My front-loading washing machine was walking all over the laundry room floor on the spin cycle, even though our moving company had used transportation bolts and had releveled it at our new house. I called Vladimir and he was at my house within two hours. He spent an hour checking the shocks and whatever else; unfortunately it seems the problem is with a springy subfloor. He was patient in explaining the problem to me and was very apologetic that it wasn't something that he could fix. I felt totally comfortable with him and would absolutely call him again if I needed another appliance repair. And he only charged me a nominal fee for coming out to the house. I'm pretty confident other places would have charged a higher service call fee. I would definitely recommend him.

When I called for service, I was very fortunate they had an opening that morning. They were prompt and seemed very knowledgeable. He cleaned my machine and it has been working great ever since. I would definitely use them again.

The most important thing with a new home purchase is finding a dependable technician to help you out with all the repairs that go along with any necessary renovations and upgrades to the existing appliances. Luckily, I was referred to Absolute Appliance Repair by a friend and I have never been so impressed with a company before. Not only were they prompt and friendly, but they repaired what was needed in almost no time at all and for a very reasonable price. I had the technician Vladimir come out to my house and he was extremely knowledgeable about his trade, explaining to me exactly what was wrong with the refrigerator and letting me know how to prevent any problems from happening in the future. I happened to be so impressed with the one repair, I had him take a look at my dishwasher, which was also having problems. He happily took a look at it and within minutes knew exactly what the problem was and why the water was not draining from the bottom of the appliance. He even had a replacement part in his truck, making the entire experience even more worthwhile. I can not emphasize how important it is to find a trustworthy and reliable appliance technician these days, and am VERY relieved to have finally found one in the Atlanta area. I strongly suggest you give this company a call in the future if you are looking for an honest and family owned company to take care of problems in your house that you don't want to deal with. Vladimir has fixed my washing machine, dryer, kitchen faucet, installed my water heater, stove, garbage disposal, microwave and in December of last year fixed my kitchen faucet [not an easy fix]. He has given me these services for the past 10 years. I highly recommend all his services 100%. My experience was a good one - I was kicked myself for getting a "deal" at a discount place, but the technitian let me know that it's not our machine and this happens frequently. He had the whole thing handled in less than an hour and left the upstairs laundry room tidy. I was pleased and have recommended them to two friends: a friend recently who had issues with a garbage disposal and they were very happy and a friend who has an aging fridge - it was fixed the next day.
