Description of Work: Replaced drum rollers on the dryer. One of these had broken on the shaft and the other had frozen up - causing a lot of noise when the dryer was running. Repair was quick and he additionally vacuumed out the unit to eliminate a lot of the accumulate lint in the bottom. Very nice to deal with.

Description of Work: Initial call was to diagnose horrible sound coming from front load washer. Technician was scheduled quickly and arrived on time. Was able to diagnose problem in about 5 minutes (bearings going out on drum), showed me evidence, and recommended against repair ... as I had expected. This service call was $45. Later in the week, had them out again to diagnose a refrigerator not cooling well. Coils were cleaned, adjustments made between the fridge and freezer compartment. This solved the problem, although tech said he wanted to hear from me for confirmation that it was fixed before he considered the matter "closed." Nice touch. This service call was $65. In both cases, well worth the time and $!

Description of Work: Clothes washer leaking and they checked it for us promptly. As told by many others, the Calypso line of machines is a very poor design and has all kinds of troubles. He showed us how to better load the machine for better results.

Description of Work: Vlad was very responsive. He set up the appointment for the same day I called. He was prepared for the brand ice maker we had. He had to take the unit away for a repair but kept us informed of the problem and cost the whole way through. The repair was less costly than a new unit. He returned the unit in great working condition in a week. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would use him again and recommend him to others. Thanks!

Description of Work: I have used this service twice. Once for an emergency dryer repair and he came out promptly on a Monday after calling him Sunday night and the cost was very reasonable. The second was for a refrigerator repair. Again, he came out the next day and fixed the repair quickly and for a fair price. We will use this company again and recommend them highly.

Description of Work: Our refridgerator wasn't working. They replaced the starter, but said it might be the compressor. They said to call back if it stopped working. The new part didn't fix the refridgerator, so they came back and took the part back and have us a refund.
