They were professional, did a good job and came out on time. I am going to use them again to install some ceiling lights and re-blow in more insulation. We were happy with them because they were nice, quiet and came right out when we called. I will use them again in the future.

The workmen arrived on time and were very courteous and efficient. The entire installation took about three hours. They had one miscue over a bedroom with a nail or two coming through the ceiling but they were quick to spot the problem and say that a repairman would be out as soon as possible to repair the damage. The repairman showed up promptly and did an excellent repair job at absolutely no cost to us. We were very pleased with the process and are looking forward to the results. It seems as if we can already tell a difference. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone looking for insulation.

We were satisfied with the estimate we received and did not solicit other estimates for this job. We did have to call a couple of times to get the installation scheduled, but this was not a big deal to me. Everything was done neatly and professionally. The installers cleaned up after themselves. This will be our first winter in our "new" house, and I think we will really save in energy costs, as there was virtually no insulation in place before we had this done.

They gave us a quote and were back the following week to do the work. They showed up on time and were very respectful of our home (and tried to be quiet since we had a newborn in the house!). They were very professional and patient and answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend them to any in the future.

Our initial purchase was in April 2010, when we replaced all original wood windows in front of the house with double pane thermal insulated Low E windows. We chose to replace the front windows first, as the sun exposure is all day on the front of the house. Alladin replaced 10 windows including a large palladian window. The original purchase was approx. $6,000. The salesman Rob was extremely professional, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. The installation was completed in 1 day and the installers were thorough and left everything clean. They also made sure to leave all the contacts for the alarm system accessable. They also included blown insulation in the attic crawl space. I immediately saw a large reduction in my energy bills. We took advantage of a 12 month same-as-cash offer extended by Alladin through an independant finance Co. We also received all the documentation required for an energy rebate on our taxes. As soon as the original purchase payments were completed, we called Rob again to order replacement windows for the rear of the house. The most recent installation ($3,500) completed last month had a couple of hiccups, but Alladin promptly addressed the issues and made all the necessary corrections. The factory rep, David even came out to make sure we were satisfied with the results. I still have 10 more windows to replace and plan to use Alladin again after my recent purchase is paid. One of my neighbors has recently used Alladin as well. Thank you Charles, Rob and David.

Installed to a R60 level at a lower cost than other companies quoted at a R30 level. Very pleased, very professional, would use them again.

During the consultation visit, Iearned everything I needed to know about insulation needs and options. After I agreed to purchase the servce and product, the installer arrived at the appointed hour. The team completed everything in a timely and professional manner. I was very satisfied with everything.

I do not think it could have gone better. I received 4 quotes for the job and they where the least expensive. I also think that they where the most qualified to do the job. They came on time and got right to work. They where extremely friendly and professional. They left my house spotless. I can not what for some hot days to see how much it helps. I just wish I would have called them years ago.

The services performed were completed as stated in the quote that Charlie provided. The 3-man team came by in the morning and completed the work in 2 hours. One installed the attic baffles and sprayed the insulation, another applied the sealant to the plumbing penetrators and installed gaskets on all the electrical outlets and the third cleaned up whatever mess they made (which was minimal). All were professional, friendly and very courteous. I was very happy with the job they did.

Rob, my sales Rep, was knowledgeable and patient from start to finish and worked well with the other company doing work at my home. All employees of this company that I met were great (Ivan, Jason, Mike...), and I would recommend them to anyone looking for high quality work done professionally and with care for what will best meet the needs of the situation. They listen to you, answer specifically, and then do what they say they will, even more thoroughly than you'd hoped. I was impressed. With the old insulation out and the new in, it's great to feel that low-humidity comfort and much less difference in upstairs and downstairs temps (currently this house has only one thermostat). I also plan to have large, west-facing windows upstairs lined with clear, low-emissivity film...a service Aladdin might consider adding in the future. I recommend this company with confidence.

I forgot to do this review back when the work was done. I also am more critical than my reviews might suggest, but I've been lucky so far. Aladdin... what a first class operation. From the estimation, to the education, to the work, and clean up, real impressive. You pay for it. It was not the least expensive, but it wasn't crazy. It was probably 20-30% more than my cheapest estimate. That said, they took no shortcuts. I talked to enough companies that I could tell where some of the shortcuts might be. Also, and importantly, it is a lifetime guarantee to keep it at R60. When it settles in the years to come, they come back out and top it off for free. If you have work done in the attic, or tear up the insulation for an unrelated reason, they come back and top it off for free. So this is one of those, higher price up front, but better value over time companies. Real happy.

Chuck was very responsive, punctual, friendly, and answered all my questions fully. On the scheduled day, the workers came early, were very professional and completed all the work and cleaned up after themselves. We were very pleased with their work.

It was an outstanding experience. They did what they said they were going to do. Their price was competitive, and they were very professional. They were punctual and focused on their work too. They did it at the end of the year, and they knew that we had to get it done by a certain date, but I had to make 3 calls after the payments and the work was completed to submit to our credit. It took a lot to get what I needed. Everything worked out though.

We would recommend them to others. They seem to have done an okay job.
