Worked very fast. They arrived in 15mins, have the parts available and fix it.

We purchased our furnaces from 4 Seasons Heating and Air through CostCo. Bill Holman was our rep and he is a straight shooter; we felt very comfortable with all of the information he gave us on our Lennox systems. They were super accommodating with our preferred installation date. Enoc and his crew were TOP NOTCH; professional, efficient, explained every detail of the install to us. 4 person crew took ~6 hours to install two entire systems. We were so pleased with our experience that we will be changing our annual maintenance agreement to 4 Seasons. Excellent work, highly recommend!

They were very price competitive, owing primarily to their relationship with Costco. They arrived on time and finished the work in a timely manner. They left the work area clean, and took the time to explain the new system and answer any questions. The sales representative did not try and up-sell, and focused on what the requirements were. (Other contractors seemed to look for things that would have required extra expenditures.)

They were service calls so there was no charge. This is a great company.

4 Seasons exceeds an Engineer's expectations! When the compressor failed in my existing system during the peak summer heat; I contracted with 4 Seasons Heating & Air to replace my 5 ton unit. 4 Seasons suggested that I could save some money by installing a new compressor but I wanted to upgrade to a more efficient system. With only 2 days remaining before we left on an extended vacation; I wanted to have this problem resolved. 4 Seasons expedited procurement of the new system and completed installation the following day (the crew worked about 11 hours straight to complete the install). As a "rather particular" engineer, I normally perform all my HVAC maintenance & repairs, except for when Freon is involved as I'm not certified. I hovered over the guys during the entire installation and was shocked when they exceeded my expectations (this almost never happens). Enoch (Spelling?) and his partner did a phenomenal job. I watched to see if they would flush the existing Freon lines properly and they did everything to spec. They even cleaned up some of the existing duct-work and improved the position of my filter box... all without my asking. Everything was perfect, plumb and square... except one item. When they applied the "4 Seasons Contact Information Sticker" to my unit, it was a bit crooked. I quickly peeled off the sticker and realigned it. :-) I'm a very happy customer!

Four Seasons has been our HVAC company for more than 10 years. They put in two units at our Atlanta address, and the unit in question at our Gainesville address went in in 2010. I've always liked their technicians even though we've had issues with the units they installed. The two in Atlanta each had temperature switches burn out because of electric arcing inside the housing caused by the junction box not being screwed down and vibration had the unwrapped wires hitting the metal. Four seasons doesn't really service the in-town area any longer so another company found the problem and repaired it. Moving on to our Gainesville address, we began having intermittent outages or shutdowns. The company was called on 3 separate occasions. They responded very quickly the first two times, but could not determine the cause of the problem EVEN though it seemed to resolve when they jiggled wires or flipped the breaker on and off. I asked if perhaps it was an electrical issue and they suggested it was the thermostat which was easy enough to replace. So the thermostat was replaced ($199) and we had the same problem a 3rd time with the new thermostat. We called again and they could not get a technician out quickly. We called another company and they quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty breaker which was replaced for $450. We called to express our dissatisfaction with the service and to inquire why it took so many visits and service charges to diagnose something that I suspected immediately during the initial visit but was brushed aside. We were told the company had new technicians fresh out of school who weren't great at diagnosis yet. So we spent $140 on service calls that didn't resolve a problem and $199 on a new thermostat that wasn't necessary. $340 down the drain. I won't use them in future.

This vendor bid on services but their price was NOT competitive. They intended to use 3rd-party components that were not OEM to the manufacturer we intended to use (RUUD). Ultimately we choose a different provider.

They did a very good job. The company was on time, friendly and knowledgeable

.It went. very well. They are very thourough and do excellent work. Would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone that needs furnace or air conditioner work or just both serviced. The yearly contract covers service for both twice a year.

My air condition started blowing hot last week. I found 4 Seasons online and called them. The representative that answered the phone was very polite. She told me the schedule was full for the day, but they would definitely work me in since I didn't have AC. Within 4 hours, Aaron (Technician) called and said he was on his way. He also asked me how much time I needed to meet him there. I thought that it was very thoughtful of him to even ask that. When he arrived, he was very professional and very detailed in explaining exactly what was wrong. He didn't try to over sell me anything I didn't need. I was very impressed with the entire process. If you are looking for an honest, efficient, professional company, I would highly recommend 4 Seasons Heating and Air. Rodney Guidry

They did okay. They are a little bit high price wise. My overall experience with them is not bad. It’s just that their prices were too high. Their prices are higher than other people. They did a good job. I can’t complain on the work they did. They put their booties when they came in and they did the things that were supposed to be done and they were always on time but when we went to buy a new air conditioner, we priced it with them and they were quite a bit more. It was almost $1,000 more for the same size air conditioner. The quality of their work was fine. They were polite and clean and all that good stuff. They were always on time. I had no problems there. They were very professional.

I have used Four Seasons for the last 2 years to maintain my 5 units at my home. They are by far the most professional heating and air company that I have found in the Atlanta area! From the office staff to the service technicians...top notch all the way. Pricing is also more than reasonable. Would highly recommend this company.

Actually, they helped me get a discount. Instead of selling the new unit directly, I bought it from the other store because they told me it was on sale there. So I saved money with them. The experience has been very good. They saved me money and it’s a good unit that works well. They suggested that I use the remote control. I can control it from my cell phone, turn it on and off which is kind of nice. I would not even have thought about that.

These people are fantastic and VERY service oriented. My heating system failed and I called on Sunday so they could put me in their queue for Monday service. I told them it was NOT an emergency but their serviceman called me right back and said he would be happy to come over and look at the system on SUNDAY!!! He came over and repaired the system and we are very happy. I have a service contract with them and they really are a great company to do business with. I highly recommend them.

While the service was acceptable, I felt like I was the victim of a bait and switch and of price gouging. Prior to selecting 4 Seasons, the service technician and I talked through the problem and accurately diagnosed the issue. I was quoted about $200, which I thought was a bit high, but still a relatively fair price. However, AFTER installing the replacement part, he looked in some book, then told me the cost of the part was much higher than he thought. The result was my bill jumped by almost 1/3. After he left, I looked on line and found the same part. Cost = $21.00.

These people are the best and most responsive service and repair company I have ever used. They are prompt, courteous, very neat and professional. They installed my units six years ago when the house was new and have given me great service ever since. If I call and get a recording after hours I usually get a call back within an hour or so. They are under new manangement and the owners are a great improvement and seeking to improve their already great service. I highly recommend them to anyone in my area!

They found a problem and showed me the diagnostic reading. He gave me the option of changing it out now or later. He was very professional and straight-forward. I felt comfortable having him in my home, and he wasn't pushy at all.

Kenneth was our primary contact. He was excellent, knowledgeable, and professional. After beginning the project, he reported the need for complete duct replacement, and additional returns and vents. He added to his quote at cost additions which were very reasonable. He has been very generous with his time and has offered to come back and tweak the system when our remodeling has been completed.

The company doesn't normally work in my area, but because they had been the contractor at our lake house they agreed to bid on this job in Atlanta. They gave me 4 different options to choose from, ranging in price from $3000 - 5000. They also gave the pros-cons of each option, researched possible rebates and tax credits for each, and helped me decide the best direction for our problem. Once we decided, they showed up on time, worked all day, cleaned up and were completely professional from beginning to end.. Great job and our new system is working well. Update 2015: Both units they installed developed problems with the outdoor temperature sensors. The company did not screw them down or wrap the lead wires and so the vibration eventually caused them to arc against the metal housing and burn out. Because they don't service the area now, getting them out to make the repairs was impossible. We ended up having another company resolve the issues for an additional $1000+. I probably wouldn't use 4 Seasons again knowing what was down the road.

Overall, I picked them from Angie's list because they are punctual. When I called them they responded, showed up on time, and did a great job.

THE DATE IS APPROX AS I DO NOT HAVE THE RECEIPT IN FRONT OF ME. THIS IS A GOOD COMPANY, I HAVE USED FOR YEARS. HOWEVER, A NEW TECH CAME OUT (KEN) THAT I HAVE NEVER SEEN BEFORE AND HE INSTALLED THE NEW AIR FILTER BACKWARDS AGAINST THE AIR FLOW AND DUST WAS EVERYWHERE. I WENT TO THE ATTIC MYSELF A COUPLE WEEKS LATER AND FOUND THE FILTER WAS INSTALLED BACKWARDS.

The staples on my new roof punctured the freon lines in my attic. They were on time, very reasonable and professional. I have already scheduled them to come back out for other repairs. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have had a good experience with them. They do good service work twice a year for our air conditioners. We have two units, one is upstairs and one is downstairs. They call and remind us when it is time to have it serviced. I would recommend them. They provided the maintenance quickly and are fair on the price.

I was extremely pleased and would use Four Seasons HVAC again.

Things went very well. Technician arrived on time, was polite, clean and gave a detailed description of what he found and what minor repairs would be needed. Work was performed quickly and bill total was what was expected.
