Their price was fair. They were really good, educational and quick. I will continue to go back to them and I have recommended them.

We called Absolute Appliance on a Friday morning and scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning between 8-10. The repairman arrived a little after 9:00 a.m. We assumed the first appointment meant he would arrive closer to 8:00 a.m. but this is my only gripe! The repairman politely told me he would have to order the part to repair our washing machine and that it would take about 1 week to arrive. I had already researched the part on-line and knew it was difficult to come by. Before leaving, he recommended a "band-aid" sort of fix I could do so that we could use the machine in the interim. I appreciated the advice and the fact that he didn't want to do this work himself for liability reasons. The part arrived as promised about 1 week later. An appointment was made for the installation for the next available morning slot. The repairman was prompt and professional and quick. We will use this company again for future appliance problems.

Vladimer thoroughly checked the freezer and found some water lines frozen. Because of this, the air was not circulating correctly, causing the freezer to be too warm. He had us empty the refrigerator and freezer and unplug the unit. He came back two days later and opened up the back of the unit and reset the control board. He explained that this may or may not be the permanent fix. The next step, if the problem recurs, would be to replace the control board. He quoted us an estimate for this work if we need it. He said that the ice dispenser might also start working, although they have a tendency to go bad by themselves. He quoted us a price of a replacement unit if the ice maker still doesn't work. We were very pleased with the cost of this work. Several hours later we noticed that the freezer was now working great, and besides that, we started getting ice again from the dispenser.

Dishwasher just died - checked plumbing and tested all electrical too. It was dead. Did an on-line search to find "replacement" control pad and. . . : O $$$ Started searching Sunday's ads for new dishwashers and. . . double :Os + double $$$s. Hauled it out to the garage ready for the dump - kicked and cussed it too. But then I kind of felt bad for it - just 2 yrs old - only paid less than $300 for it. I was ashamed of myself. Then I remembered somewhere in all those searches. . . - something popped up. Angie's List! Thank you - thank you - thank you and you too Victor :)

I'm very happy with the service provided by Absolute Appliance Repair. My freezer was broken and leaking water into the bottom section of the freezer and onto the kitchen floor, warping the laminate flooring. I had a different company look into the problem, but they did not do an exhaustive maintenance check of the fridge/freezer, and the problem wasn't fixed properly. Absolute Appliance actually charged a good amount less, and Vladimir did an excellent job of diagnosing the correct problem and fixing it quickly. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. Highly recommend for any fridge or appliance repair!

Better that I could have possibly hoped for. First rather than install a new compressor that would have cost a lot more, he swapped out a piece that he said was usually the issue and cost a lot less. And he told me that if it didn't work properly, he'd come back and install a new compressor taking out the piece he originally replaced out and giving me credit for that work. When a few days later it didn't appear to be working properly, I called him and he ordered a new compressor. It came 2 days later and he came on Saturday morning to install. When he got there, before he started working he checked some things out and noticed that I didn't have the thermostat set properly. He suggested we try that before replacing the compressor, which we did and it worked great!! And he did not charge me for that Saturday trip that occurred because I had the the temperature setting wrong. Over the years I've tried several different appliance services with varying degrees of success ... until now. Vladimir at Absolute Appliance Repair is now my only call. I could not be any happier with the service I've received from him. I've used them twice, once for a washing machine and this last time for my refrigerator, both instances were outstanding service.

My Whirlpool double oven has a chronic issue with control boards burning out, so when the oven stopped working this time, I already knew what was wrong. I ordered a refurb part online and sought out a repair service to install it for me. The quotes I got were all over the place, but the price from Absolute was lowest and on top of that I had an Angie's List coupon. The technician arrived on time, removed the old control board, installed the new one and tested to be sure it was working properly. It was a pretty straightforward repair and he carried it out flawlessly, was neat and courteous.

Technician diagnosed the ice maker as unrepairable, came back the next day with a new unit and installed. Quick, clean, efficient.

We've used their service before. His pricing was good and he was efficient. The repair has held up since.

These guys did a quick job repairing our dryer. They arrived on time, calling before arrival. Replaced belt, vacuumed lint from interior and cleaned work area. Price was very fair. I highly recommend them for any appliance repair.

Have a Whirlpool electric double oven. I felt that the oven temperature was not correct as it took longer to bake items than what was called for in recipes at the temperature it was supposed to be cooked at. I always had to up the temperature and cook time and baked goods were not baked so well. I was just frustrated about trying to bake foods and continually have to add time to the correct cooking time. Absolute came to my home quickly, and on timeI asked that maybe it needed a new thermostat, and he advised that this type of model, the entire circuit board unit would have to be replaced and it was very expensive. Evidently, the thermostat on these ovens is not just a separate part that can be replaced by itself. So, instead of charging me hundreds of dollars to replace the board, he gave me the information I needed to continue to use my ovens, and only charged me $25.00 for his time!!! I was surprised and glad that he was so honest. I just keep the oven on the extra 10-15 minutes and it works very well. I would definitely use Absolute again for any of my appliance repairs.

I called on Friday and they were able to come out Saturday and completely fix the problem. Vladimir had the part in his truck and completed the whole repair in 20 minutes.

The would not come to midtown/downtown Atlanta - said it was too far.

They replaced a bottom heating coil in my electric oven after it caught on fire when I turned it on.

Provider informed me they do not service Midtown Atlanta, even though Atlanta is included as a service area on the company website. If this is truly the case then Atlanta needs to be scrubbed from the website. The person I spoke with was courteous, but advised me to find another provider. I have called and scheduled another highly rated Angie's List provider.

We had a dishwasher that needed to be repaired. They came in and evaluated the repair and mentioned that we needed a part. He ordered the part and as soon as it came in, he came back out right away to replaced that for us. We were happy with the service.

On time, hygienic, options supplied.

The serviceman was exactly on time, practically to the minute. Diagnosis of the tub-spin failure took 10 minutes - turned out to be a motor coupling. (This is a direct-drive washer, so no belt is involved.) He quoted the repair at just over 100 dollars and I was relieved as I had expected this to be a $250-or-thereabouts job. He already had the part, the repair took no more than 15 minutes. Together we ran a test so I could be confident the repair was done. If I had not proceeded with the repair, I would have been charged only $25 for the visit, which is an amazing bargain in itself! I find visit charges that are less than $50 to be a rarity. Anyway, this was as smooth and pressure-free a repair visit as can ever be hoped for. I don't think I would even consider using anybody else for this kind of service. This was a perfect experiene.

Ice maker stopped making ice. On 1/14/2014 called Absolute Appliance Repair. Vladimir arrived as scheduled the same day. He found that we needed to replace the ice maker, so he went back to his truck and ordered it online, since he knew the parts store was already closed. He came back on 1/16/2014 and installed the ice maker around 10:00 A.M. Around 3:00 that day we had no ice, so I called Vladimir to let him know. He said he would study the manual over the weekend to try to figure out what might be the problem and call on Monday the 20th. The ice maker seemed to be trying to make ice, but there were only a few cubes at a time, not the normal amount it should make. Vladimir called first thing Monday morning as promised and said he was coming to check out the ice maker, but I was pleased to let him know that we woke up that morning with a full container of ice. We thanked him and told him we would let him know if we had any additional problems. Vladimir knows his business and was great to work with and we will work with him in the future for any other appliance repairs we might need.

The technician was very professional. They accommodated a same day service call. They were very honest and and would quote me a price, but with the minimum cost fix of replacing a major part at approximately $500 that I would be better off purchasing a new washer as a new one would only be slightly more. The cost for the service call was minimal.

Vlad painstakingly searched for the gas leak. He would not replace anything until he was sure that was the problem. Eventually he found a very small bubble coming from the gas regulator. He patiently removed the old regulator and never once got rough with it. He didn't rush or get flustered when it didn't come off easily. Steady and sure! He was extremely sensitive to my fear of natural gas and reassured me that I was safe. And if ever I smell the gas again just call him (after I call the gas company of course!) and he will come and check it out. Sure enough one month later I smelled gas. He was booked solid that day so I had an appointment for first thing that next morning. But he came by of his own accord that day after hours (6pm)! I will never forget that. He didn't have to do that but I am so glad he did. There was no gas leak the second time. But he was so kind and gracious and didn't make me feel like I was crazy for smelling gas even though neither he nor the gas company could detect it. I wish I could rate as A+.

We've got good service from them. They were very professional and prompt.

They are fantastic. They came without an hour of my calling on a Sunday morning despite the fact they usually take this day off. Vladamor came out and was extremely professional and gave me a reasonable price for the time he spent. They will be my first call in the future.

We've been having problems with our ice maker in our refrigerator/freezer for a while now. We knew we needed a new one. We got a appointment the day after we called, he arrived on time, was very professional, explained everything and was able to replace the ice maker (after trying to see if it was fixable) right then and there. I would highly recommend this company, and if I needed any other appliance repaired, will call Absolute appliance repair.

I called Absolute Appliance in the morning and Vladimir was at my house before 11am. He knew what the problem was with my refrigerator and promptly fixed it. I was very pleased with his knowledge, professionalism, and promptness.
