Sims Pest Control has been in business for over 40 years now. We have a service staff comprised of 11 quality people who genuinely care about going the extra mile for our customers. Customer-friendly billing and payment options are available to all and we pride ourselves on a quick response time. Our main goal at Sims Pest Control is to treat each customer property as if it were our own. We want to take care of our customers the way we would take care of ourselves and our loved ones.

Services we offer

We provide a suite of services that range in scope from the curb to the foundation to the attic. We offer residential and commercial pest control, termite control, and moisture / climate control. We also provide services related to real estate sales such as WDO / Clearance Letter inspections, contract transfers, etc.

Services we don't offer

At this time, we do not offer wildlife capture / retrieval in house. However, we are always happy to provide a referral for your convenience.

Description of Work: They came in and did an assessment and sprayed my home and fogged it at my request. They were almost 30 minutes early for the appointment, very friendly and polite. Very professional young men. They handles my children and pets with ease and were finished very quickly. I will be using them again and I am now on a monthly plan with them!

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH MY INITIAL CONTACT WITH THIS BUSINESS ~ FROM THE RECEPTIONIST (HALEY?) TO THE YOUNG MAN (KYLE) WHO CAME OUT TO EXTERMINATE. THEY BOTH WERE PROFESSIONAL YET PERSONABLE AND WERE EXCELLENT AMBASSADORS FOR THEIR COMPANY. I WILL COMMENT LATER ON THE EFFECTIVENESS OF EXTERMINATION, BUT SO FAR VERY IMPRESSED.

We've gotten monthly service ever since 1999. They are always great! They ask of any problems every time and take time to come when I call in between monthly visits. Just great service from all the different technicians we've had throught out the years.
