my hand within a few days of my first call. Charley was very honest and knew his stuff. The install was scheduled a few weeks later and was done perfectly. They showed up on time, were neat and left the place spotless.Now for the amazing part. I waited one year before I wrote this review to see if the 30% energy savings policy was for real.So a year later I have saved over $800 but since it was not the full 30% Charlie sent me a check the same day I called him to ask about the guarantee.I still saved over 20% and I can feel the difference upstairs in both summer and winter.I will use them again when I need windows and will tell my friends to do the same.These guys are what Angie's List is all about!!!

Chuck came out the day after I called. He did a complete evaluation of my home and actually saved me some money with his recommendations. He wrote a written quote the next day and scheduled the work about 10 days later according to my schedule! The came out exactly when they said they would, on time and with great professionalism. They spent a few hours doing what they promised even emptying all of my cleaners and such below my sink and putting them back EXACTLY as they were! The price was what was quoted and I am already seeing a huge decline in my electric bill.

I could not have been more impressed with the service, quality, and cost! I had also receved an estimate from another company. They quoted me $3,200 for less of an R value than I received from Aladdin. I was very impressed with how quickly the inital call went, how informed they were, and how competitive the price was. The whole installation process was complete in less than 3 hours, it was very quiet, and they cleaned up everything. I'm so happy I looked them up on Angie's list, particularly in this ecomony! I could have paid 2x or more from the other company!

I called and got an appointment right away for an estimate. Chuck came to the house and did a great job of explaining everything they do. We were on the schedule within a week. Ivan came to do the insulation and everything went very smooth. Very little disturbance in the house while they were working and they cleaned up when they were done. It was a fairly cold day when they came and I was amazed at how much of a difference I could feel in the house after they were finished. My father lives in the house and he was able to turn the thermostat down at least 5 degrees so far!

I called for an estimate and was able to get someone out within a few days, and they were willing to come in the evening. Chuck, who came out for the estimate, was very friendly but talks entirely too much so that appointment took a lot longer than I expected. I was able to schedule the work with them about 3 weeks later. On the day of the appointment I waited around for about 30 minutes before calling to see if they were coming - they were running about 1 hr late which was fine, but would have been best to call and let me know that, or at least call the day before to confirm appointment. Ivan and Rob, who came to do the work, were nice, professional and clean, also dog-friendly.

Charlie Whigham came out to my house to do the initial free energy inspection. I asked him how long he had been doing this kind of work and he told me 18 years. He gave a thorough audit to my home, and even told me ways to maximize my energy savings that his company didn't perform. He gave me a proposal that lasted for 30 days, so that I and my husband could think about it before we decided. There was no pressure. The next day, I scheduled the actual installation. On the day of the installation, the technicians ran a little late, but called at the time they were due to arrive and gave updated time of arrival. The technicians were courteous and friendly. They were also professional and finished the job in the time alloted. Work was amazingly quiet (I had expected loud, noisy installation of the fiberglass insulation, but frankly, I was unaware when the work started, and only realized it when I saw the insulation hose at work). After the work was completed, they thoroughly cleaned up and even vacuumed the entire area that debris was found. Then they gave me a certificate describing the work done, so that when we move, we can present it to the new buyer as an upgrade. Siri F.**** ADDENDUM 6-9-10 We were told by Alladdin Insualtion and Windows that if we left a good report on Angie's List that they would send us a check and we never received one from them to this date.

My wife was concerned that the insulation in the garage ceiling would adversely affect her breathing and as Aladdin Insulation and Doors was on top of Angie s for that product, we contacted them. Aladdin responded very quickly and Chuck came out to talk to us. When Chuck saw the insulation, he explained that it most likely would not be a problem. He could have someone come out to reverse the facing but explained that the cost of doing that vs. the minimal health risk was probably not very cost effective. Chuck s honesty and explanations were appreciated. We then asked about siding and new gutters and downspouts. Chuck and his partner Charles came to the house, demonstrated the features of the Variform siding and provided a quote. My wife and I arrived at what we thought would be a reasonable cost and when Aladdin quoted us less than what we thought was reasonable, we signed the contract. The Aladdin siding crew Larry and Phil started the siding process as promised. During the installation, they made sure that all the construction debris was cleaned up after each work day and the construction materials and their tools were neatly placed. We were very satisfied with their work ethics and professionalism and their going out of their way to ensure that we were happy customers. Talk about on-time-delivery! Aladdin is the one you want to have your house sided! The new gutters and downspouts were installed by another 2 man crew a day after the siding was installed. They were equally efficient, neat and careful to clean up and remove the old gutters, downspouts and construction debris and were done in one day. All in all, we are very satisfied customers with the whole Aladdin experience and would recommend them in a heartbeat!
