We started our initial inquiry into converting our garage about 1 yr ago. Windham Builders was one of the first companys contacted. From day one Bert was professional. Finally after a year we decided to start the conversion and chose Windham Builders for the job. Bert provided us with a very detailed breakdown of all cost. And provided the design for the project. When the garage ronovation was scheduled, the team arrived on time. They were conscientious and polite, and performed outstanding work. Bert kept us informed along the way, on everything each week. There was no deviations from the original design, schedule, or price leaving us with no financial surprises. Bert Windham and his construction crew, contractors, and subcontractors are excellent. Their workmanship is top quality. They perform on time. We would absolutely use Windham Builders again for another project, big or small.

Bert is very professional. We met and discussed the issues and he made recommendations to remedy the problems identified. We discussed pricing on very general terms. He left and provided a very detailed quote with the options discussed. Once the work began everything proceeded smoothly. Bert was very receptive to suggestions and went above and beyond our original agreement to address issues identified.
