They came out about 1.5 hours after they called them. Vladimir was very professional. He gave me quotes for all possibilities before starting the work. He also told me how to prevent the blockage from happening again.

First, I called three Appliance Repair companies and Absolute Appliance was hte first to respond. Not only were they the first to respond, they responded the same day. One service didn't respond at all and hte other one that did, was not available until the following Tuesday (I called late in the day on Wednesdday). The repairman, Vladimir, was very professionaal and did a good job explaining what needed to be fixed. He seemed very knowledgeable and didn't try to pressure me into replacing parts that weren't neccessary. I would highly recommend and would sue them again if needed.

I called on Friday and was thrilled to get an appointment the next day on Saturday morning. Glad called head and arrived promptly. He quickly identified how to fix the dryer completed the repair. The overall cost was very reasonable. We will call on Vlad the next time we need to have an appliance repaired.

Everything went great - Absolute Appliance Repair showed up on time, reviewed the problem, provided an estimate and got the work done quickly for us. Explained what needed to be done, and how to prevent the situation from occurring again in the future. Really happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

The repair company and repairman were courteous and punctual. The turn around time was minimal and quite efficient for all parties concerned. The whole process was well coordinated and everything went well. I would definitely use them again.

We have a KitchenAid dishwasher that wasn't performing well. Dishes on the top rack were not coming out clean. I described the problem and he seemed to know right away what was wrong. Clogged, dirty, there was a small broken part that costs $46. $150 for Labor. Even though he was here a short time, to have someone come that was professional and had excellent skills was well worth it. We would definitely use Absolute Appliance Repair again in the future.

Vlad called enroute and arrived on time. He correctly prioritized the work and the quickly diagnosed the probable cause of the washing machine malfunction. He used his own electric hand pump to remove the existing water in the basin and repaired the drain pump. No parts required. When finished he returned the laundry room to it's original configuration and left the room clean. After checking for any obstructions and attempting to reset the icemaker to no avail Vlad removed the icemaker and tested the unit with an electrical circuit testing tool. Concluding that the unit needed to be replaced he replaced the entire icemaker. He had the part on his truck. Again he left the area clean. In each case, once he diagnosed the problem and arrived at the solution, Vlad presented a predetermined standard price list for each repair and gained approval to continue. Since he solved both problems in one service call he agreed (when asked) to discount the prices. Even though I thought the prices were a bit high I will call him in the future because he is conscientious and knowledgeable. He was methodical in his diagnosis. Vlad knows his stuff.

Same day service and had the part on the truck. On time and was very carefull while working on the kitchen hardwood floors. I will use them again.

Vladimir came in and diagnosed the problem in about 30 seconds. He had the switch on his truck, so within 15 minutes the work was completed and he was on his way. He was very courteous, punctual, and knowledgeable about the type of dryer I had. I will definitely use Absolute Appliance Repair again.

We have a Sears Kenmore dryer with a Sears 'premium' service plan. The dryer stopped working, but Sears could not send out a repair service for one week. Sears said we could use our own service provider, and they would reimburse us. So we called Absolute Appliance Repair and Vladimir was out the next business day. He diagnosed the problem in about 20 seconds, and the repair cost was specified in a handbook of replacement parts. He was finished in about 30 minutes and I have a load of laundry going right now. We will use this business again rather than Sears if at all possible.

The service tech Vlad is prompt in receiving the call, diagnosing the possible issue wiht my overn and cooktop on phone, scheduled the service call at the earliest day, turned up in time and diagnosed and reapired the appliances to our satisfaction. His cahrges are reasonable, workmanship is great and his professionalism is very much appreaciated. I would recommend him to any one looking to get their appliances reapired.

We called this provider around 8 am to explain the problem with our refrigerator/freezer and before noon that day, he was at our home ready to determine the problem. As soon as he found the problem, he told us what the cost would be to repair it, and as soon as we approved the repair, he went to his truck, got the required part and began the repair. In less than one hour, he had repaired the appliance and was ready to go. When we paid the bill with our credit card, he applied the Angie's List discount but failed to apply the Senior Discount that they offered in their ad. When we pointed that out to him, he calculated the difference and asked if we would accept cash for the discount rather than having to run a credit to our card. We had no problem with that, so he gave us the cash to represent the discount.

He said he would have to get some parts and come back. He did come back 2 or 3 days later because one of the parts had to be ordered. After spending over almost 2 hours the problem still couldn't be fixed. After doing some further research Vladimir called called back and explained he was almost positive what the problem was. But, because one of the parts was special order and could not be returned once installed, the cost to repair a 13 year old washer was not really cost effective. He explained to me that Maytag had a lot of problems with these washers and was lucky mine lasted that long. His final cost for 2 trips was only 20.00 for the service call. Vladimir is very honest and I highly recommend his company! Thanks Vladimir!

Vladimir was punctual, nice and professional. I saw that another reviewer described him as methodical. Definitely so. For the over-the-range microwave installation, he put a towel down on the range to protect it and set up his own work surface so he would not use my counters to do work. He made sure the dishwasher and microwave worked properly. He cleaned up nicely and was done in about 2 hours. I thought they were a little expensive, but I collected quotes from several contractors and he was one of the cheapest.

Vladimir was very punctual; he analyzed & identified potential causes of the problem and (Fridge not cooling), was very methodical in eliminating each potential cause. He got the fridge back to working and advised us on next steps if the solution didn't work, along with potential costs of those next steps. He was very good, very reasonably priced and I'd definitely recommend/use him in future

Answered the phone call and agreed to come the very next day. Very knowledgeable and competent besides being a very nice gebtleman.

Service was very good. Vladimir Ushakov was very professional, came within an hour or two of being called, replaced the magnetron, and completed everything fairly and honestly. He even gave my kids a strong magnet as a toy. I have referred him to my friends and they have also had very good service from him.

Initially the part he ordered was wrong, but he came back as soon as the right part came in and he was able to install it right away. The service was excellent and he was very good! I requested an appointment via their website, I was called back the same day and my appointment was made on the day I requested. Vladimir was on time, he was professional, he explained everything he saw and what needed to happen. He even vacuumed out all of the lint that had accumulated in the last 6 years inside my dryer.
