During the tear down process of my ceiling and walls, the ServPro crew damaged 2 pieces of furniture. Large scrapes across the top. The supervisor took pictures and submitted them to management 3 weeks ago. I have still yet to hear back. The worst part was after the dryers were removed, the construction crew was supposed to come to complete the repair process. He was supposed to be there on a Thursday...nothing on Thursday or Friday. On Saturday, I ask where is the guy and I am told that he was sick from a Spider Bite. On Monday, I ask and he was in the hospital. On Tuesday, I had my insurance company call them and they were told that the guy had a heart attack over the weekend. 20 minutes after getting off the phone with the insurance company, the ServPro guy calls and he can come Wed morn. Pretty fast for a heart attack victim???? I went a week without any work and no ceiling or wall in my master bedroom. So, I fired them and went with a different company (Repairs Unlimited) for my repair work. Would not recommend ServPro to anyone. I am still pending an answer about my furniture.
