The Company was very professional and gave me a quote in a very timely manner. The guys that Charlie sent out for very professional did a wonderful job and cleaned up after the job was completed. We are extremely happy customers and would recommend them to anyone.

Professional from the start..... scheduling, estimate, preforming actual work. Communicate every step of the way. and have you sign off on every action they are talking. Clean up left premise just as they were prior to starting inside and out. Highly recommend these folks and finally their warranty is one of the best around, I know I checked them all out. For you bargain shoppers they have a low price match with confirmation. Find no need to even start that, I shopped several, these guys were very competitive. Awesome, exactly what was expected and more.

Our experience with Aladdin was great, start to finish. Charlie showed up on time, gave us a fair estimate, and responded to our follow up questions. We noticed that our daughter's bedroom was pretty cold and wanted to do something about it. We had our attic properly insulated (to R60), and an attic tent installed. Justin and Shawn showed up, completed the job in a timely fashion, cleaned up the debris and were on their way. We received a quote from another AL provider but Aladdin was almost half the price for higher R value and basically the same work. Bottom line is do your homework but you won't be disappointed with Aladdin!

The crew that came to perform the work showed up promptly and got to work. They went over the area to be treated, the price agreed upon, and explained the warranty and service guarantees. They were unobtrusive and cleaned up everything once they completed the work. They did everything the rep had told me would be done and I was very pleased with Aladdin. I won't hesitate to recommend them.

Charlie, rob, Justin and Sean were all great. The job was quick and clean. We are enjoying a noticeably warmer house now. We should have done it years ago.

Unfortunately I had to cancel my set appointment for this afternoon since i wasn't feeling well. They called to confirm cancellation, and wish me good health in the cold.

It was okay. They did it and left. They blew insulation in the attic and they did something that was more on the high side naturally. They could have been less on the additional price. The workers were fine.

It went in and did a brief assessment of the space and notated that I didn't actually need the services. Another company had told me earlier that I needed the service. I appreciated the owner of Aladdin's honesty and candor.

Aladdin insulated our attic area approximately one year ago. Last month we had a upstairs bathroom remodel that extended into some of the attic area. The insulation and the heat barrier was disturbed or removed by the remodeling contractor. I spoke with Crystal at Aladdin on Friday and asked if they could come out and repair what the contractor had damaged. She scheduled me quickly for the following week for 11:00 Wednesday. The repair crew and truck arrived at 10:55 and began work immediately. A little over a hour later they were finished blowing in new insulation and installing a new barrier around the bathroom walls. The crew cleaned up completely and had me inspect the repair. Everything looked brand new and professional. I asked for the bill and was told NO CHARGE! The guys explained that it was covered as a part of my original installation. I knew if the original insulation settles that it would be covered, I never expected a no charge repair for something Aladdin had no part of. I will recommend and use Aladdin when ever I get the chance. Thank you again for GREAT customer service!!!

Contacted them to get a quote on insulating a basement. They informed me that they are not doing basements at this time. It's unfortunate for them because I was also going to look at the possibility of changing out attic space from blown to foam.

Aladdin installed a tent over my attic ladder and whole home fan. They also blew in attic insulation and put a new vapor barrier in my crawlspace. The work was done quickly and the quality of the work was good. I have no complaints.

We purchased the deal on Angie's List and added additional square footage to what was originally purchased. Price seemed fair so we went ahead with the work. Team came out and was professional and friendly. They called due to traffic delay but once they got here went straight to work, cleaned up and got the job done. I would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

It went well. We moved forward to what I needed done. I don't have any problem with them. They should have the energy evaluations done. They should also include other types of insulation with one in comparison to the other.

Realized after getting a new roof that the insulation in our attic was much less than adequate. Found this great insulation deal on Angie's list. After meeting with rep Rob, it was clear we needed to do something! Both the sales rep & the installers arrived exactly on time and were very professional. They were able to pull the "hose" through and upstairs window making access very simple. There was no mess to clean up afterwards. I was very pleased with their service!

They did a good job. However, scheduling was a headache. It took me so many calls, voicemails, promises to get the work scheduled. They need to work on that. It was really frustrating! it took over a month to get the work done.

I had taken advantage of the offer to have insulation blown into my new home with a free energy audit. Charles Whigham, the owner, arrived on time, was courteous, professional, qualified and a delight to deal with! He inspected my home and he not only assured me I didn't need any additional insulation, but that by installing a ceiling fan it would circulate the heat in my family room and should do the trick with my circulation needs in the winter. He went the extra mile by also suggesting that I add an additional carbon monoxide alarm into the room as well for precaution. He even reminded me to have money refunded since there was absolutely no charge! What a refreshing service in this day and age...a business willingly offering advice without a cost, or better yet, not selling you anything you don't need! Wow what a concept! I would highly recommend this company for the integrity it exhibits along with such sound business sense. I will not hesitate to contact them in the future when I need their business services again (they offer more than insulation!). In my opinion - this company is super AAAA++++ They made me one satisfied customer! Keep up the great work!

I am so glad we found Aladdin Insulation and Windows through Angie's List. Rob came out to look at our insulation and also give us a price to replace a window and door (which we have opted to wait on). He gave us a thorough run down on what would be included and how the insulation would be blown into the attic. He was able to schedule our service the following week and the technicians were courteous and professional and did not leave behind any type of mess.
