1st National Roofing

It's been over 3 years since they put the roof on. It still leaks and they walked out on the job. I never had a problem with leaking for the 10 years in my home before this company destroyed my house. Multiple water leaks, gutters that run backwards, massive holes in drip edge, MOLD, raised shingles, broken shingles, cracked shingles, flashing full of holes, flooring ruined, drywall damaged... The roof still does not pass inspection and this company has left us with all this damage. I hope no one else has to go through this nightmare.

Best roofing company in metro Atlanta! Henry went out of his way to get State Farm to cover the claim despite several other companies telling me they won't....including my State farm agent. His single handedly saved me $45,000! On the day of the roof replacement, a very large crew came to my house and took care of the roof without any issues ar all. The new roof is absolutely fantastic and the crew left my house without any debris in my yard. Everyone at this company was extremely helpful and very efficient. They were absolutely excellent in all respects! Highly professional, curtious. Danny Blanchard personally shepherded me through the painstaking process of getting the job okayed by my Insurance Company! (A HUGE help as they'd rejected my claim twice previosly) I'd recommend them to anyone!

Great people! I went to family Thanksgiving get-together and was just amazed at a totally awesome job on my cousin's house. I wish I owned a lot of homes because I would use them on every one of them and pick a different color for each!

If I could give more stars I would. This company is the best at customer service and quality workmanship. As a background- I had one of the worst experiences ever with another roofing company which had good salesman but could care less about the quality of work it did after it sold you its services. Items not to code, rotted and molded wood not replaced, visible dips which would gather water even after the first rain. It was SO bad that I had to have 1st National Roofing come in and completely redo the roof. They were professional and expressed genuine concerned about what my needs and wants were. It was very reasonable on its priced, especially considering it used the highest quality materials which far exceeded industries standards. They were even able to schedule my job very quickly to minimize the lost work the other company had caused my general contractor and to prevent further damage to the rood due to the other company’s substandard work. In less than a week since 1st National Roofing LLC, completed the project, I have had many neighbors ask about my roof and tell me it was the sharpest looking one in the who neighborhood. I especially want to think Randy Rankin, the inspector and coordinator of the project, David Lopez the crew leader, and David’s crew whose workmanship was excellent in every sense of the word. I am having my house renovated and the 1st National Roofing crew went out of their way to coordinate with my general contractors to ensure a seamless work flow for both crews during the housing install. These guys know their business, are professional, genuinely concerned on doing the job right and make sure ALL the customer’s needs are meet. I could not be happier and would recommend their services to anyone who is needing roof work. They also work with your home insurance carrier in cases of storm, wind and hail damage. By far this has been the best service experience of any home contractor I have ever had.

Terrible. I already wrote a review from my other email and explained that it had been sent to the BBB and 1st National Roofing refused to comply. Please look at same it is for 3265 Thorneridge Trail, Douglasville, GA. 30135. I did onclud some pictures and will send better ones from my iPad.

The dropped the roofing on the ground cracking it. Never did it he painting or filler. The ceilings started leaking again. There were taps with long points they left around my house one of which hurt my Danes foot. Refused to fix those things until I gave them two thousand more J DID NOT. Went through BBB and they refused to cooperate. Note while throwing roofing off of house tore up front screens and damaged deck. Admitted to BBB but would only make it right if I paid more money. Adam then said the leaks in the ceilings were not roof related except I have the paperwork from my insurance company where he wrote in it was and would be fixed. The inside workers got tad on one of my bedroom floors and was quite nasty to me about me owning this home. They were asked to wear shoe protect but if you missed them right running in and out they did not wear them. They refuse to answer two of my neighbors phone calls about the leaking of and poor quality of their roof. Their contract states there would be tarps in any area affected by the pulling off of the roof this was not done either. I have never seen a roof on a house this large done so quickly. They are not who they profess to be. Please contact BBB for more information. They also took off my screen gutters and the way the ends of the roof has been put on they no longer fit I have Black like soot running down the side of the house. I will send some pictures but need to go outside for all. Must send other pictures from IPad should I send in a separate complaint?

They did a really good job on our roof. Easy to work with, I have nothing but good things to say about them. They were always on time, called before they came.

1st National Roofing was very professional. They communicated very well through the entire process for appraisers and insurance filings. The install was preformed on schedule. The workers did a good job of cleaning the site and replacing any items that had to be moved out of the way for the install.

1st National Roofing is an excellent company that I cannot say enough about how great their customer service was. Our damaged roof was quickly replaced within one day. Throughout he process, our sales rep helped us to navigate insurance requirements and the office continued to reach out to ensure swift scheduling and to check in on progress. We ran into one minor problem that required some repairs in our attic after the roof was installed. I explained the problem to 1st National Roofing and they were quick to resolve the issue and pickup the cost of repairs. They really stand by their product, workmanship, and truly care about heir customers. Thank you for the excellent experience!

The Sales staff were friendly and sincere in all communications with us. The crew onsite was extremely hard working, polite and didn't quit until the work was done. The surrounding yard was cleaned up perfectly from all the debris. I would have wished for better communication with all parties to home owners to ensure we were in on all decisions. The company expressed interest in our satisfaction with follow up phone calls throughout the process.
