Response from SafeAire Heating & Cooling
After reviewing the customers complaint, it seems the customers review is based on the fact we would not return to the customers house because he had accrued an outstanding balance of over $1000. We originally recommended replacing the customers current system that was 12+ years old and undersized but he continued to elect to have the system repaired. After he would not agree to pay his outstanding balance, we refused to return to repair or replace the system. We are sorry if the customer feels that we wronged him in anyway. SafeAire is a professional company that prides itself in being ethical and treating its customers with top quality customer service.

Description of Work: Called to get quote on new unit and all new duct work... guy named Bo came out locked at the job and told me he would have quote ready the same day. Never received a quote so i called the next morning and asked when would i received it he advised that he would have it ready around lunch time i waited and waited. I ended up having to call him back around 3pm and he didn't apologized forgetting to call or anything and then instead of saying he had a quote ready for me to view he just gave me some random off the wall price of $15,000!!! I knew this quote was off the wall because i always get 3 quotes and this was my third and all my other quotes where between $7800-8000. I asked Mr. Bo why was his price so high and did he just not want my business or something because that is what i felt as if my money wasn't good enough. His answer to me was "thats just my price" no explanation or anything. So i went with Albany Heating and Cooling and they where awesome very professional, knowledgeable, and they even offered me interest free financing and nobody else offered me that. STAY AWAY FROM SAFEAIR

I was very pleased with the entire experience. The staff was knowledgable and helpful. They explained everything to me and cleaned up after themselves.

They were very consciences about getting back with us and it was on a commercial job, but even though on some days they seem to be slow, and I don’t know if it had to do with trying to get some parts. I would use them for commercial use, but not for residential.

All went well throughout the experience from the first call through the end of the job.
Description of Work: Started 2 year semi annual preventative maintenance contract. Did excellent job, finding and replacing a critical component that would have failed without notice.
