I spent $1300. They did excellent with everything. I'm satisfied with their work. Their price was alright and the guy was good about doing a little extra here and there so they did a good job straight around.

Great! It went wonderful. I am very pleased with them. If I recommend him, what would I tell them? Just that they are awesome. They arrived about 9:00 in the morning and they stayed until the job was totally completed that was about 8:00 that night. They installed 27 windows and insulated my attic and did a thorough job and a good clean up. I don't have a complaint at all with them. It was great. Charlie is the man's name. He did everything he promised. He even came back several months later to check the job out and to see if we were satisfied and he made a little video of us talking about his work and he is just a fine young man. They are just people that follow-up and do what they will say anymore. They are nice. I'll put it this way, I would not take my money back and put my old windows back in. I love my windows. They said they would be there one day and they were held up on another job, so he called me, and I'd say he gave me at least a 24-hour notice. He said it would be the following day. Anyway, I would still give him an "A" on punctuality.

Fine. They guarantee that once installed, energy costs savings should be more or greater than the money spent. Not sure how successful that would be.....

It went very smooth. The workers showed up on time, completed on time, cleaned up quickly and completely.

Showed up on time, wore booties to protect the floors, etc. Not only did they provide fast, professional work but they covered ALL inside electrical boxes with insulation panels. They also wrapped our water heater with insulation material all while they completed the blow in insulation upstairs.

The attic had been inaccessible to us before we had the work going on the shower. We have a complex roofline, so there are lot of inaccessible areas. All I had to do was tell the dispatcher that we needed the work done fast because electricians were waiting put in a light, and soon after, the ceiling in the shower would be finished, and we would have no attic access again. They squeezed me in with Charlie within 2 days to assess the job, and the next day Rob and Jeremy were out to blow in the insulation. Even they were amazed at the lack of insulation in this part of the attic. They blew insulation into as many of the adjoining spaces as they could get to, and made sure all of the other flat spaces were filled. Ahh. I can't wait until I see my electric bills drop and have a little bit more comfort in that part of the house.

The appointment was for noon on Tuesday, and Rob called about 11:00 AM to say they were running ahead of schedule and could be there in 30 minutes. I said that was fine, but our power had been out since 7:00 AM from the storm and we had no idea when it would be restored. Rob said that was no problem as they did not need power to do the job. Their blower was self-powered in their truck and they used flashlights. Rob and Jeremy were very efficient and professional. They covered the window sill and floor where they pulled in the hose to blow the insulation, and they closed the attic stair while blowing insulation to keep down dust. The job was complete in about 2-1/2 hours, and they left everything very clean. Before they left, Rob thoroughly explained their great warranty and gave me a certificate showing the amount of insulation and R-Value if I ever needed it for a home inspector or to sell the house.

The process started with Charlie, who came to my home, listened to what I wanted done, discussed alternatives, then went over what Aladdin would do in detail, and gave me an estimate of cost. His crew for the work was Rob and Jeremy -- they showed up on time and first, spent time with me again going over what they were going to do and how they would do it. The entire job took about 5 hours. Both men were very courteous and highly professional. They thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. When they were finished, they took me on a tour of everything they had done. The work they did in the attic was terrific -- what a change before to after. It was definitely a pleasure to work with everyone at Aladdin.

Great. First off the salesman was very friendly, informative and professional. He arrived wearing a comany logo shirt. He inspected the attic and gave me appropriate option. The pricing was good and they were able to schedule my service promptly. Unfortunately we received a snow storm the day of my service (snow jam 2014!) The guys were not scheduled to be at my house till 2pm and the snow started earlier. When they left their previous client they called me to make sure I had arrived home and told me exactly where they were and an estimate of how long it would take. Unfortunately the Atlanta traffic jam was already taking place. They kept trying to make their appointment and making sure I was updated on the delay. By 6:30 pm we finally called it quits as there was no way they were going to make it. In fact they ended up spending the night at the shop as traffic by then was just dead stopped. However they were always polite and offered apologies for the delay (which was in no way their doing). The office called me the next day to reschedule which was done promptly. When the crew was able to arrive they were polite, prompt and professional. They completed the job promptly, showed me their work, explained their warranty and left me with the information to contact them with any questions. For once I felt that here was a company that truly cared about their customer service and I would highly recommend them. Oh...and on top of that...the price was exceptionally good. They never attempted to sell or install something I did not need. I got R60 for what others were quoting R35-40, without the tent (which they charged just $150 for)

Aladdin did a great job. They have a good warranty and a reasonable cost. They had a prompt response time.

Everything went well and according to items spelled out in the contract. They did everything they said they would do. They came on time, explained what they were going to do and then proceeded to do the work. They were very professional and personable. The house is much more comfortable now and our utility costs have gone down just as they promised.

We were very pleased with the service: the guy (I think his name was Charlie) took a lot of time to inspect our house and made suggestions for improving insulation beyond just insulating the attic. We had had an estimate from another company before and Charlie explained why some of the previously suggested improvements were going to cost us money without doing us much good. It is always refreshing to find someone honest enough to say: 'you don't need that' or 'that's not going to help'. He explained everything well including the fact that we were not going to get a tax rebate but might get a rebate from GA Power (we did). The Aladdin estimate was significantly less expensive than the estimate from the other company. They were on time for both the inspection and the work and the workers also answered more questions we had. They cleaned up well after they were done. Of course the real proof that they did good work will be in the energy savings and it is too early to really tell.

I wanted to increase my attic insulation to improve comfort level and save on energy costs. Aladdin very professional & courteous during estimate and installation. explained everything well. cleaned up after.

While it has been almost 7 years since the original installation, 100% of the double-hung windows that were installed have failed (seal leak). My most recent warrantly complaint was submitted on 11/22/2013 with followup on 1/21/2014 - I was told they were still on order. When I called to escalate the complaint in February, now 3 months after the initial warranty request, Aladdin became defensive and indicated they had no record of my request. I left a less than favorable review of them on Kudzu.com and the owner/president/CEO left me a voicemail in retaliation suggesting he was going to contact my employer whom is a mutual business partner of theirs and end that business partnership because of "me". He also said I would hear from his attorney which has yet to happen. I also submitted a complaint via the Better Business Bureau where I noticed another complaint regarding warranty services...

Work went extremely well. The guys were very professional and accommodating to my needs. Arrived on time and immediately got to work. They gave me tips on how to control my HVAC system so it doesnt get overworked as well. When the work was done they showed me everything and explained it. Rulers were also installed throughout the attic so i can see the depth of insulation. Originally I could see my rafters in my attic, now I cant. I have an upstairs and downstairs furnace that used to kick on every 20 min. Now the downstairs comes on every 30 min and I dont think the upstairs has been on yet. One reason could be my thermostat is in the hallway which is open to the living room so he heat goes up and instead of going up my attic it bounces back and warms the hallway and thermostat. My bonus room still gets cold, not as cold as before but still cold, leaving the room door open makes it more comfortable. I believe my living room is warmer as well. It has not been a full billing cycle so i cant say anything about savings yet but Aladdin does guarantee that you'll make your money back within 3 years. The only thing i wish they offered was attic tent doors for attic knee doors. Hey my upstairs furnace just came on!

The Crew arrived 10 minutes early. They were extremely professional, courteous and did an outstanding job. When the job was completed everything was cleaned as if they were never there. I would definitely refer them to others. GG
