Aladdin Insulation & Home Improvement

Rob & Jeremy arrived on time and ready to get to work. They were very courteous, punctual & professional. These guys don't mess around. In no time they were blowing the insulation into the attic after installing an attic tent over the drop-down stair case. We bought our house in Jul. The house was built in 1998 & had uneven amounts of insulation in the attic. After the guys were done, it looks like a just had a two foot snowfall in my attic. Beautiful. Now waiting on my energy savings. They were quick & cleaned up after they were done. All together a great experience.

We are very satisfied with the service and the quality of their work. The crew that showed up was very consistent since they had to come out on three separate occasions. The sales rep was always there to coordinate and answer questions if we had any. They would often call in to check on the progress of the job and paid attention to the details well.

They called when they were on their way to give me a more exact time of their expected arrival. Two men showed up with a large vacuum cleaner, of sorts, took the vent covers off all the vents in the house and stuck the large hose into each one to suck out all of the accumulated junk. They took the vent covers out to their truck and wiped them down, even though some of them were new and obviously not dirty. They also took a look at the heat pump unit to see if it needed vacuuming (I wasn't outside, so I don't know exactly what they did to the heat pump, if anything). They moved the dryer out of the laundry area and cleaned the dryer vent. At one point they stuck a hose with a camera on the end of it into the dryer vent to make sure they had gotten all of the lint out of the dryer hose. Since the dryer hose was already detached from the dryer, they were kind enough to put a new hose that I had just bought onto the dryer for me. (The dryer vent was, I think, the hardest part of their job, as the laundry area is small and they had to move the dryer out into the hallway and then back in place without crimping the vent hose.) I had been told that this work would probably take 4-6 hours to complete, and was even given a discount for allowing them to schedule the work for the very next day after I had initially called; so the price seemed more fair for the amount of time I expected the work to take. I have a rather small house (1,350 sq. ft.) with only one heat pump unit, and I told them that over the phone. The price quoted would have been the same for a much larger house with a few more vents. These guys were finished in about two hours. Although they did a good job, the price seemed a bit high to me when the work was completed in 1/2-1/3 of the time I had expected it to take. No adjustment was made, however, on the price. (I discussed it a little with one of the workers, but did not call the owner. I just paid the price I was quoted.)

These guys were very prompt to respond to our inquiry, and did a great job adding insulation in our attic.

We had Aladdin Insultaion & Windows blow in insulation about 1.5 years ago and when it was time to get new windows, I called Charlie again. He showed me the window options available and decided on the Preservation line for the installation. The price was better than the 3 other vendors so we decide to go with Aladdin again. The order was complex and the took aproximately 6 weeks to arrive. Installation was scheduled and completed on-time. I would recommend Aladdin Insulation & Window without hesitation......

This went very well. The owner, Charles, seems very passionate about insulation. His professional and courteous crew came within the agreed arrival time range and left 3 1/2 hours later fulfilling all of Charles' promises. They installed many rulers which proves that they provided the amount of product guaranteed. The crew handled my concerns of blowing under the raised attic walkway (performed by another vendor) and not covering the security system siren. I had originally chosen another vendor for the insulation, but they required a credit card and a signed form detailing what they would do to me if I didn't complete payment and this just gave me a bad feeling. I was especially pleased that I was able to pay at the end. I as excited as much as one not in the industry can be excited about insulation.

Charles was very courteous and professional. Went through the house and explained all services covered in the quote, time frame and prices. Was late to the appointment because of traffic. He called to let me know he would be a little late, so it was not a big deal.Still evaluating all quotes.

The quote from Charlie was very straight forward, professional, and informative. We used Aladdin for blow-in insulation and we were very impressed with the job. Jeremy and Rob worked quickly and quietly and left our home as clean as when they arrived. They were so quiet that my young daughter napped while they were working which is amazing. Our home was built in 1976 and the insulation was quite old. We noticed an immediate difference in the temperature upstairs after the team completed the new insulation. I only wish that all contractors and service providers were this easy to work with. I would definitely use them again.

The work was quoted professionally and the work crew of 3 showed up as scheduled and finished up as scheduled - they worked until late evening to finish up in one day. They cleaned up and did not leave any evidence of old or new insulation in the living space. Excellent work quality.

They were very good. The job took less than 3 hours and they vacuumed thoroughly. It was like they were never here. Both gentlemen who came out were very pleasant and courteous. I would recommended their services to others.

Charlie provided me a quote on insulation for our crawlspace. He was very professional and helpful. While here we discussed other issues occurring with our home. He spent extra time consulting with me on those issues even though they were unrelated to the insulation. I made the unfortunate decision to not have Aladdin install the insulation and instead had a handyman install it when here on another job. The handyman did not install the insulation to my satisfaction. I reached out to Charlie to get advised. He immediately called me back and provided advice and council. Please consider Aladdin for your insulation needs. Charlie and his staff are wonderful.

Excellent!! I wish every company could be as straightforward, efficient, and professional as Aladdin! The quote was very competitive (actually cheaper than 2 other companies), and the visit for the quote was thorough with helpful information provided. When the guys came for the installation, it only took about 2 hours.. Mats were on the floors to keep them clean, and they vacuumed when they were done. Rulers were placed in the attic to show the level of the insulation, and Alladin's service provides that it the insulaton ever settles they will "top it off' for free!! Also, ask them about their guarantee that you will make back enough in energy savings to cover the insulation cost in 3 years...such a great deal! 2 thumbs up! -LG

Great!!!!! Charlie and his crew are wonderful to deal with. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the installers. Charlie (owner) himself came out and explained to me what needed to be done and went over in detail the warranty (which is great) and exactly what would be done.
